if i could give zero stars i so would, honestly worst 2 years of my life and i would take years explaining every single reason on why this college is the worst college ever. teachers would not show up to lessons, and leave us clueless on whats going on. the teaching is poor i can strongly say i have not learnt a single thing throughout my 2 years of richmond college, like its all waffle no talk.

the security guards thing theyre working for the king or something??? they are so rude and have no decency at all. contacting teachers for help is useless as they dont even reply. teachers SLEEPING during lessons? the list goes on this college is a joke

A pretty good college, all of the facilities (at least for the art department) are good and it feels like a safe environment. I would recommend it.

The College is very diverse in terms of both facilities and students and staff. There is a course here for everyone and the resources are new and improved.

This was a while ago, However Bad experience… teacher accidentally deleted my media work in the final year after taking over, turning off the computer then next day removes film footage from camera… took time too find a solution in that I could of spent writing my website.

Had some bullying/ conflict issues too not much was done about it, and was told I should just concentrate on my work instead by a teacher.

VERY RUDE security guards one who purposely tried making issues with students my following them asking to see ID multiple times a day even if you have shown him already, he was always condescending and sarcastic, Another security guard told me to say “please can you open the gate” when showing him my ID printed pass (since I lost my pass) when multiple classes ended so people where all trying to get out quickly and made the situation awkward because I have a stammer and if I had had my ID Card I could just scan though…

2nd star goes for the therapy dogs with their staff ID passes only few of the good parts that’s and some nice teachers I met but honestly a lot of it wasn’t good. Please train teachers more and help stop the bullying

I would not recommend this college for students at the age of 16. I was told not to contact the college regarding progress of my child during the course of his first year as this “is an adult college”. My son received three U grades after the first year. I took him out and didn’t receive one follow up call. My son still receives emails two years later!!!

Took my daughter and her best friend to enroll and we were faced with such a rude member of staff named kasim (A-Level politics) I was assisting my daughters friend as she was nervous to speak and I wanted to explain her dad had passed away during gcse, hence the low grades. He did not acknowledge my presence, he did not listen to me speak, he said he'll hear me out in a minute and never did. He told her she has to get 6 in everything in her pathway to gcse course which turned out to be false information. He then said to her 'this is your final and last chance now' he should not be around students !

The college has a huge problem with the attendance office, the 2 people at that desk don't read emails and do not answer them its practically pointless even emailing about attendance, appointments, ect. I had to go there and tell them i have an appointment with the letter in my hand and they still asked me to email it to them when i have it in my hand and they could put it on the system i asked them why they dont reply to emails also to figure out if my attendance has been affected but they said "replying isn't our job".
Then what is your job! I need to figure out if my appointment has been read or if my attendance has been affected.

I won't name names but i have accepted my attendance dropping now and i just gave up emailing. Honestly you're better off talking to air if you want anything happening at that college its very sad.

I’ve done access to social care and health and GCSE English last year, it’s the worst thing that I’ve ever experienced, i had one day where classes were till 8 pm. They literally changed the teachers 4 times during the whole year. It was so sad for us.
The college is so modern but the location is so bad. Plus a student has been stabbed in the first three months of the semester no one’s knows why or how. Moreover, a flood has happened in the building and made it very bad even the prayer room has been closed.
I’m sorry but I don’t recommend it, i hope to get better.
