We come here 4x a week@ my grandchildren loves the breakfast jack combo with hash brown & orange juice

It is 2144 and Jack In The Box is closed.
The sign says 2200 close but no. The sign also says 24hr drive thru but that is closed as well.

Drive thru used to be more of a pain than a convenience at every jack in the box, even the outer islands. They couldn't hear you, and you couldn't hear them, and to make it worse, they could barely speak English, so if they can barely speak English, then they can't understand the words that's coming out of my mouth. I'm yelling my order from the top of my lungs at the Mililani Jack in the box that the Wahiawa Jack in the box could hear me. It's funny now but not back then. They must have upgraded their intercom system cause now they speak good English and you can hear them clearly, because before you couldn't understand JACK SH..

I got a side salad, drive-through. And the side salad was the only thing I got. Was not given a fork.

My go to Jack in the Box late night when im hanging or early morning when i need a quick breakfast on the go🤙24 hour Drive thru in the early morning is quick even though its made to order and theres a little wait. Been to others and the wait is wayyyy longer so id rather drive a bit out of the way and order food here🤙🤙

Dec5 2023 12:45 am drive thru order the bagel for 2 at $4.50 and 2 tacos then proceeded to pay . The cashier informed me that the promotion for the bagels had ended so i asked why is it still on menu board he said he doesn't know. Then I asked for the store number and his managers name on shift he doesn't know.sigh so I drove to pearl city Jack's and got the 2 bagels and tacos I wanted... wth is going on jack!!

Came to try the new boba drink, lady at drive thru rudely told me they didn’t have. Came back the next day, same lady with the same rude attitude but they had the drink. Ordered a milk tea boba but they gave me the coffee boba.

Aloha , I must say that this place is damn good. Reminds me of the all Asian owned places with old school flavor. And in this area it's the best. You gotta come by and check it out. The bbq chix is killaz

This place is terrible don't go here they suck big time person behind the counter must be family that's why he doesn't care..1st time here and I will not be back...and I will tell anyone and everyone they SUCK

Was not impressed with Garlic Ahi. The serving size was pretty good, but the flavors were lacking. Both butter and garlic flavors were missing.

When I ordered the person that was taking the order was very rude. And when I pulled up to the window he was wiping his face with his hands. He wasn’t wearing any gloves. He was sneezing so many times and so loud. I don’t think he even washed his hands because I could hear him sneezing and after he stopped he came back to the window right away. I didn’t eat the food. After seeing and hearing all that I didn’t have any appetite left. SUCH A WASTE OF MONEY. I went to McDonald’s to get food for my family.

Haven't been to a Loco Moco drive in for a long time. Used to frequent the Windward side location. Tried the Waipio location. Small but friendly an they still have the best lemon chicken.

We love the catering pans for potluck!
Price is reasonable, great selection of meats, seafood and starchy food. Lots of free parking. Friendly staff. My favorite is the mix plate and I love the flavor of the barbecue chicken. You can request for all rice plate or Mac salad.

"Hi what can I get you?" Me: "Teriyaki Hamburger Steak Plate w/ grilled onions extra mac on da side" Other places come out with Teri burger mac salad separate. Not dis one got exactly what I wanted and I was out. Chee!

Went here during the stay at home order with a friend to pick up food for the faimly. We order a lot of food and the girl behind the counter that day got all of it down in one go, color me impressed. It didn't take long for the cooks to get right on it. Foos came out nice and neat with everything labeled. As for the food itself, very good would go again.

TERRIBLE! Worst experience I ever had a restaurant. I walked in and it was awfully quiet and EMPTY which to me was a sign that the place is bad and I was right. I was hoping to be wrong but the cashier did not welcome us! She was boring and I turned around saw one of the employees sleeping. I told them I wanted my egg to be well done and it wasn’t! While I was eating with my siblings, I saw all of the employees eating THEIR OWN FOOD they made after they served us and they ate it outside at the tables for customers....well customers they didn’t have cause my siblings and I were their only customers. But that was VERY unprofessional! On top of that...the food was tasteless, disgusting, and expensive for no reason. We were all so disappointed. First and LAST! Place should shut down 🤷🏼‍♀️
