7.25e for regular portion of taco fries to be honest this was looking like a small portion before I eat it scamers . If you want to eat well stick with your local chipper .
I ordered off of Uber eats today and was waiting over 2 hours! The number for subway that’s listen does not work and it’s not even a number anymore. How are we meant to resolve this issue with no phone number? It’s disgraceful. I’m never ordering again.
Waiting 10 mins with no one at the counter. Girl eventually serves a person at the front of the queue and walked off again. Got fed up waiting and went to abra kebabra, I had my food ordered and collected in AK before the next person in burger King was served.
Really short on staff. Really long queue and you could see that employees were running all around
Just home from drive thru ,,rude staff , food thrown in bag chips upside down all over the bag , wrong burger , asked the young girl at the window for dips and she looked in the bag and just gave it out to me, no dips in it,I’m sorry I didn’t look in the bag there then my fault !! I understand that it’s half hour away from closing time but for the price of food the standards should be higher!!
I am a celiac but I learned they have gluten free bread if you ask it takes a minute to defrost and costs a little extra but its worth it and everyone is so nice and there really fast and polite

Its flavor profile was akin to that of canned dog food, and the burger's buns suffered from a lamentable sogginess. The quality of ingredients, specifically the lettuce and cheese, left much to be desired, further diminishing the overall appeal of the meal. Adding to the disappointment, the food arrived in a notably cold state, despite having generously tipped the delivery driver. This, regrettably, rendered the gratuity seemingly ineffectual and compounded the overall dissatisfaction. On a rating scale of 0 to 10, this meal unequivocally merits a score of 0.
Look at double lettuce 🫡🙌😔 this is the 3rd so leaving a review you guys deserve. Repeatedly staff will try to save money by being like rhis to toppings and ruining the whole subway sandwich. Ask for extra money but make the proper sandwich. Forced to stop eating here

I love their chicken burgers and curry chips , food is great , the staff is nice , the place itself is a bit scruffy the seats are worn off and its freezing in there
Food was fine and the location was decent to jump off the motorway for a quick food stop. But the restaurant was absolutely filthy. None of the tables had been cleaned despite there only being 2-3 sets of customers and plenty of staff on shift, and the floor and seats were also greasy with leftovers.

They use ketchup and mayo as the sauce for their food. The rest is a flavourless mix. Nothing bad to say about the store or staff, but the recipe itself for kebabs is the blandest I've ever tried across many kebab places, big name or no-name. This franchise wins the star for ruining an otherwise very simple food. The only place this can survive is where there are no other options
Mess and dirt in the hall. I had to wipe my own table and chairs. Floors are dirty, on the tables leftovers of food. Very unpleasant. In turn, the food was fresh and delicious. The order was given very quickly. I

When we got there we were the only ones waiting to order but the 2 people behind the counter were more interested in playing with their phones than taking our order

Probably my favourite Burger King in terms of quality of the food and menu item availability. Everything is usually cooked to perfection and the drinks are fresh and actually have ice. My local BK is actually the one in Navan which is horrendous, half the menu does be unavailable and the drinks tend to be undrinkable. Would be great if you could teach them how to run the place :)
Server was brilliant while the manager texted in the background. Fair play to her while everyone else was busy

