Very clean and modern. Mainly a takeaway but has a couple of tables. Serves potatoes, breakfasts, bars, sandwiches, toasties, paninis etc. Nice food.

Bakes look amazing on the display but sadly 3 out of 4 were not fresh. Would not recommend or try again on this basis.

Wow just come into this place for the first time order bacon barm and sausage barm. The bacon was not cooked and the barn was not fresh at all so took back into shop and the woman said there is nothing wrong with the bam they are always fresh and ask if I have ordered here before. Don’t know what that has to do with anything I am a costumer complaining. And not even to get a sorry or anything this is definitely not a place I will ever go back to . Everyone makes mistakes sometimes but here attitude that she is right and I’m wrong is disgusting get a grip you’re food is not all that it’s actually below average. If I could of given it 0 stars I would of done

Would have given this a zero if I could. Ordered a full English and half of it was missing and the portion absolutely tiny for £8.50 . Absolute rip off. Weren’t told on the phone it was cash only to get there and say we thought you knew. Laughable. Only to send us up the street to get cash back for us to come back and say you can bank transfer. Food was awful. Do not go here

Shop was meant to close at 6. Went in at half 5 and was told they only had ham or chicken left??
Decent range of products though sadly no chilli beef pasty as there seasonal. Lovely lad on hot food counter very helpful to me a wheelchair user
Best breakfast ever !! Always go for the mighty mega massive portions and great value for money, order always arrives hot. Also love the cajun chicken panini for lunch. Delicious 😋

Ordered online through uber eats have done a couple times not realising its only a 2 star hygiene rating. Never had any issues spent just under £35 pound today on breakfast just to find hair wrapped around the sausage and I just couldn't eat it requested a refund. Took pictures aswell

Went today, the ladies were lovely but the sandwiches are just pants. How do people go here regularly, even at the price of £5 for a footlong it was poor. Even though the lady was kind, she let herself down by saying I couldn't have olives and pickles on this particular sandwich, not even offering as an extra, just a straight no. Won't be returning, sandwich was terrible

Absolute joke. £5 for the smallest saddest jacket potato I’ve ever seen. Skin was like it’d been microwaved, about a spoonful of beans and a pathetic sprinkling of cheese. Potato and beans cold, not even warm enough to melt the cheese. Utter ripoff, won’t be going near this place ever again. The worst thing I’ve eaten in years. Disgusting. Porky’s round the corner do a much much better jacket potato.
Always a great looking display but today I realised I'm only going to Pilkingtons from now on. Steak pie was stuck into the case, once I'd picked it out was sour and over seasoned. I never leave a pie 😂 until today.. edit.. I've just looked at other reviews so for a giggle have a look at worst rated and the owners replied.. Creased me up laughing.

Had a lovely breakfast here, nice little indoor seating are in the back. The place is lovely and clean and the ladies are very friendly. Excellent full breakfast for my hubby and eggs benny for me 🙂 thoroughly enjoyed.

On entering the store. It was well presented clean staff clean and tidy and a very pleasant greeting they apologised for the delay even though only one in front large order ,the staff that made sandwiches pleasant ,offering all choices clear on how much cost would be ,staff on till pleasant helpful ,this is one of my favourite subways .
Brilliant breakfast and happy to make modifications if needed. The guys are great and friendly as well. Would recommend grabbing their number as they are, completely deservedly, very busy especially on a Saturday so pre ordering is a defo win!! ❤️
Popped in today for a steak mushroom and onion roll. My god it was delicious, plenty of steak pieces nice, thick and tender. Lovely mushrooms and onions. Was by far the best steak sandwich I've eaten. I highly recommend and will return in the future

At 12pm who doesn't have more than 2 jacket potato's ready... this place... inept attitude. Avoid
Sorry but I thought the lady with the glasses was awfully rude when serving me .I even caught her rolling her eyes at a customer who was before me . I find her rude and patronising . Why work with the public if that's how your going to behave . Also talking with another colleague while in front of me I held back absolutely terrible pain. I don't recommend this place at all .

Ordered a few things for delivery. Delivery was fine it was the food that wasn't. Ordered a breakfast barm and I know it's cheap but why use mushrooms from a tin that are full of water 🤢 I love mushrooms but had to leave these watery ones! Made the barm inside so soggy you could scrape the bread! Bacon was full of fat and egg was like rubber. Never again!
Never seen a sandwich like it the bread has been cut the wronge way on my sandwiches all the fillings falling out everywhere my 3 year old could of done it better not usually one to moan but absolutely appalling gave me the wronge cookie absolutely disgusting

Had a steak and cheese sub today for dinner. Was disappointed that they don’t offer the £3.99 foot long app exclusive offer though . The 6 inch steak and cheese sub was fresh and really tasty and just enough to satisfy (foot long would of been far too big). Staff were very pleasant and friendly. Would visit again.

