I mean, I guess there is no need to say they only care about the money because i feel like thats obvious, I study media at nyu and I can assure you that you will get an acceptance if you’re either famous, related to one, this school is not a place for dreamers, is a place for spoiled kids that never had to fight for anything except eras tour tickets.

And they will brag for taking 10 years of singing lessons when they know damn well anybody else could do it if they had the money, most kids spent 1000 dollars casually in a single day, they make you dream of going there only so they can brutally crush it, and those who attend it wear it like a medal, even though, once again, they know damn well anyone else could do it if they had the money.

I regret attending NYU and I feel ashamed for it, when people find out i go here their faces immediately change to discussed and embarrassed, they know I had it easy and they know im just another spoiled kid. The classes are AWFUL and literally could have learned it by myself

Columbia University is an excellent institution that provides students with a top-notch education. The professors are highly knowledgeable and passionate about their subjects, and the curriculum is challenging and engaging. The campus is beautiful and offers a wide range of resources and opportunities for students to get involved in research, clubs, and extracurricular activities. Overall, Columbia University is a fantastic choice for any student looking to receive a world-class education and gain valuable experiences that will prepare them for success in their future careers.
Visited the college for a IELTS testing on a Sunday. The staff is pretty polite and helpful. The place is easily accessible from the Penn Station. May not be the best place for IELTS testing as the Manhattan street noise can be very disturbing, the test rooms and not sound proof.

One of my favorite aspects of Columbia is its location in New York City. The university is situated in the heart of Manhattan, surrounded by some of the best restaurants, museums, and cultural attractions in the world. It's the perfect place to experience the vibrancy of city life while also pursuing your academic goals.

Overall, I highly recommend Columbia University to anyone who is seeking a top-notch education, a supportive community, and a vibrant city experience.
Spent time at Columbia during my PhD as a visiting student and loved the inspiring campus and its world class research facilities! I highly recommend a visit to Butler Library if you get the chance as an international student.

Working almost every day with the College, is a good experience since you get to meet students from all over the world, and interact with them, very nice kids well educated and good manner, allways willing to help us in anything with need like open doors where we need a key with don't have, buy they know us. Bravo.... nice environment 👏 👌 👍
NYU is not your traditional university with miles of green acreage and beautifully manicured pathways connecting academic buildings. This university basically surrounds Washington Square, a small park filled with eclectic personalities, which acts as the school's common area, while the university itself spreads out in a 2 block radius in each direction around that same park. Given its compact size, there are tons of people passing through here, most of which are a mix between students, tourists, and locals. The school has around 28,000 enrolled students. If you like the excitement of a big city married to the concept of a college campus, NYU is your vibe. We toured here, and my daughter loved it. I thought it strange that we didn't get to see any classrooms, dining facilities, or living quarters on the tour, and I think this would have benefitted our overall experience. This is one of the only college tours we've been on that left out all three. There is a lot of emphasis on academics and research opportunities for students. NYU stands as the premiere educational institution in New York City next to Columbia.

Columbia University is a stunning campus that is steeped in history and tradition. From the moment you step onto its grounds, you are struck by the beauty of the architecture and the natural surroundings. The campus is sprawling, with lush green spaces, modern buildings, and historic landmarks.

The faculty are world-renowned experts in their fields, and the curriculum is challenging and thought-provoking. The university also provides an abundance of extracurricular activities and resources, including clubs, sports teams, and research programs.

Nina in CUNY welcome centre is the best person! She really cares about people and she helped with my not easy situation! She is kind person and I feel that she wants to help people. Before her I was talking with 3 different people there and nobody wanted to help to solve my problem. She did! Very very nice person! Thank you Nina! I appreciate it!

Columbia University is one of the ivy league schools located in the heart center of NYC with historic landmark buildings like Butler Library, Low Memorial Library, Earl Hall, St.Paul Chapel and other interesting sites around the Morningside campus like Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine. It is also one of the oldest universities in US. Enjoy walking in and around the university or relax on the grounds or library stairs.
Awesome campus, with a plethora of amazing architectural buildings onsite. Would highly recommend visiting and it a great place to get away from the hustle and bustle of NYC and take a relaxing walk around the campus.

