We were hearing noises in the roof above our second floor bedroom for several months. We'd previously had someone else come by and look at the roof as we suspected racoons were living in our small attic space. However, we were told everything was fine and that there was nothing to worry about. After the noises continues and became more prominent we got in touch with Swat. Great decision ! Randy came by and did an unbelievably thorough inspection of our roof and walls. He was able to confirm the presence of racoons living right above where our bed is located. He even showed me where they were nesting using his thermal camera. Randy was also able to diagnose that there point of entry was the neighbours roof. In the end our neighbours went a different way for fixing the problem but without Randy my wife and I would still be tossing and turning at night. Highly recommended !

Sande and his team were awesome! He was professional, so helpful, answered all my questions and most importantly actually went into my attic to retrieve the raccoon babies. I had a different company come weeks ago who did not help me with the issue, only left a hole in my roof. I wish I had found him first! I am so happy I came across his company. My experience with AAA Sande Wildlife Control has been outstanding! Sande was easy to reach, responsive, and professional. He gave me a time window for same-day service, called when he was an hour away, and showed up within the hour.

Sande's inspection was thorough and included photographs. He took time to explain each issue, the options, and the costs involved for each option. Sande noticed wear and tear of my roof shingles and shared photos with me. When he completed his work, he explained the outcomes and referred to photographs, all of which he shared via email with his invoice. He gave me clear information about what to expect when mama squirrel returns to find her entryways blocked.

I have had many interactions with tradespeople who are condescending, impatient, and disrespectful, but Sande is not one of those. He has great communication skills, patiently answers questions, and really wants you to understand the situation and your options. Highly recommend!

Rob showed up right on time and did a very thorough inspection of the roof, soffit and inside the attic.

Had an awful odour in my house for about a week. I called air duct cleaners (I know, I know, who calls those guys, but it seemed like it was coming from the vent). That didn’t work. Called another wildlife company, who though they tried, they clearly didn’t have the experience. Which sucked because now I have 8 holes in my basement guest room 🤦‍♂️

Then I called Sande. He was professional, set realistic expectations over the phone, and showed up the next day on time. He quickly assessed the situation. Unless I was going to take the entire interior wall down, we weren’t going to find the animal. He suggested charcoal for the smell, then spent a couple hours under my front porch, closing off the entry points, forcing anything left inside the walls through a one way door, ensuring that they don’t die in my walls later and the smell comes back.

Honestly, wish I would have called him first, would have save about $1000 and had far fewer holes in my drywall.

I had a great experience with Randy from Swat. I have a row house in Toronto and I am hearing critters in my walls. He studied closely every corner of my house inside and out and the outside of my neighbours houses too working to diagnose what I was hearing in my walls. Squirrel in the chimney, so had Tony come out to take a look. Looks like the squirrel had left, so we replaced the rusted out cap with a new one. While on the roof he found some other unsuccessful attempts to get into the attic from the roof vents! Appreciate the great service from the entire team at SWAT, and for helping to quickly resolve an issue with my invoice.

Persistent squirrels had returned to our home and were now in our attic. We gave Swat Wildlife another call and Randy came by the next day. He was very professional, punctual, and nice. He gave us options with what we could do and I appreciated that he also took photos to show us the before and after. We're so grateful that Randy helped us throughout it all. Sande provided us a great relief from the squirrels running around our attic. We hired a previous company, which was totally scam; they were not able to identify the entry pointy and faked that it’s coming from the vents on the roof. They put one-way gate on one of the roof vents, which didn’t result in anything. We were fed up and I contacted Sande. He got the JOB done right. Got the appointment the next day and he was able to identify entry point for the squirrels and secured the entry points. I am very happy with the service provided. Definitely a 5 plus stars!! Very professional, honest and transparent, he explained the issue and how he was going to fix it. Provided video and pictures clearly outlining the issue. I called Mike yesterday eve with a potential raccoon issue on my roof. I explained the issue to him and he was here this morning to assess & address the problem. We were so pleased with the service Mike provided. He removed four raccoons from our attic, one of whom was particularly aggressive. He repaired the areas in our roof where they were getting in. A raccoon ripped off a vent cover on our roof. Mike arrived quickly to inspect our roof. He installed a temporary one way door for the racoon to escape and secured all other roof vents. Days later he came back to install a new roof cover. He was professional and charged a reasonable amount. We are happy with his work and haven't had any more racoon / roof issues. Mike was awesome! He discussed over the phone prior to the visit the issues at hand and realized it was raccoons. He came the next day to set an exit trap door for the unwanted raccoons.