Food is always spot on but they're just far too unorganised in there. You will be waiting at least 15 minutes, usually much longer, for a simple order if you don't ring in. Half the time when you try and ring beforehand there's no answer either so you can't win.
Still, when you do get your order it is decent. Exactly what you want from a butty shop.

The eclairs were well and truly out of date,
felt like dusty old milk in the whipped cream and the box said it had another 2 days left!
The whole eclair was structurally struggling with 2 half sticks, not an enjoyable experience

Okay, and better than some other similar bakeries but bacon/sausage/egg sandwiches cannot be stored in an oven in a plastic bag and then be expected to be palatable.
Nice butties but false advertising. Shop name is "Sandwich Pound" , frontage sign says all sandwiches £1 but they charge £1.40 (this is not a pound) . Is this an acceptable standard to Stockport Council trading standards team?

Good food - Reasonable price for quality. Clean place. Professional and courteous staff. Nice Mocha and Latte. Nothing overly special but definitely nothing to complain about.
Avoid this place! My last experience was horrible. Elder lady with long blond hair preparing sandwiches just coughed her mucus straight into the sandwich she was right preparing. She didn't even try to turn her head or to put her arm in front of her mouth. Simply disgusting!
I went here on 16.9.22,the staff are always friendly from my experience, however I went here today and got a sausage and egg breakfast which cost 1.75 which I think is a joke,as it was cold and the bun was soft and cold.
I only ate it because I had nothing to eat and needed to be at college shortly after.
Safe to say I won't be buying breaky there again .

Cant go wrong with a sausage roll and a cake. I tried the veggie hotdog as i try not to think what's in the meat ones and it was really tasty.. there was a no queue and plenty of staff to help serve and explain the different options for me.. the cake was scrummy as well. Overall, very happy..
Bakery seemed to have quite a reasonable good choice (not as good as others). I couldn't believe that there was no prices though clear for anything to buy. I would expect there to be a board of costs of the sandwiches and cakes clearly for customers to choose what to spend easily. Also listing the cake choices as well would be helpful rather than guessing as the staff member did.
Disgusted with our food the other day, was 1st and last time in there, took first bite from my stake and cheese to be greeted with a long black hair in my food 🤢 They were not even bothered. Think they should at least have hair nets on and put all your hair up. 😡
I LOVE this place. Reasonable prices, friendly staff, very accommodating. Im a bit fussy and like things a certain way and they always make sure my bacon is crispy etc. Honestly, give them a go. Im literally sat here inhaling a bacon and egg barm from them as we speak. My daughters are fans also, the eldest keeps askin for their tuna melt panini!
It's cheap and ok for a quick snack if out and about and wanting something to eat but every time I go in for a veg curry roll or vegetarian sausage roll they've very rarely got any left!? Surely if something sells out that much you would know to bake/heat more!? Same with the Tuna and cheese panini's. They sell out quicker than the meat eater version yet they never make more!? Odd.
Quaint little sandwich shop in the town centre with good variety of hot and cold sandwiches and rice and curry. They can make custom sandwiches to cater your requirements too. Been going there for a few years and would definitely recommend.

This place came to my rescue on Monday when Barbecue was closed. The cajun chicken wrap was filling and tasty. Possibly slightly too much mayo however this is nitpicking. Friendly staff.

Literally cooked food reheated, which by God i hope was not with a microwave. Bacon was purple and black. Update, i have been ill since this meal.
Love this cafe, really cheap and great quality. Staff are really friendly and helpful, sausage rolls are way better than Gregg's, and it has the best lemon buns in stockport !

I went in the other day I asked for a large tuna & Mao on a bap he put just over a teaspoon of tuna on, I said I'm not paying £2.40 for a bap he had put the tuna on paper thin I had to tell him to put more filling on, I've been going here for years but since new owners have took over I have now decided to stop going, the sandwich shop was much better when Steve had it couple of years ago sorry to say start putting on more filling

I love the Texan sub in brown vienna, Club sandwich; Quesadilla on Thursdays; Chicken curry and rice on Fridays. Also love their newly added chicken garlic mayo sub.

No longer supreme it has new management but I am sure Ste has passed on his good suppliers etc as the food is still good and is prices very well. Shop is now Bentleys Rolls good place clean tidy would recommend
Nice cheap place to eat. Ingredients can be on the cheap side and sometimes they can look stale and discoloured.. But I pound don't go very far these days so can't complain too much and we eat here alot. Staff are nice too, just seen them serving a lady on a mobility scooter outside the shop because she can't get in

This place is fantastic value- I'm amazed that people queue out of the door of Greggs just two doors away yet here you pay three times less and get served straight away. And they take debit cards.
Got a bacon sandwich and only got one rasher of bacon on it. Staff never smile. Tea is the worst I have ever drank. People think it is cheaper but you can go next door to Bap or Greggs and get a sandwich and a hot drink for two quid. Same price but a million times better.
