The service is not really good but the food was ok.

The main ground floor is where you can order from computer terminals. Near ground entrance they have an ice-cream booth as well. The second floor as a cafe but disappointing that they don’t have local flavours of Turkish teas. The washrooms are also on second floor. Kids would love this place for snacks and familiar foods.

Even though it's fast food, the service is too slow. And it's the worst hamburger I've ever had in my life. It was garbage. A young, uneducated clerk. Too rude attitude. The staff at all the stores were so stupid I got tired of it. I will never come to Turkey again.

Food is good. Staff are really good and it's amazing that their was staff who know english too. Because it's in main street it's too busy...

The staff and service is great, but the burger is average to be honest. Way too much bun, for how little meat is there. Barely any sauce or toppings, so it’s a giant bread with little meat and toppings. Overall it makes the burger very dry,

Service überfordert und nicht strukturiert. Völliges Chaos, obwohl nicht viel los war. Wir hatten nur ein Getränk über die Bestellsäule bestellt, dann über 10min gewartet. Bis wir anfingen an dem Service zu meckern. Bekamen den unser Getränk, jedoch war der Sirup scheinbar leer, war eigentlich nur Wasser. Für 22tl (76cent) hatten wir keine Lust uns nochmal mit den unmotivierten auseinander zu setzen.

The service here was very good. I was just stunded by the tellers looks. If ever there is an advert for burger King it should be set here. Very interestingly the age diversity between the employees. The food was good. The clean up crew were sweet. The decor of the store was modern. It was busy in the evening. There are lots of seating upstairs but somehow you prefer to not go there. There is ice-cream available at the outside window.

Although it has a good location in the port with the sea view the food was not cooked well and it had a bad taste and smell. I don't recommend that.

One of the worst experiences. Nobody speaks another language apart from Turkish (though the staff is very young). It wouldn't be bothering if they even tried to understand you.
The staff is VERY RUDE and unprofessional.It feels like you're bothering them as the vast majority in Turkey. Orders were mixed up upstairs, wanted orange juice got Fanta, food was tasteless...
AVOID at any cost !

I might be a little lenient when it comes to fast foods but anything you'll see at airports pales in comparison to this establishment. Especially when it comes to cost

Worst customer service, tall girl receptionist in second floor messed up our order and was so rude to fix it. At the end they miss one of the cokes.

A nice open first floor terrace to sit on. Burgers were quite average, no salad or much dressing. Chips were average. Service was good, waiters were helpful.

The place is definitely is not for dine in the smell was all over the place, it smell disgusting with garbage smell, I was at the counter ordering and I smell was horrible I went up to eat and the smell was even worse so I took it as take away I wouldn’t recommend any body to sit in. The worst resturant i have seen in my life... I order 3 piece of chicken from cahser and he said he dont have.
But when the people behind us come he give them...
If u dont like to serve the tourist why he work.. Colse the resturant better.. Bad service bad cahser

I was seated next to the window on first floor with a view of Istiklal busy street.
Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed the food! The fries spices are and the meat are delicious 👌🏼

This is the worst branch of Popeyes restaurant I have ever been to. Beware of the poor service.

I visited Popeyes and waited for over 30 minutes without receiving my order! After finally getting my order, it was completely different from what I had requested. It was also incomplete, lacking the large Pepsi and even the accompanying biscuit! They failed to inform me that my order was incomplete. They presented it to me in an attempt to deceive me and make me unaware of what I actually ordered. When I confronted them, they admitted that it wasn't my order and that I had asked for something else. How is it possible that after waiting for over 30 minutes, they couldn't prepare my order correctly? Instead, they wanted to give me a completely different and cheaper dish. They even asked me to wait an additional 50 minutes to receive my order, which is utterly unreasonable!

The staff's behavior was extremely poor, and they were unfriendly. When I requested to cancel my order and receive a refund, they informed me that their refund system was not working! I couldn't even get my money back to my card. Only after expressing my frustration, they reluctantly returned the money to me in cash. When I expressed my desire to file an official complaint against them, they refused and made excuses.

This is by far the worst branch of Popeyes I have ever been to! Exercise caution before considering dining here.

Amazing burger and fries! My friends and I devoured and really enjoyed the food. A must try at Taksim square/Istiklal street at the same lane as McDonald’s.

