Two years ago, during our family trip to Istanbul, we bought this beautiful plate. Today, I remembered that I should praise the store’s male staff member for his kindness and professional service. The store’s products were abundant, and the design and colors of the hand-painted plates were particularly delightful and pleasing to the eye.

Awesome shop and awesome staff! If you ever want to buy any tableware, lamps, pottery in Istanbul that’s definitely the place. From cheap to really expensive ones (with real gold), wide range of items (the shop goes underground) so it’s even hard to decide what to buy.

When you are in Turkey and if you want to buy Islamic art or Mosaic lamps or other Turkish or Persian items for your home or friends, this is the place for all your needs. This place is far more cheaper and authentic than other shops not only in Istanbul but also in turkey.

They have one of the best salesperson and his name is Shah Murad. He helped us buy the best lamp and islamic art. He also packed them in the best way possible which helped to carry them with us without any damage. Not to mention the unending supply of Apple tea when we were helped by Murad.

We had such a wonderful experience at this charming gift shop in Istanbul! The handcrafted souvenirs are absolutely beautiful and unique, making it hard to choose just one. The shop clerk was incredibly helpful, guiding us to find the perfect items and even offering a generous discount. The service was friendly and welcoming, and we felt truly valued as customers. We found this shop on a strolling day, when we compared different stuff and didn't wanted to buy anything.. The employees didn't harrased us and just let us look through the shop, which was very pleasant. After comparing more Shops through the days, we decided to went back to Tuncer Gift Shop, because the atmosphere and quality of the stuff convinced us. Back to the shop the employees didnt push us to buy something and they all were very honest and friendly. They were very patient and told us many things that we wanted to know about Istanbul and other Nice-to-know stuff. All together this was a very good experience buying beautiful and not expensive pillowcases & mosaik Lamps. The quality is very good and they pack it very safe for transportation. I would highly recommend this shop, if you search for good quality, advisement and nice prices. Very nice!

The owner of this shop was very kind and treated me to tea☕️In addition, every wonderful product he prepared was very amazing, and he showed me traditional Turkish pottery and tableware while explaining politely.

I came to know about this shop from Google and one review helped me . Went there with not high hopes as I want to buy a Turkish floor lamp for my house in UK. We were amazed when we saw so much good stuff in reasonable prices compared to market under one roof. Their customer service is excellent , young lad Ahmed dealt with us so nicely and his father did excellent packing of our lamp.
I highly recommend this gift shop. Finally I am posting picture of the lamp which was easy to assemble.

I never thought I would post a review for a souvenir shop, but this place is an exception. There are plenty of souvenir shops in Istanbul but this one has a huge variety of genuine Turkish craft, porcelain, clothes, carpets, trinkets, lamps etc you name it at honest and fair prices without the hassle and most of all their hospitality. We stopped by this shop multiple times during our stay as Mr. Ibrahim, who helped us fulfill all our curiosities and needs. He was so considerate and kind, just writing this makes us miss him. Genuine kindness is not easy to find and this place deserves all the business and happiness 😊
