Abysmal service by staff who have neither training in or inclination towards customer satisfaction.
This store is by far the worst-managed Subway I have ever been to. Service is best described as glacial, and the franchisees are clearly baking the bare minimum amount of bread that they think they'll sell each day, hence they will usually have no bread by 1:30pm.

The man who served me today clearly hates his job. He mumbled every question so quiet I had to ask him what he said every time he asked anything and had packed up everything he could 2 hours before they close.
I got a pizza sub and had to ask him at the end to add the pizza sauce and when I said the only salad I wanted was tomato he asked "that's all?!" In a very rude tone. I didn't want any other salad because it was all covered in lettuce or olives and looks a mess, tomatoes were the only clean salad.
Not to mention the whole thing was cooked on a burnt sub

P.S I've seen them clean the bench area with sanitizer right next to the food and watched the spray fall all over the meat and salad area

Gross. They used to be good but now they're just... yuck. One time my sub tasted like cigarettes 😬🤢

Was here on a quiet Monday afternoon, with a single guy behind the counter doing an order and didn't acknowledge that I was there till he finished what he was doing. Also didn't seem too excited that he had a paying customer to serve either

ordered tuna footlong every other subway I have been to put tuna on with a scoop. this shop put on tuna with a thin knife and the roll had very little tuna on it . salad was good as usual.

The last two times I have been to subway at Menai the service is very slow i had one person infront of me and it took 15 mins to make the sub, staff look like they do not know what they are doing. This time they had no meatballs or ham. This is the worst subway I have been too. Management need to sort this out asap if not you are going to lose alot of customers. Due to the long waiting periods I saw three people leave the line.

I had not been to a Subway for years so I tried the one inside Menai Marketplace. There was 1 young guy working there by himself, as it was later in the afternoon. He was not in the slightest bit interested in being there. The salad counter was a mess, I almost walked away except I was hungry so I ordered. I ordered a chicken and bacon subway melt. The guy was about to put it in the toasting oven. I told him I didn't want it toasted just melted.They normally used to put it in the microwave. He told me they put it in the toaster to melt it. I thought this qas Bizarre as this will toast the bun as it did. At this stage I was going to just walk but I now felt sorry for the guy. Anyway the subway was terrible, the service was non existant, and I won't be going back there in a hurry. 👎