I was so excited on getting back to school and complete my career expectations VIRTUAL but this university is a rip off and Scam , I had a couple of college degrees from FL state and Canada that were supposed to count towards my program and decrease my time to get a degree and I was told that I CAN GET MY DEGREE IN TWO YEARS but now I was just inform it's not two years but three to four more years and the other issues is that this season and the previous I had a couple of professors that were out of the country the whole semester impossible to get a hold on them, no live classes. one was in Russia or something and the other one in Singapore the whole semester so due to the hour difference it was impossible to get a hold on them besides the fact that all the videos of reference were coming from a YOUTUBE WEBSITE !! how professional (sarcasms) Do your research before signing. NOW I'M STUCK WITH STUDENT LOAN FROM A SCAM.
Absolutely disgusting what they did to Mena Yarelyn. As someone who grew up in a domestic abuser household and watched the trial and looked at her/his testimony and evidence, it clearly shows that Amber Heard is the abuser and Johnny Depp is a victim. You are protecting an abuser and you should be ashamed of yourself. You would not take it down if Amber Heard was a victim - double standards as its best!!!
Considering that this University does not support the 1st Amendment right, freedom of sprech, so they can be socially acceptable. Despicable.
I attended mercy since 2019 and ima dark skin woman and all they ever did was discriminate me for my skin I discharged today and I do not regret it you guys shouldn't single me out because I'm dark or say I'm a threat bc I'm dark I do not recommend this school for anyone in my culture they will do the same to you
IF I TALK ABOUT THIS UNIVERSITY, THIS UNIVERSITY IS MY ONLY HOPE, DREAM AND GOAL !!! I WILL ALWAYS ENTER THIS UNIVERSITY IN THE FUTURE !!! NOW I LIVE FOR THIS UNIVERSITY !!! 🥲🥲🥲 !!!
Beautiful architecture old style building.
Water fountain was so beautiful.
Went there to check out Nyu for my daughter
She loves that University.🤞

I got a better education in one semester at a community college than I did with 2 years of going here...
You can never get ahold of them or get any questions answered. The first semester I was supposed to go they had a hold on my account because I was a transfer student which I couldn't get ahold of anyone to take it off until the day of classes. At that point I just deferred because there were no classes left to add. It's a complete mess.
I have been stuck in the application process since august 2020, every time I call I’m on a half hour wait with no answer I need assistance.
It has a great and enlightened Trade Union. It supports "No Cold War with China" movement and opposes and rejects the build up of war with China.

A pretty good college with a wide range of programs. Has options for a mix of in-class and online classes, which allows for flexibility based on different personal circumstances and schedules.
The best advantage is that many of the bisiness teachers are or were executives in the private sector and they bring this real experience to the classroom.
The admin side could benefit from some fine tuning, but overall a very good experience, never had issues with payments, processing or graduation. Recommended and the Manhattan campus is very well located, both in terms of access and being near center town.
I loved my education journey there!well recommended 👍👍👍
If it wasn't already called Washington Square Park, it would called NYU Park, as the campus almost completely surrounds it. Made up of multiple buildings and dorm housings, it also has a ton of restaurants and small businesses surrounding it.
In fact this is good University, where we ought to be. Studying at PIU is the best thing that can happen in our lives.i really appreciate the kind of prompt care the administration gives to student. I recommend any worker across the globe that want to enroll in any program of his choice to go to PIU. Because it is the best place to be in for online studies.

Preparing a PhD at the PIU is another manner of creative online studies that permits both studying and working with flexibilities between each other, i really recommend it...Good luck!!
Dear Sirine David,
To be candid, this University is not a scam and it is an accredited University, it is officially a registered institute and obtained its accreditation from IAO and even in the process of obtaining another one with AAHEA.
You can go to say anything, as per as i'm concerned i know of several well-placed individuals who graduated from this University and working normally in governmental positions.

It's a great institution, but their alumni are often saddled with massive debt. But hey, it's an awesome school. If you have money, it's definitely worth it to live in NYC, party, and go to school. Their programs are top-notch.
Hello,

PIU is a good university and has enabled me to achieve my educational and professional goals. PIU allowed me to obtain credible degrees in Master and Doctorate.
I recommend this university to all professionals wishing to prosper in their career.
During my studies at PIU I received excellent support from its staff.

Educational institution that has faculty experienced professionally and academically. Here you can find great teachers and bright young minds. Faculty here also teach at very prestigious schools in NY and from around the globe. As long as you are actively involved in this institution, continue to dream, and seek progress, you will always do fine. Mercy College is a valued stepping stone providing top tier mentors for anyone who wishes to become prepared for their career.
Looking forward to seeing the community flourish.

DON’T attend this college. An absolute disgrace ‘institution.’ A college that is only out for your money. Absolutely ripped off my fiance. She’s now about to complete grad school at Hunter College.— She’s so much happier at Hunter. A complete contrast to how she was when attending Mercy and dealing with their horrendous administration.

If you borrowed the $50,000 for your degree and can't find a good job, you have a serious problem. I have bachelor's and all I was able to find was call center rep(!) and no experience of mine helped me to land a better position.

Some professors are racist and there is nothing you can do. It’s expensive.

Oh ! Job assistance: during education I tried those services: I was interviewed for a position with salary below market and 2weeks of unpaid training.

