In den letzten 10 Minuten vor Kassaschluss bin ich zum Libro am Hauptbahnhof gegangen, um einen Heliumballon zu kaufen. Leider gab es keinen, den man explizit zur Geburt eines Kindes schenken könnte. Dennoch traf ich auf eine äußerst kompetente Mitarbeiterin, die mir als Alternative einen Heliumballon , den man selbst beschriften konnte, anbot. Zudem half sie mir noch und gab mir diverse Ideen, wie ich den Ballon gestalten könnte. Im Großen und Ganzen kann ich nur sagen, dass der Service der Mitarbeiterin (mit dem langen, geflochtenem Zopf) ERSTE KLASSE war. Vielen lieben Dank!
02.06 I bought balloons from the store and they told me they will fill them with helium for free, I also had another pack I bought in a different store and kindly asked if I can pay for blowing this one’s additionally, they refused even tho I told them it’s my only option as the birthday is tomorrow and all helium tanks are sold out. I even offered to BUY ANOTHER PACK from them but still to blow the ones that are not from the store. They refused. It’s ridiculous when you know that they TOTALLY COULD DO IT, but as the principal they didn’t. If the head of the store is reading this - that’s how you lose the client, I will never come back here, and absolutely will not recommend it to anyone.

Ich war schon öfters in dieser Filiale einkaufen, leider jedes mal waren die Mitarbeiter sehr unfreundlich, die Kunden werden nicht mal begrüßt oder verabschiedet. Man wird immer nur unmotiviert angeschaut wenn man fragen stellt oder etwas bezahlen wird.

I am an Ex-pat and I used to live in the Netherlands. I am currently living in the Slovak Republic. I loved this place while living in the Netherlands and I was pleasantly surprised to find the establishment in Austria, Vienna. I travel at least 2 times monthly to Vienna via train JUST to shop at this place. I love it. I have never purchased anything I was unhappy with. All products are practical and affordable.

I am a Nederlander, when I saw Austria also open HEMA stores I was so happy. Just moved 10 months ago to Vienna, I am using eye brow pencil and eye liner from HEMA since a few years ago, glad now I live closed by to central station where HEMA store is.

Staff very friendly but the smell inside ... like 10 football players right after the game without having a shower.
Die negativen Kommentare überraschen mich überhaupt nicht. Ich würde leider auch schlecht beraten und 'Freundlichkeit' ist für denen ein Fremdwort. Sehr übersichtlich und aufgeräumt schaut es in der Filiale auch nicht aus aber es ist einiges im Sortiment bei so einer kleinen Fläche. Man sieht auch, dass die Filiale am HBF in Wien schlecht besucht wird. Mal sehen, wie lange das so weiterläuft!
The worst shop ever... Rude and forbidden to make pictures... I will never get back to this terrible shop... Strongly recommend to avoid it!
