Ordered from just eat and havent bothered to make half the order, great service that, tried to call and didnt answer
Ordered for the 1st time on just eat! Won't bother again! After 1 1/4hours I rang to check the order. It finally turned up after 1hour 40 and the order was wrong, the stick was hard, I rang and was told that it was the delivery drivers fault. But the boxes had our order number clearly written on them! So it wasn't the delivery driver! Paid extra for the extra filling and ended up with un melted cheese and plain oatcakes! The food was ok but not what we ordered
Ordered a small breakfast today and it was amazing! Hot food packed very well and good portion sizes. We will absolutely be returning here again.
Pulled in for diesel on the way home to Wales, the lady just called the pump number, nothing else. Went into the shop to ask what the problem was, grabbed a couple of drinks and snacks for the journey back where she scanned then hid 2 drinks hoping i would forget them. We moved over to the pump she told us to, could not be arsed dealing with her again so tried paying through the app, was not sure which shell garage it was so went in to ask if it was Talke Shell garage and she replied with "well obviously". This is not the correct way to converse with customers. Time was 1910, 29th of July 2024. I suggest Shell start encouraging staff with good customer service skills or at least train them up aso they deal with people in the correct manor and treat them with a bit of common decency.
Randomly popped in this morning to try them out and was not disappointed. Really good quality oatcakes and the filled cheese / cheese & tomatoe were Sensational.

Well, I only recently came across Easy Cheesy Oatcakes, on the outskirts of Longton, as I live at the other end of the city.
I had a triple oatcake (stacker) for my husband’s breakfast and took a dozen oatcakes home for our evening meal.
The service in store was excellent & I’m always keen to look at hygiene ratings for anywhere that I’m purchasing food from as I’m very fussy and saw that it had a rating of five.
The staff were very friendly and the food was prepared without fuss within minutes, the triple oatcake stacker was piping hot and the oatcakes were very tasty.
The oatcakes were very fresh and had clearly been prepared that morning, prices are spot on although I’d pay more, a dozen amazingly fresh oatcakes for £2.70!
I’ll be getting our oatcakes from here in future, everything from the staff, pricing and of course the oatcakes are spot on.
I’ve read that there is 50 years of experience behind Easy Cheesy and you can tell.
Parking was easy, there was space outside the shop or a minutes walk away on the nearby Lidl Carpark.

Perfect food as per usual. As you can see in the photo, we ordered a perfectly reasonable amount of food per person, meaning an Easy cheese each as a starter, a sandwich as a main, both with either friers or tater tots, chicken strips are amazing, and posh tots always go down well. We had milkshakes to round up the meal. We'll be back in a few weeks' time as always 🤤
Great sandwiches with plenty of options (vegetarian, vegan and gluten free catered for), great portion too. I’d be proud to have made at home. We want to go again for the brunch menu!
Popped in for dinner. Soup, tea cake and coffee. Friendly service, food, good quality but Smooth radio is not for me!!
Lovely home cooked meal. Enjoyed a lovely cheese and onion quiche with a cappuccino. Quick and efficient service and the coffee was lovely and hot.

A first visit following a recommendation - we booked a table as advised and the restaurant was full, which is always a positive sign and lovely to see when so many are struggling.......very quirky with a chilled atmosphere and wonderful choices on the menu. Food was 10/10 and friendly waitrons offered excellent service as we only had an hour to eat before a show at The Regent Theatre.

