Very Friendly, helpful staff and great workspace at the back of the library.

I visited Lichfield Library today in the Market Square to renew my bus pass. The assistant was friendly and so helpful it made the visit a pleasure.

A great place to study with an inspiring backdrop - the stained glass interior of the old church. Staff very friendly. Wifi works well.

They've got a dance club on the second floor and they blast music so loud it feels more like you're at a concert than in a library. What kind of library allows this? Absolutely ridiculous.

I'm a frequent visitor to the business hub section, which is always available & well laid-out.
Staff are always friendly & helpful, especially with the printing/scanning facilities.
The library is in an incredible church setting & is worth visiting for that alone.

Library was great. Lots of drilling and building going on upstairs so being headphones if you are noise sensitive. Lovely helpful staff.

Often very noisy and full of screaming children, the cafe overlooks the working area and can be quite noisy. Lovely library but the noise ruins what a library is supposed to be- a quiet place for people who don’t have a quiet space to go and work, the plugs have also not been working for the past 4 days

Plenty books to borrow and spacious.
Shame there is no free parking but there is plenty car park for one to two disable parking.
It is situated outside a bus stop which is handy for people visiting.
The tourist counter is also inside the library.
