I went tonight to get my watch’s clasp fixed. Arthur was very friendly and professional. He replaced the spring in 10 minutes while I waited.
Brought in an Omega to be sized and Andrew Richter treated me with white gloves. Knowledgable, passionate, and very friendly. I will return, for sure, and will suggest the Omega boutique in Shorthills Mall to anyone looking for a fine watch!

Fantastic place to go to get your omega watch. Right from walking in the store they tend to you hand and foot and answer any questions that you have. And I love they give you that one to one attention. If you do go ask for Andrew Richter He's the assistant boutique manager and will treat you right.
David is awesome. I’ve been coming to him for a long time now. Always approachable and knowledgeable on Omega and other brands. Available to always take calls and texts too.

I absolutely LOVE this store. No, not because it’s Omega or this particular location but because of people who actually work there. Every time I come here, I feel like I am valued as a customer (even though I don’t have a huge spend history) and always have excellent chat with David/Andrew. They are so knowledgeable and always willing to talk about watches.
