Horrible place, staff is the one of the most unfriendly i ever seen, if you are gonna come here night time, good luck getting your order they will do everything to not help you. Waited more than 10 mins just to be told that i need to get in to drive thru horrible terrible.

I was charged for my meal at the order kiosk but the VERY RUDE person behind the counter says I never ordered. This makes me think my credit card was skimmed at this burger king...
Do not go here and waste your time like me! Go to McDonald's instead!

I downloaded the app for the first time and one of the incentives\ deals was if you ordered through the app got 2 whopper's for 3$ it didn't say anything about you had to pay through the app as well I know I have been able to order in the app at plenty of other places and then when I go to pick it up I'm able to pay however I want (like with cash). However I was told that I couldn't get the deal that way and had to pay on the app... I ended up just walking out cause the lady behind the counter was to busy on her phone anyway to even answer any of my questions. However if I did end up eating there the inside was very clean looking.

Couldn’t use the kiosk to order because it didn’t have all the items on the menu. An associate came over and also couldn’t find the item. I asked if I could just tell him my order instead of using technology that doesn’t work. Ordered one item verbally and the rest on the kiosk. How silly. They still messed it up and we didn’t get onion rings we ordered and received fries instead.

Also they were having an employee meeting with about 15 or so managers in the restaurant area. It consisted basically of smack talking about the general manager and how mistreated they are. Whether true or not it’s probably best to not have that conversation in front of guests. Find another place to hold your crybaby festival so you can maintain the illusion of professionalism.

Slow as hell. You have all this technology but only 4 people and if you go inside, you are not prioritized over their drive thru and even mobile orders. Find someplace else to eat if you're hungry because you will be starved to death waiting inside. I was order 24, and 29 and 30 both got theirs first and the poor girl kept asking me to show my receipt. They don't print receipts from their kiosks. We waited over 30 minutes before our food was prepared

Utterly unacceptable service!

I am beyond upset with the level of service I received at this smashburger location. We ordered a scorching hot double mac and cheese, a double mac and cheese burger, a scorching hot crispy chicken sandwich, and the haystack onions.

The cashier entered in the wrong order causing a ton of confusion and frustration. When the food was delivered, we were given the wrong item. I asked to have it corrected and they again brought out the wrong item. When this happened, I showed a picture of exactly what I had ordered and again they managed to bring out an item that did not match the picture. It looked as though they had tried to use the same chicken I had just sent back.

The worst part about this was that the cashier lied about the price difference. She claimed there was no difference in what we were charged when I had asked when in fact what I had ordered cost around 30% less than what I was charged.

I was so frustrated with the service that I asked for a refund to which I was told that a refund to my card would take about 7 business days. I did agree to that but then he said he couldn't actually do a refund to the card and could only do cash which made absolutely no sense. He went on to say that he always says the 7 business day spiel so customers don't ask for refunds back to the card. This is absolutely ridiculous to say just to avoid telling them that you can't do credit refunds. ABSURD!

When I finally received my refund, he not refunded me for the wrong item which was not even on the receipt, he didn't even give the correct amount he had stated. I had to explain to him that I was refunded incorrectly which just blew my mind.

I will not waste any additional money at this establishment which is a shame since the food itself was really good.

they do not acknowledge you when you come in and make you wait several minutes before even your order. staff isn't friendly or welcoming. they charge very high prices like they are a gourmet burger place but the quality and consistency is absolute garbage. the beef on my burger was very inconsistently cooked with some spots well done and other spots very red. these cheese was not even melted. how hard is it to melt cheese? I ordered smash fries and there was no seasoning whatsoever. not even salt. why do they charge so much for such trash quality food? don't waste your time and money here. now let's see if these idiots respond to my review to act like they care.

Due to Cancer Treatment and the nasty side effects from Chemo Therapy that has made my taste buds change in ways that normal foods taste terrible. However after ordering the Smash Burger classic burger, I was able to eat the entire burger! Thank you,

We used to put in the mobile order then went picking up from this store because they will follow what we enter in the order. They were closed for a while. However, we have found the store is showing in the app. So we put mobile order at this store. I am surprised to see it's remodeled and looking very good. Some machines that you can order in the store and they prepare my order meals correctly as before. Good to have it back.

Expensive. Slow. Under staffed. I waited 8 minutes in line with only 2 people in front of me. Mostly because the only staff member out front is taking orders, filling orders, serving orders, and cleaning the front area. Only 1 tiny trash can in the entire front area near the kitchen entrance. Waited an additional 10 to be served. Food tastes good, but I don't think it's worth it for 8$ for a classic single let alone almost 4$ each for a regular fry and regular drink. Two burgers and two fries and two drinks for $31. Not worth the wait or the price.

The food tasted great! It wasn't salty and the service was excellent. Thank you smash team because of your kinds we stayed and ate. The dining area was spotless, the manager came to check on the guest, the ladies were so kind. 💯% Great Service Guys😊 Now work on lowering that price.

Staff were friendly and attentive. The burgers was on point, but I was jipped on my tot quantity. 🍔

I haven't been to Smashburger in ages! The burgers are smaller than I remember but I'm glad they still taste good and are customizable. The sweet potato fries are also a banger, though a bit salty. I was surprised to see that they have wings now too but they were lackluster at best. The customer service is good and I'm glad the manager was very attentive because the kitchen left multiple items off several of our orders (for example, I got the Colarado burger and it was missing the chiles + some extra toppings I requested). I'll give them the benefit of the doubt though, especially since the manager was very apologetic. Overall, this wasn't an amazing experience so I'd probably try another burger joint before returning here.

Was our first time at a smash burger. The food was really no complaints.but the cashier that took our order was not a happy camper. She did her job and took our order but wasn't very pleasant and didn't seem like she wanted to be there or enjoyed her job in general.

My experience today in Burger King was really good, The minute I walked in I was already being helped by the general manager. He was really polite and very friendly also asked me if I had a coupon very important to ask that question, I told him I don't but maybe next time lol, overall he is at an excellent level, he is a very good example for other general managers out there.

Very clean restaurant. Not busy ever. I like the soda machine as you can get many different types of sodas. The food was good and came to us warm. The only issue this visit was in the restroom. There was no hot water. I had the faucet running for well over a minute and it was still cold. Don't know if the employees have a separate place to wash up, cause if they don't, then they aren't really getting their hands clean before returning to work!
