Charis Cafe was an amazing visit, we had tasty fresh cooked food. In menu they have a varities. Even they made for us Lassy and it was not in the menu.
The staff and the owner were so helpfull and friendly. The place is multipurpose cafe resto, food, drink, cafe, birthday. Nice music as well.

My friends and I came here when travelling Jaipur and we loved it! Such a nice and chill atmosphere. Fresh Nutella pancakes were amazing! As we’re the coffees and the Kit Kat shake. The owners were so kind and accommodating. Thank you Charis Cafe

I had ordered for veg and person prepared in nov veg section and added some nov veg items like chicken and after that the person removes chicken and packed the items and gave it... I'm jain how could someone can do like this. Very bad service.

The place is nice and cheap, staff was nice, and food was good but the sandwiches are rather small.
We were the only guests there, and it was weirdly quiet - no lights were on, no music, felt like the place is closed. Also, waiting time was very long (about 30mins for 2 coffees and sandwiches), especially as there was no one else there.
Highly recommend the chocolate waffles though, really good ones!

The staff at this particular outlet is extremely lazy. They are only found watching videos on their phones, leaving only 1 person behind the counter at all points of time. No matter the number of people waiting to get subs made may it be 1 or 10 only a single guy will be available for your service as the other two are perpetually sitting on the corner table and scrolling their phone.
Me and my husband have often visited this outlet and have always had the same issue, after waiting for 20 mins to get a sub made with only one other customer in the outlet and a total of 3 staff , we left hungry at 10:30 which speaks volumes about our irritation at this point.

This Subway does not wash hands. I am not sure how the staff can work an entire shift without washing their hands.

When I asked where is a place is to wash hands, the Subway staff said there is no place to wash hands.

Maybe on deliveries, this Subway expects you to wash your sandwich before you eat; this Subway is for takeaway only?

With so many Subways in town, you might want to avoid the No Hand Wash Subway.

I’ve had one of the most wonderful experience in Charis Cafe. The quality of food is amazing. Best thing is, it is Pocket friendly. The ambience is so peaceful and relaxing that one can spend enough time without any hassle. Highly recommended for those who loves to spend time with their loved one. I can bet that Charis Cafe can become your everyday go-to place.

Well i got it delivered from swiggy i am very disappointed to see . How less they have put veggies and sauces . I gavw clearl instructions to add extra veggies too and make it more spicy i wasn't satisfied at all. My experience in Jaipur subway is very bad for delivery.

Amazing food and beautiful people. The owners were super sweet to us and offered us the best food on our small trip to Jaipur. Would really recommend everyone to visit this place.

See, the brand still has its value bit with recent troubles and this particular outlet is out of sync. The infrastructure is out dated, it's breaking out. Coffee, the main thing, is not up to the mark. The only positive is the location of the place. Not recommended until renovated.

It's ok and service is accpetable. But it's very sad to hear CCD CEO suicide news.
We can feel the pain on CCD staff face they are not happy.
It's very sad news.
But I'm happy with CCD staff service Personal and professional matters are different.
They manage very well.

It was just down from my hotel... I should be in heaven, it's my favourate coffee shop.... except this is the second CCD where I've had crooks mishandling the money I've gave them.
I gave the guy Rs200 for a latte costing Rs130, he gives me Rs15 change *and no reciept* - no explanation for the wrong change or missing receipt. On an earlier review for CCD I did in Kota, I said I thought the company had notices in their stores saying 'If you don't get a bill, the drink is on us'. - There is clearly a sign below the till in this store saying if you don't get your bill, the coffee is on us. Really? And how exactly do CCD enforce that? I'd like that free coffee please.

So the cafe itself is one of the cheapest I have been too, CCD seem to have different levels of comfort in their cafes, which also affect prices, this one is simply a counter inside a mall will a few chairs around it. The coffee is lovely as always, but I think I'm going to travel a little further for my next one.

If you're into great ambience, food and hospitality, check this cafe out! I've never felt so welcomed and comfortable in a cafe before. I could sit in here all day just reading or doing my work, and the food were great! Try their coffee!

Had a nice chat with the owners who are husband and wife - I can assure you that this cafe serves the freshest food and from the heart.

This subway is really good with clean seating area and really good customer service. Seating area have couches and normal chairs and table with a big TV screen in front. The sub, cookies and wraps all are really tasty. I love to go this place and chill watching ipl match while having subs and coke.

Okay, on the number one position in coffee market its "starbucks" and on the second number its cafe coffee day" if we talk in our budget?? Finally our cafe coffee day wins the race bcz its a little high but atleast affordable. Loved your drinks sooo much.

Almost just like America! Everything except for the meats, that is. Employees were nice and the food was good!
