Disappointing that both Carrot and Tomato where unavailable. A supermarket/ carrots arnt hard to find.

Even more disappointing that with limited vegetable options, Avocado was still an additional cost.

Eating healthy is expensive and yesterday was overall disappointing

Maybe it is Ashburton but these guys are very good with food. Fast food included. This Subway was the best subway I have had in a few decades. Multiple countries, states and cities. I felt forced into going by my wife and kids. Now I am the one suggesting to go. Well done Ashburton Subway.

I was given a different sub than I ordered- they did offer to remake but I didn't have time.

Stopped in 5pm 6th September, served by a moody teenage guy. Made us feel like we shouldn't have been there, totally unpleasant and unhelpful.

Pretty upsetting to see how this place is run, a bit different to others.. the amount of food given was almost nothing, when spoke to they claimed they are differe t to other subways, the staff were rude and not understanding at all. Will not be returning.

The last order I made was on deliver easy and I will NEVER make that mistake again. They missed out About what I ordered and was absolutely slimey/watery I don't even know how that was possibly . I had to throw the whole thing away it was unedible with the soggy bread, missing half the ingredients, was just a big mess.

The times I've GONE INTO the store is a different side. When I've seen them make jt they tend to actually do kt.corrsct but this could also be the factor that there is someone on the other side of the counter watching and making sure it's being made correct. I just wish they would take the time+ effort on the delivery orders

I have ordered 40 subs for guests coming to our place for lunch, we have pre ordered them 2 days ago and clearly mentioned not to put any onions in all the 49 subs as we have strict dietary requirements and guess what ….all of our subs had onions in it and have to throw all our meal in rubbish. We were so embarrassed in front of all our guests. Can not recommend this subway in future. Totally disappointed…. ruined our get to gather…😡

Awesome team on a Sunday. We turned up ordered 10 foot long subs and the team worked like a well oiled machine to get our subs out in record time. The team did it all with a smile at a really busy time of day. And the subs were really yum!!