We drove past this place million times and never noticed it untill today. We were really surprised how lovely the place look (despite rundown neighbourhood). The building looks lovely both inside and outside. Jacket potato and the sandwich was really tasty
One of the strongest 5* reviews ever, such a chilled atmosphere, great cheesey tunes, friendly staff, the food was soooo good!!! I only wish I could have eaten more (I was gonna explode by the end!!!😄) really nice set up with plenty of room upstairs as well and nice little private booths dotted about! Looking forward to my return trip!!
Awful place. My partner has Chron’s disease and the male on night staff flat out refused to let him go to the toilet although he was desperate due to his disability. Absolutely shocking.
Ever since the adblu pumps were installed I have used them to refill my cars. Today at about 4.30 pm the attendant refused to authorise pump 15 for me to use stating that it is hgv only. Is this a new policy? If so does that mean our company vehicles. Non of which are hgv cannot use this pump to refill adblu? Talking of 25 trucks. Obviously if we go elsewhere for adblu then we will fuel at that place instead.
Personally we found the cake in particular over priced for what it was at £4.50/4.95 for lemon and blueberry / carrot cake. The experience and taste was fairly average and underwhelming unfortunately. Could possibly be just our cake choice / taste though. The staff very friendly and helpful and the cafe itself was clean.
Nice place. Good sandwich portions. Tasty but can be a bit messy. Chips were ok. Would have preferred proper french fries. Can takeaway if you don't finish it all. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Would recommend.
Tired of offers on alcohol mainly lager then when you take it to the till they ask for more than the offer price labelled in the fridge and when you question it you get a shrug of the shoulders and told its the price on the system. Sort it out surely they should honour the display price. I even got charged once for beer I returned back to the fridge that was priced wrong and told it was refunded back to my card but never received the refund.
This is my second visit, and every bit as good as the first. A friendly welcome and immediately taken to table.

Not great today. Stale white sliced bread sadly. The outside of the sandwich was hard. Very thin filling too. As someone who used to sell sandwiches we used to throw away bread at the end of EVERY day and always have fresh bread in the morning and never use bread the next day.(as far as I remember you can claim on the wastage).This bread wasn’t fresh. Also they got my order wrong too but we’d driven away by the time I found out.

Nothing of note. The girls in there were friendly, they made the food quickly, it tasted fine - like any other subway (not my first choice for food but was all that was available in a town I'd not been to before and was hungry and in a rush 🤷🏽😁)

i come here a lot. the food is subway so you can’t really complain about it , the staff are usually very friendly. but today was awful , i ordered my sandwich and it was a set sandwich , i then asked for a few salad items to be swapped which clearly isn’t difficult but the staff member decided to say “could’ve just said that” when repeating what salads i wanted. i then went to pay and i asked to scan my subcard and the woman proceeded to say to her colleague “could’ve just said before hand” and then left me to pay without saying thanks or anything. i don’t know their names but they are twins i think , they’re so rude and impolite everytime i come here. they make me not want to come anymore.

Everytime I order from here they always get my order wrong, today orderd a tuna sub and they put bbq sauce all over it and killed the sub absolutely disgusting why they would do that idk was told to request a refund and reorder but refunds take upto 5 days.... I'll just never order or recommend this place again

Absolutely lovely people here, in particular a beautiful kind lady called Amanda Wiwczaryk. I was doing a charity walk in memory of my son lost to suicide, and needed a bit of advice regarding the road ahead , this beautiful soul not only made a donation to my walk but also called her boss who kindly gave a donation too, she absolutely looked after us with food and coffee too. I cannot thank her enough for everything she did for us, the world would be a far better place if everyone had a heart like Amanda!!

Quite like the subs here. Like the ham with cheese and poached egg. Tried the gravy for the first time and thought it had a peculiar taste so wouldn’t buy again. Also tried the pigs in blankets and they were ok.

I think they changed the layout and the queueing area feels very claustrophobic and narrow.
The drink machine was out of order so I had to pay extra for a bottle, that's not right. When I got the bottle it was warm, and I asked for a different bottle, but it too was warm.
They may be trying to save on electricity but it's just annoying for customers and leaves them with a bad taste.

Lived nearby for about two years, not usually the type to order food in this area, but had a couple of sandwiches from here, someone recognised my accent and everyone was lovely. Food was hot and delicious too.

Very poor costumers service! The lady and a guy with long hair they aren’t friendly at all, I select on coffee machine wrong coffee and I had to order new once and they charged me and he start to look in to rubbish bag and after that he put the hand on my items. This is not friendly coustumers service! I never use it again for sure.!!!

Sure me as a customer will know all of their terms and conditions of selling fuel and deserve to be yelled at .... No I don't and I deserve to be respected. She should have been walking up next to me and just saying sorry we are restricted for one jerry can and maximum of 20 liter .

