Such a great Place for all ages! We held our sons first birthday here and the staff was super helpful and professional.

We ordered a room at this place for a kindergartener's birthday party and we were not disappointed. All the guests who are at least 3 years old enjoyed their time at the indoor playground.

One major complaint: when the staff popped the birthday balloons from a previous party, it sounded horrible. Too loud! They should consider how to reduce such noise pollution.

I hosted my son's 7th birthday party here. It was fun. The arcade and play area size is reasonable and there is enough to play for all age groups. The staff is very polite and helpful. I am definitely recommending this place.

Second year in a row coming to this location for my daughters birthday party, second year having an AMAZING time!
A facility can have cool stuff, but the staff went above and beyond, so courteous professional and still able to joke around with the kids that cross their paths. Overall amazing experience both years. I was especially impressed with a young gentleman I believe his name was kashique I'm not sure if I'm spelling that correctly but you know who you are! The manager on duty, the girl by the gate, all lovely humans. Very impressed with the staff and the entertainment offered. Just look at the room! (6 second video)

Kaushik really helpful and supportive. He guided lot and due his positive experienced. Will come again and again here around the Toronto. I really appreciate his effort and enjoy my both kids very much.

I had my daughter's second birthday here and it was great. I opted for the premium package because I wanted to bring my own cake (brought cupcakes instead) and make my own loot bags. I was a little nervous based on a few review comments but my experience was great.

Prior to the party, I was emailing the staff back and forth multiple times regarding questions and they always responded quickly.

Day of, the room was setup (tables set in the colour theme I selected). I did buy tablecloths because I assume it wasn't included, that was my fault. I could have just arrived and did nothing but I did hang a birthday banner, placed my own loot bags at each seat and added a few table decorations. The party room did feel a little tight when all the adults were standing but the room was perfect for the kids.

For an indoor playground it was clean. I did have my daughter's party at 10:00 right at open so it was not busy. This place had a variety of activities that catered to different ages groups. At noon, the place did get busy with walk-ins.

I saw a few bad reviews about the bathroom about going in without shoes but I think at any public indoor playground it's going to be the same. Yes, there are no shoes allowed inside (they have cubbies in the front) but everyone is in the same boat.

The only two "negative" review I would give was the $5 arcade cards that came with the package. We weren't aware that the games collected points so alot of my guest didn't redeem. Could use another staff there was only two at the counter and sometimes just one.

Overall, I had a great experience with Epic Planet and my daughter loved it which matter the most.

*They have a cart available at the front to help bring things inside. I wish I knew first.

This place is very understaff, unsafe and dirty. Someone puked today and they just wiped it after being told by a few people. Kids already stepped on the puked and walked all over the playground. I saw some kids running outside the gate and their parents didn’t even know about it. Washroom was very wet and smelly. Birthday party room barely had anyone assisting. Dirty floor !
