Staff don't want to help.
The food was great and the service was very quick. We had a chicken wrap and cheeseburgers along with some chicken wings and cheese balls. The chicken wings were not hot (spicy) but they were full of flavour. It was certainly a good place to stop by for a quick bite.
Extremely poor personnel planning. Sunday morning 1 (very slow) person and no anticipation of what needs warming.. inducing delays. Message to management: think of how much you could afford extra staff with just 10 more clients served in an hour given the substantial marging you make.

Timewise, they arrived quickly, 20 mins before, food wise … worst ever. Got fries, pizza and a chicken burger, all of them burned, probably re cooked, I puked last night after eating some of it, today I have food poisoning, so avoid at all costs. Never had to experience this kind of food and looking through the reviews, I’m not the only one.
Was served by a woman today at the Charleroi airport who had terrible customer service skills. She heated up food for one customer then refused to heat mine up.
Go for their cheesecake, its yummy!

I do not recommend to be honest. Worst croque monsieur ever for 6,90 euro. I give 2 stars for the friendliness of the lady at the counter. It's quite ok for the places to sit down and cleanliness, at 6 am it's quite ok to find a place to sit.

Tasteless and expensive panini Italiana. For such price (€6.90) they could really try just a bit better.
When you sell a panini sandwich for 7 euros you better make it perfect. Tldr it was a half empty sandwich.

Too much sauce in the burgers. Other than that, it is a clean restaurant, which is not always the case for such fast food restaurants.
They are thieves!!! I wanted a small cappuccino and I saw it cost 3.80€ on the menu, then I saw it cost 4.10 on the screen and when I paid for it the waitress asked me for 4.40€ which is the same price as a medium sized cappuccino!!! So I told her so and she pretended not to listen to me!!! Absolutely rude!!!

Unfortunately, numbers are difficult to them in dutch and english. Speak french and double check the bill.

This is a standard fastfood restaurant. Quite clean with a small sufficient parkin near to Charleroi Airport. There is a Drive, but no Playland. Few crew's can speak English or Dutch.
Worst Quick I have ever been to. Not so clean. Not so tasteful, even for fast food. Stopped by because I was hungry. Next time I will think twice...
