I only order veggie delight from subway and from my experience this is the best subway in Hong Kong . The staff are friendly and portion size is reasonable.

usually come here when biking, had no problems with staff. i just order and go. however hours listed as being open is wrong. they are not open at 8am. came here around 8:20 and they were still closed.

Business is tough, I get it. However this restaurant takes it to another level. On a 6 inch sub, I get 2 smallest slices of tomatoes I have ever seen in my life, with literally 3 small rings of onion the size of a fifty cent coin, together with soggy mushy lettuce. Not my idea of "eat fresh". It's a shame because I am a regular customer and still get treated like this. It's difficult to live a healthy lifestyle in HK and to find a healthy affordable restaurant. I wish they would improve on their operations. Shame I didn't take photo of the latest deplorable sandwich I barely was able to digest into my stomach.

Constantly out of veggies and drinks. Refuses to give extra condiments or veggies. Staff is rude and even more so if you insist on paying cash instead of octopus. I'm surprised they're able to hold on to their franchise and that Subway hasn't stepped in. It's shambles. Easily the worst subway I've ever been to.

I have finally gotten tired of the cashier at this Subway trying to get people to pay by Octopus only and not accept cash. Too many other restaurants here with better customer service.
