My first time and last time going to this subway!! I specifically asked for something not to be added to my sandwich but it was. It’s not right what if I was allergic!!

Just tried to go through the drive thru its 825 pm and there was one car at the window and 3 cars in the rest of the parking lot and and no one even greeted us nor asked us to hold on and after a few minutes we said something into the speaker and the person inside said hold on there's a line and we seen nobody so I would rather leave no stars cuz this location sux!

There was a female that messed up my order, and then tried to tell me that I ordered something that I didn’t, instead of just apologizing. Then she rolled her eyes, smacked her lips, and sighed when I told her it was wrong. I definitely wouldn’t want her serving anyone at my store. She didn’t even have a name badge so I cannot specify who she was. But All I know is that she was an overweight, curly haired, Caucasian woman.

They’ve been real stingy with the food lately trying to give out given out smaller portions. You have to ask for double extra rice in order to get a decent amount of rice. The last three times I came here they have no white rice.

Don’t come to this location after 8 PM. The employees are trying to reserve food because they don’t want to make more before close so they will make your portion size smaller for your bowl. I came here at 8PM and they were out of brown rice employee tried to tell me that there will be no more rice for the night mind you they close at 10PM who stops more food from coming out to hours before close ?

It was delicious and definitely stop by if you're new in town, and definitely a good restaurant to use your money on

Swear to god this was the bowl. Almost $10. I told them I wanted a refund because is was too small and I could see the bottom and there was next to no chicken on it. They refused.

Got a kids meal for my kid at lunch time the lettuce they have me not only was browning but had dark brown curly hair in it. Both of our hair is not anywhere near this color. We were so grossed out had to toss the meal and make something at home. Waste of money.

While I find that this particular Chipotle has more food on hand than others the portions
are small. I’ve been there five times and four I had to ask for more rice, beans or chicken.
Today the corner of my bowl. Was empty. I don’t expect food to be piled on like Mount Everest
but today was ridiculous even after I asked for more, the empty corner glaring.

They were fast and the food was good. Try the choc. Chip cookie.

Been coming here my whole life. And so has my mom. And my grandparents were coming since it was built! Best sliders ever!

I haven't been here since childhood 1970s went the other night and it was like taking my taste bugs back in time. The food was amazing.

Condition and cleanliness of restaurant is poor. Went here one night and ordered, while waiting on my food I saw the cook rub her noise on her gloves she was making food with. I kindly took my food and threw it away on my way out. Never will go back again.

Everything you would expect from a Coney island..chili lacked flavor. The cheese had no real taste, fries needed more salt.. burger meat and grilled onions are good...

Worst drive thru experience. Food was horrible ordered a bacon melt and they didn’t even toast the bread and it was dry don’t go to this location hooooorrrible

Every time I come here they're rude, despite me going out of my way to be nice. This last time they got my order wrong and ended up ruining my meal while on lunch break. They need different people taking orders, the current ones are lazy/rude/dumb

I always do drive thur. Though I love going here. The employees are always professional and kind, and the food is always hot and delicious. Love my neighborhood, BK!!!

Ugh, I’m so mad. I ordered online before heading to work. I ordered the Titian Turkey, why does it have bacon on it? No veggies are on the sub. Ugh, I knew today was going to be a bad night at work. Thanks a lot.

Good sliders, lots of fries, and people working there have a good sense of humor. Relax, the burgers are worth it!

Absolutely the worst customer service experience ever!! I understand it’s hard to get help but seriously??? At the very least let your window people know that personal hygiene is necessary in the food industry. Either cut your finger nails or wear gloves!! Additionally I forgot to mention that I wanted tomatoes and mayonnaise only and when I got up to the window and told them I was treated as if I had broken someone’s arm or leg !! Then I got home to a sandwich with nothing on it!! I will never stop here again. Good luck to you.

I met this restaurant in 1985 and I've never had anything better. I love the food, it's perfect, I think the service was spot on. The atmosphere was totally awesome and I will always appreciate it very much. Thank you for the many years of servicing me and my family. I recommend you stop there and enjoy the great meal. I hope for many years to come.

This is the best taco bell location I've ever been. The entire morning shift staff today 10/10/2023 is awesome. Charmine is the best, she's a great example of first impression last. She's a keeper, y'all should promote her!!!! Thanks for the service I received today. Love it!! Great team!

Old food, stale bread and chips, nor properly wrapped and very messy. Asked for fire sauce, got hot instead. It's not that hard to do. If you can't do your job properly, quit.

Actually a pretty good Taco Bell. We came at a quiet time on a Sunday but my Mexican pizza and 2 hard shell tacos were actually really good. Soda was fair, but I was highly impressed with the food for a Taco Bell. They are quick too!