It was Ok. I felt it was a bit pricey. 125 TL for a burger without fries and drinks is steep for istanbul. The fries (purchased separately) were outstanding though. Location is obviously great and the place is almost always empty.

My favourite menu is Classic Gourmet Chicken (Klasik Gurme Tavuk)
It is the same with Crispy Chicken
And my favourite sweet is: Suffle
It is a small chocolate cake that contains liquid and hot chocolate filling
They ask you if you want it with or without ice cream, and you order it with ice cream and enjoy the taste of hot chocolate with the taste of milk ice cream melted over it 🤤👌

There are some moments in life that you cherish and take with you. I’ve been through a lot in this world. Good and bad. But one day… I hope to be old and grey, love to a ripe old age hitting the triple digits and though my memory may fade and my bones may be weak… I will still have that moment with the halal whopper

Slow and bad service, bad food, bad attitude from the staff.

I was super hungery at late time in Istanbul and luckly I found this place in Istiklal street.
I ordered the mat & cheese burger and it was quite okay but not WoW like the home made burgers.
I don’t think I will go there once again.

Good deals and prices and the burgers were very good. There are plenty of seatings upstairs that you cannot see from the outside. The staff was friendly.

Awful place with not very experienced staff. Touristic place with low english speaking workers.
We wanted to make an order an got refuse 30 minutes to closing time.

The staff refused to take an order and said that restaurant was closed, but it was 25 mins before the actual closing time.

The reviews are pretty misleading. The burgers were far from juicy. Just an average burger, maybe even below average. Tried two different, one was mushroom one and other probably moms burger or something like that. If you love juicy burgers, stay away.

The Mexican burger was really tasty especially the patty that was charcoal grilled However they need to work on their bread and the portion size
They only have grilled chicken burgers not fried ones and the chicken slice was not big to fill you up

Came here for the burgers but stayed for the view. Burgers are standards as other BK. Ordered the BK Steakhouse and though it could have been better presented. This place is spacious and clean. The staff are friendly and the cleaning crew is busy at work tidying the place up. The view from the upstairs dining area is really nice. You can see Taksim Square really good from up here and the tram too.

Worst experience ever, starting from about 30 minutes of wait because of the broken system. We were told they only had two things on the menu, even though with a lower price the food was really bad: the fries were cold, the cola warm and the bread obviously old.
The service was also bad, the employers were making fun of a foreign customer.

Food is great, but service is horrible. I was eating burger with Cola and at the moment i ate my burger they came and took the plate away TOGETHER WITH MORE THAN HALF OF MY COLA IN IT, HOW RUDE!!!

The ordering system is a little confusing.
Being tourists we naturally walked in from the first entry point we saw. This turned out to be the second floor.
Be sure to order from the first floor then you go up to the second floor.
The staff speak very little English so have Google translate open otherwise you won't know what you're ordering. But they were patient with me and the service from them was good.
The food itself was not really all that to be honest.
We don't have access to Popeyes in Birmingham so this was my first experience.
The chicken was dry and the fries were soggy which is something you'd expect from delivery not fresh whilst your eating in!
If you have literally no other option, it will fill you up and it's relatively affordable.
Otherwise go somewhere else.

One time i had salad and it didn’t came with the sauce i came back to the employee she said that there is no lemon and oil which was something weird she gave me ranch sauce instead 😂

The burgers taste like the ready made ones. I did not like them. Only the fries are good, crispy and tasty. But it is not worth it at all. If you are looking for really great and tasty burgers, skip this one and go to Mom Steak burgers that is 3 minutes walk, Mom Steak burgers taste really special like home made burgers and yet cheaper than Mono burger.

Good service and good price. The burgers were good, but the meat was too well done. Also, I still don't understand why they like to cut the burger in half and make it even more in the grill. For me it makes no senses. as it makes them dryer and less juicy. I would rather have a burger that is less done and red in the middle.

One of the best burger in town, it’s so Jucy Lucy burger in Istanbul, Turkey. The seating area is small and the chairs are not comfortable especially for tall mens, everything else is exceptional.

The place is nice and clean with big windows. The staff was fast to greet me, get me a seat and bring the menu. I ordered the Mexican burger without the onions. Came fast and was really good. Next time I visit I'll request my fries without the condiments because I didn't really like it