I attended DeVry's Philadelphia location nearly 10 years ago one class shy of my Bachelor's Degree. (I know, I know, crazy right?) Finally deciding to return back I requested a call from a staff member and I am beyond grateful that Diane received my inquiry. Diane's diligence won't soon be forgotten. She cared about assisting me as if she were helping herself. Initially, it seemed as if finalizing that last class would be an arduous task. However, after explaining my situation Diane did all the leg work required and after careful evaluation of my credits I met the requirements to receive Bachelor's Degree without having to take any additional classes! I truly appreciate Diane's excellent communication throughout the process via the phone or email. I am a firm believer of karma and Diane made me believe that all the positive energy I've put into this world returned to me tenfold. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I have been attending DeVry for a while now and Diane and Gabe were two people that were absolutely amazing and very helpful!! Diane has this warm energy and she helped me by walking me through steps and taking the time out to explain to me the classes I needed to continue my education. Gabe was so helpful and we need more people like them. They are genuine people who take the time out to listen and answer your questions to their full potential. Diane helped me get through the Career Services and linked me with this amazing person Susanne who is another warm, genuine, funny person.
I hope that you all get to experience what I experienced working with these 3 people!!!!

I matriculated to Devry in early fall 2018 and I must say the experience has been nothing short of perfect. DeVry has excellent advisors and extremely knowledgeable professors and academic staff. Although I am an online student I can't tell you the amount of times I received excellent support. I mean just today an advisor by the name of Alison Manzella gave me awesome and spectacular support. To anyone who is reading this review and are looking to return to or go to college for the first time. You couldn't find a more stellar choice or academic program than DeVry. I believe I've said enough call DeVry today!

I have been attending DeVry for almost a year now. My counselor Jamie and the VA rep Gabe have been excellent. Gabe has changed my classes to fit my needs and time lines. I pushed off Statistics tell the July session. I am glad I did because Dr. Shannon Burton was the best prof. I have ever had. He made complex problems look easy and he made them easy to understand to be able to complete the assignments. His love for teaching showed each time he stepped into the class room.

I like many older students had to re-learn how to go to school, due to taking Online/OnLive classes. I'm from the era of having a teacher in a classroom and that's it. But Devry offers both, which makes it convenient to possibly choose to either take the class online or head to the school for class.
The Online classes are tremendously helpful for me, being a single parent. But I've noticed not all Professors record their classes. I don't care if only the first class was the "Live" class. When Professors have online students, recording the sessions should be the standard, not a choice.
Devry does go out its way to help you resolve as many pitfalls as any student can possibly fall into. This is quite comforting for me, because being a Single parent, there's always some unaccounted for drama that I must tackle. And the Professors have worked with me in getting assignments handed in.
Once class I took had one of the week's not open up for the entire class. Meaning some could see the work for the week and others couldn't. And for the online student this is terrible because you may not get to your work until the end of the week. Then you’re left struggling trying to get that resolved, so you’re not penalized with handy in assignments late. But the Professor immediately acknowledged the issue, and didn't penalize everyone. Which may sound like it's not a big deal. But for me it was huge, because it happened over a Holiday.
Overall, I'm happy I chose Devry. I was looking at several other schools like southern New Hampshire University. But I chose Devry because it seemed to specialize in my major and was offering better prices with classes. I'm on a budget so class prices are huge to me.
So far all I can say is, thanks Devry.

I am currently a student at Keller graduate school of management in the Manhattan campus pursuing an MBA degree. The counselors are extremely knowledgeable about the different programs that DeVry has to offer and they truly care about the students needs. Because of their guidance I was not only able to find the right program to pursue my degree in but they also helped me apply a scholarship which went towards paying my tuition. The professors have also been wonderful and extremely helpful with everything. I also want to point out that the school has an excellent system/platform (canvas) that has the most up-to date technology which gives us access to many different softwares and also help us to do better research. Overall, I am happy with the university!
An extremely interesting museum. They arrange free tours about the house. It was very informative and educational.

It doesn't feel like a real college since it's only 2 floors in a building. Some of the professors are unprofessional and hard to reach. I can't wait to graduate.
This was a very relaxing place with an outdoor area. Great for events!
Best of Universities
Not a place I'd want to go
More than thirty years ago, I attnded programs here while in college.
I'm a student and I looooove the library at Roosevelt House!! It's so peaceful and quiet and just the perfect environment to do homework. I can't wait for a break in between semesters so I can finally have time to browse the AMAZING selection of books!! :)
This is a fake school - it's just a place to buy a fake diploma.
One of New York City's hidden gems. A magnificent property which was owned and occupied by members of the Roosevelt family for almost half a century and is still in use by Hunter College and a Policy Studies Institute. At time of writing guided tours are only available on Saturdays, for individuals and small groups, and Fridays, for larger groups. Pre-booking is recommended because otherwise availability is not guaranteed. Tours, guided by well-informed staff, provide fascinating insights into FDR and Eleanor's campaigns and lives before, during and after the time they owned the property. Well worth taking the trouble to make a reservation and take the tour.
