Came into this Tim Hortons after my car broke down about an hour and a half before it closed. The women working, Charlene, was an absolute angel!! She was so lovely and helpful! After her shift ended she even offered us a ride into town. Thank you Charlene, your kindness is greatly appreciated ❤️

Our home Timmies.. the food has always been amazing, service can get a bit slow during rush hour, as if overwhelmed, but I prefer to think it's just quality over rush. I'll wait. :)

Other than the slow downs, I can't say anything other than amazing reviews. This franchisee owner should be proud of their team.

The order messed up and when we complained , they just said sorry . I ordered 2 different wraps and they were given 2 same wraps. Then they themself changed and gave me the wrap which I ordered, but without any sauce, just rice and cold chicken.
We were forced to throw food from timhortons to the garbage, for the first time. While we sat there in the shop itself one another group came and complained about a similar thing.
Might be the staff is new and not well trained. Anyways our first bad experience from timhortons.

This 2 star review is merely a reflection of the quality of coffee. I think there must be something wrong with the machines because for the 4th time in under 2 weeks my friend and I have received coffee that tastes like water and cream. It is so bad!! Kept giving it a chance but not anymore.

The people at this Tim's are focused on customer service. They always seem pleased you have come by. Most of the time, I go through the drive through. Even when lines are long, it doesn't seem to take long. The one thing I appreciate, is that they get my order correct, even when it gets a bit complicated, Congratulations Brighton Tim Hortons!

Can you please explain to me the price difference between the lunch bowls $9.99 and the wraps $7.99?

Yesterday I ordered two of the new bbq crunchy chicken bowls. But I received two wraps instead. I politely told them I ordered bowls, not wraps. They just dumped the wraps inside the bowls and called it day. The bowls weren't chopped up like they normally were, only filled up 1/3 of the bowl and the sauce was soaked up by the bowl. They were flavorless and honestly? I spent $20 on this. I'm not normally one to complain about such trivial things but with the price of living and food these days, it's unacceptable. I've ordered the bowls from other locations and they were so good. These, not so much.

This was the worst beavertail I've ever had. I'm giving it two stars instead of one because even though it was the worst one I've had, it was edible enough for me to finish it. The dough was way too thin in the middle to the point there were holes and way too crunchy. It also tasted way more oily than usual and seemed overcooked. I was disappointed as this was my "annual" beavertail and it sucked. It also took 25 minutes to even get it...

Always a great coffee and a smile from the server. Come to look forward to Tims as every coffee means something to the employees

My mother and boyfriend and I went to the belleville multi cultural festival and the beavertail truck was there we had these amazing treats and a Poutine that didn't make the picture as we eat that first and fast very nice team working there thank you kindly 😀 👍 👏 😊 would highly recommend

Best beaver tails ever, very crunchy

If Chili is so popular why is more not on hand?.
For 1 week I asked daily on my 1/2 lunch .
Whether it was 12 or 2 pm always sold out thats fabulous but when is best time to purchase?

It is obvious that this is not a full time Beaver Tails location. It was hard to find once inside the big apple, once ordered it took a good amount of time and then it was not the same doughy experience we are used to. The pastry was over cooked and misshaped.

Stated they sold them everyother day but not the day we went (a saturday) drove about 1hr 20min (it was the.cloest one so we could.try it)

Was at the beaver tails trailer in Trenton today and placed an order of one apple pie Bever tail and two tripple trips beaver tails she blatantly ignored the apple pie order and just gave me the two tripple trips some service that it's never go back again

Normally I’d give this place 5 stars. I went to the counter today and BEFORE I could even place my order the lady at the counter just shouts NO, NO, NO. YOU CAN’T GET IT. Gives me an excuse about how she ran out of stuff and it has to heat up. Fine, but don’t start yelling no at me before I say my order. That is HORRIBLE customer service. If something isn’t working that’s fine. But learn better customer service for when you’re dealing with the public and don’t yell no at them repeatedly.