Fresh breakfast with fresh ingredients from 2 locals and their son. Family ran cafe with a lovely vibe. Always down for a good chat. Quick service and extremely cheap breakfast box with tea for £4.50.
Lovely little local breakfast place, my partner and I love it and the staff are super friendly. Just a shame it's not open on a Sunday for that hangover fix!
Absolutely amazing Cafe! I could not applaud the owners enough as they have hit the nail on the head with this one! Wonderful quaint cafe with a fantastic atmosphere and decor to match, the food is amazing (fully recommend egg in the hole) and all the cakes! 5* for quality and the service is top notch aswel with friendly team!, this is a hidden gem of a cafe and I would fully recommend popping in if you are passing! (Or even if your not passing by its worth a trip!) Parking is right outside which makes it even more accessible! I will be returning :)
Taste was amazing.. I had went with my friends and we ordered many things like 2 different kind of footlong also we ordered sides. Nachos are superb and tasty. The way subway prepare Nachos with salsa and cheese... It's lovely and superb. It was extraordinary experience for all friends at this subway. We all went to many subways before but here the staff is good and also welcoming. Definitely I will go again To eat again. Very neat and clean place.

Was lucky to stumble upon this little gem. Very nice little venue, only stopped for a tea and vanilla slice, but it was lovely, have heard the food is great too, but not tried myself. Nice setting, bet its beautiful in the sunshine too. Thank you
Come very close to swallowing this sharp piece of plastic, could of choked on it or worse, found it embedded into the sandwich. Luckily I managed to stop myself from swallowing it at the last second, phoned up the store to tell them about it but they didn't seem interested in checking the rest of the prepped food, offered another sandwich? Strange, and scary.

The staff were nice and the food was great! They did have good safety measures for covid as well. Will definitely go back. It was a little pricey, but you did get a lot of food.
Edit: haven't eaten here recently as the menu seems to be mostly pulled pork or vegan, and isn't as good as when we first had it years ago.

The last 1.5 years we have came my partner and I have both found it to be less enjoyable than it first was, there have been a few times we even planned to eat here then couldn't find anything we liked on the menu and changed our minds. We have eaten here in the last 2 months, so it was pretty recent, I have just now only written the edited review (sorry for confusion). We just haven't found the food or menu to be as good as when I rated it 5 stars years ago. And we have had issues 2 out of the last 3 times we have visited with our bread (especially on the bottom) getting soggy. One of the times I even had to just remove the bottom piece of bread. I changed the star rating to what I would have reviewed it as if the last 2 times we ate here were our first times (since my first review was years ago), as that's been our recent experiences and the updated review I feel comfortable with.

So the first two times I went. It was nice. But I've just been. And maybe they're rushed but. If they expect to call what they just gave me as cooker bacon. Then I guess I don't know what cooked bacon is. Also. Please use a fresh knife when cutting the sandwich in half. I don't do ketchup. But your previous customer liked it.

There hot chicken, gravy and stuffing sticks are amazing. Proper cooked chicken and the sticks are so soft. Yummy.

Ordered a large bacon, egg to get a huge bread cake bigger than my head to receive 2 tiny bacon and a little egg that didn’t cover 1/3 of my bread cake. I went back in for a nice gentleman to explain why you only get that and for 40p more he’ll make it a 5 piece sandwich (can’t moan at that for £3 in total) then the issue arose where a very disgusting, rude, vile lady decided to appear from the back speaking so rudely, raising her voice & to top it off pointing her finger at me telling me that’s what I ordered where over a handful of times I explained no I never I just want a large sandwich, after the situation was already resolved, eventually the lady moved herself back into the kitchen and left the situation as I’m waiting pretty wound up at this point after the rudeness from this lady the polite gentleman asks if I’m ok to which I said “yes I just don’t believe people should be belittled and spoke to in such a vile manor just for trying to order a sandwich” then once again the vile human decided to fly back out of the back to start raising her voice again to which I lost my temper as I will not be spoke to or mistreated by anybody for no unjustified reason as nobody should be. Overall good value for money just need to keep the unfriendly, argumentative, rude staff under control and show them how to respect and treat people how they would like to be treated.

Lovely food shop. I love the cottage pie chips and gravy. Also the hot chicken- beef gravy baguettes are the best.

Ordered a sausage bap which seemed expensive at £3.40 When it came it was huge with 4 sausages in it. Very nice. And a hot chocolate to go with it. It said to order at the counter but received table service. Staff were very friendly and attentive. Highly recommended.
