Jamaica’s calling system has been updated many years ago . Please update the calling information and remove the digit 1 in-front of the number. If by chance a customer pays on the wrong account , why is there always an issue refunding the money or transferring it to the correct account . By this simple dishonest act A lot of your customers have lost, money , time and trust in the company . These are the little big things that contribute to our countries rapid braid drain . Your polices need review , and adjustments, not sure which side you are batting for JPS ; the honest civilians of the country , or the Scamming few .

Why is my bill at basically 10K? I barely watch TV so it's unplugged, I have on 3 lights at max, literally the only thing else I plugged in are the washing machine, the Wifi, and the fridge. My last bill was at pretty much 9K so I unplugged my microwave and turned on my lights at a later date. Somehow it's higher. Do I need to unplug my fridge and let my food spoil? Do I need to turn off my flood lights and make my residence look inviting to robbers? Speaking of robbers, you sure do seem like them with how much you're charging when I literally don't do anything to warrant such a drastic price.

I’m extremely frustrated with JPS, not being able to talk to a representative from JPS, my avenue light has been going like every month, and JPS team takes forever to come out to fix the issues, JPS doesn’t care

Horrible! Living over seas and trying to connect with a customer service Agent whether by chat or phone is a nightmare! None of the numbers work and when you finally get a number that does work, msg states no one is available at this number and hangs up. EXTREMLEY Frustrating!!!

If I could Go Negative I would-- I am just trying to talk to a live person so that the low voltage thing can fix... the automated system is annoying- it and the Chat-- Technology suppose to make life easier not complicated and stupid--- all in the name of not wanting to pay staff?? ya'll weird