Do not order uber eats from here. Tacos were old and greasy no tomatoes. Did not receive my drink

Gem of a place that would fit in with the great slider huts in NJ. Tiny building, takeout only these days. So very inexpensive, but so, so good (and likely really bad for you). In addition to sliders -- I recommend getting doubles, limiting roll intake -- they make a delicious coney, and the onion rings are actual onions and so, very tasty. They do get busy, but the woman taking orders was so sweet, and they work so hard in the kitchen. The smells, oh man, I can still smell the deliciousness.

Great restaurant. Calm. Never a wait around lunch time (12:30 PM). Friendly staff. The ice machine has been broken for some time. Not a big deal because the drink is still cold. Other than that, I recommend this Subway location over all the other ones close by. The prices are lower than the Troy location by about $5 for a classic footlong.

Ordered on the app, went to go pick it up inside and the doors were locked at 7:30! Had to wait in drive through for about 10 minutes which defeats the use of the app with the ability to pick it up inside. Bean burritos were like goop.

These are chicken fingers… not onion rings! Missing a Hershey pie, and what in the entire hell is this whopper with cheese + bacon supposed to be? Whoever prepared this order needs to be terminated! And of course by the time I checked it, the restaurant was closed!! Just horrible!!

They are awful. They close early all the time and when they don’t they only serve tacos and burritos. All the employees at night have terrible rude attitudes and the tacos are NEVER made right.

I tried their new chicken al pastor. Very flavorful, as the spicies are mixed with Chipotle, peppers, cilantro, lemon, and seasoning salts. It does have a slightly high spice level, which makes it even tastier. I got this in a salad bowl. This location, unlike the one at 4444 Radnor St., Detroit, had grilled fajitas veggies and salad dressing. In my opinion, those ingredients make for a better salad bowl.
The staff was friendly and efficient as my salad bowl was prepared the way I wanted it, within 5 mins. The atmosphere was clean and had plenty of open seating.

Update: Today (7/31), I went to the location at 4444 Radnor St. Detroit at 2pm and 6pm. Each time I came, this location had a consistent theme, no fajitas grilled veggies, salad dressing, and ran out of the chicken pastor. This will be my last time supporting this location. It's very disappointing, considering it's the only location in Detroit.

Warning: Addictive sliders ahead. Get burgers, dogs, chicken sandwiches, fries, & pies 24/7. Good milkshakes too. You know, life's basic necessities! In 20+ years they have never messed up a single order from me. FYI, The Telway is no longer "cash only". The now accept credit and debit cards for payment. They are, however, carry out only for now. If you plan on eating in your vehicle bring some paper plates. Your vehicle will appreciate you for that!

Bread is always burnt, cookies look not edible. Also after 7:30 the door is always Locked . as someone who lives on the same block as this subway I would rather eat that then McDonald’s when everything is closed. I went multiple times and it was always closed. Today I asked again why they are doing that and the girl said they should be open until 11 everyday!! I feel bad for the owner because she is not going to make profit if they keep locking that door

Ordered a burrito that cost $12 every single extra thing you want to put on it is more so If I had my way with it I would have spent $16 on a single burrito. Not cool at all and it wasn't even good, WHERES THE BEEF!?. It look like they had seven people working there but apparently only one person can work up front. I literally saw a guy come around the corner and look up to see they needed help and hurry up turn around and go back behind the wall. There is definitely something wrong when you have to pay a full-on restaurant price for an item they throw together in front of you in 60 seconds toss in a bag and say CYA... Okay when I say one person up front I mean one person up front putting together food and one person standing at the register. Even when there's nobody there to ring up. They had these big speakers built into some walls which looked really cool, except there was no music... I definitely would not recommend going to this place if you value your money, it's like highway robbery. I don't like giving out one star reviews but, this place did nothing for me and was a total disappointment I don't want anybody else to have the same experience.

I spent 12 dollars on a sub that the sanwich maker practically made her self, I asked for extra turkey she gave me the regular serving,
I asked for provolone and to try the new mozzarella cheese and gave me only mozzeralla,
I asked for pickles she gave me spinach.
This subway location needs help,

Zero star 😡People that take order in drive-through are very rude and very slow. They made me wait 10 minutes And didn’t talk a word. These people should get fired immediately. The owner needs to hire some fast paced, respectful individuals.

Just left from there only one car ahead of me that is it. Order chicken fries ask for them fresh they are old over fried, burnt, hard and flaking can't even eat them. I stopped coming for minute. Try them again and another disappointment. Wasn't busy just me and another car. Then its hit or miss with the ranch. Your supposed to get two I was given one. Ask for another get back to work cant even use half sealed ranch leaking out. I dont have time to go back to call complain. Get the stuff right the first time. People are on lunch breaks. If you can't be better close down.

Customer service was great. Parking could be bigger. I ordered the whopper meal with the coupon that came in the mail and a cheeseburger. Didn't have to wait long for my food and customer service was good.

Quality Taco Bell. You can tell it was good because literally nothing stuck out to me - everything was clean, the staff were nice, and there weren't any weird people hanging about. Also there's like a bunch of parking spaces - like way too much for the size of this Taco Bell. Not really a negative, just thought it was kinda weird and wanted to point it out
