I don't have electricity and being logging to them no ref was given,I have spent R300 airtime calling no luck and now I want to take this meter to them can't find their closing time at Midrand what must I do seating with a 10 days child it's so cold😥

I don't understand how you work.

We had no electricity for more than 24hours at Kanana EXT 5 and surrounding areas and your doing nothing and no one is answering your landline, Why do you have a landline when there's no one who can answer it.

I have been without electricity for 2days now and when i follow up im being told that it has been escalated

Sending emails and they give me Reference number but they don't come it's been 4 days now

I've been trying to log Calls since morning and they not even picking up their phones, poorer service one gets here

I have been logging calls since Saturday but they're failing to resolve our issues

These guys are thieves. They also go by the name Rebirth repairs with a different website. They couldnt repair my oven but kept the deposit. They said they couldnt pay it back because they were struggling financially. Con artists ...they will come days after the agreed date ,EMPTY PROMISES EMPTY PROMISES ALL DAY after you pay deposit you will chase for them to come ,not professional at all ,I regret using them!!

WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR THEM TO SHOW UP..
