Great service and made out event beautiful!

The assistant i spoke to is very unprofessional and unwilling to help. The first thing she asked when i called about a wedding decoration was what's your budget? It's not the best way of doing business. I looked online before i called so i know what to expect. Instead of giving options or asking me how to make my day extra special she went straight for the money. That says a lot about how you value your customers. What I was hoping to hear was to offer me the best she has and work her way down. That was not the case at Mimi decor. I've called several times to get a hold of mimi herself and left a voicemail and no one got back to me. Offer me the platinum decor that you say you do and I'll pay. What i will not tolerate is the kind of behavior your assistant showed and make no effect to fix my problem. That's worth 0 dollars! Please train your employees to be confident on your product so you can earn more business. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied! I will not recommend it to anyone!