Sfter shopping in whitewster we went to get some food, standing in queue and at 5:45 the woman at the till rudely told us she is not serving us because she wants to close. With 15 minutes before the stated closing time we couldnt even get a simple hambuger. Meanwhile kfc and burgerking on either side happily serving their customers. This is ridiculous and lazy. Either update the time to say 5:30 is closing or serve untill 6pm. And this isnt the first time this has happened at this branch.
Went to the store on Saturday night on my way home, the food I received was blow standard and was disgusting. The chips were dry and congealed and the burger buns had mold on them. I handed back the food and got a refund. The staff were friendly and the manager was extremely helpful when I brought the issue to him.
I ordered food from the app. The order went in and payment was deducted from my account. I rang 46 mins later to see was the order on the way and I was told by a very nice girl that the order wasn't there. She said she would check for me and contact me. I rang back a few minutes later and reordered on the phone. I paid for the order at the door when I arrived. The food was freezing cold and there was very little meat in the kebab. Won't be ordering again .
Got delivery from here, but won't order again. Kebab meat tasted like it came out of a packet. We ordered taco chips and it's fair to presume this would be a taco chips like what you'd get in every other chipper; where it comes with mince meat too, but this was literally just taco sauce and cheese - bitterly disappointed.
Second time visiting this establishment and it will be our last, 4 of us purchased food and not one of us would give it any sort of plus star rating, one ordered the Giant Hot Dog Meal if that was a giant hot dog I would definitely not like to see the small one also no mustard provided, one ordered the salad burger meal again for the price it was very small a Childs portion at best, the next one ordered the chicken tender box meal no dipping sauce provided for the tenders can be purchased for an extra €1:50, and last one ordered the half pounder meal the burger bun was way too small for the actual burger and the burger itself was very dry more rubbery than anything, and finally the whole decor of the place hasn’t changed in 4/5 years at least that since we last visited, the seats are very worn and could do with a makeover as could the entire restaurant/diner.
Food is constantly bad, it’s fried in advance and left in a hot plate for hours to dry, resulting in browned dried up products like chilli bites in the picture.
Orders are not taken correctly, missing ingredients.
My advice is to use a different Burger King if you can as nobchange for better in 2 years

I ordered, the lady at till seemed like the store manager. Went again for an icecream, waited 20 minutes, but nobody came to the till to take order. 3 members of staff were going about fulfilling drive thru orders. Pathetic. Seemed like the manager lady was deliberately avoiding. Never going back to this one.
Attended this facility on Saturday for a friends birthday. The food could only be described as filth and the day was essentially ruined. The real issue came that evening. My friend was incredibly ill and had come down with a case of food poisoning. 3 days later he has made no improvements and is currently in critical condition. Would not recommend. The Fanta was decent tbf.

The staff ( in particular James ) were friendly and could not do more for me . They offered me lots of additional extras however I could not afford them so a basic 6 inch was good enough for me.
This subway is great as it’s on route to my campsite hills home park.

Is it really burger King if you don't get a slightly too cold or way too hot food. Like its burger King it's food is alright but it gets the job done and I've never had any bad experience here, all mediocre or amazing because they accidentally gave me an extra nugget or something
Worst experience. I bought an shawarma and it was to sugary and to much chilli. I ate true Turkish food but this fast food chain serve something else not Turkish food. And spicy box was too salty. True Turkish food doesn't have sugar in them and pita(bread) doesn't crumble, but theirs does.
Service extremely slow and the staff totally uninterested. When we did get our order the fries had all spilled out into the bag and the bacon whoppers came with no sauce, mustard or pickles and were incredibly dry. They hit the bin not our stomachs.
Ordered through the QiQ app which I love and have never had any issue with but the food I ordered from Subway Newbridge is nothing like what I received. The salad was missing 3 of the ingredients I chose and the dressing, and the cookies were the wrong ones. So unimpressed and when I tried calling the pone just rang out. So if you are going to get food from here make sure you are there in person to oversee it.
If I could put zero stars I would... the casher wasn't very enthusiastic or friendly. I only had 10 euro and was short a little of a doner kebab.

Terrible attitude from staff member on till. Very rude person with an angry and hostile attitude. There was no other people in the que so really can’t understand the reasoning. While waiting for food to ready I observed the staff and when a manger came back from lunch or wherever they had been she started being overly nice to the next customers and with the manager. Total sly disgusting person who will ruin this business. As soon as manager is out of sight the true personality comes out and it’s nasty. Food was below average in comparison to other Abrakebabra outlets. Avoid, they don’t deserve the business. If your the franchise owner reading this then you need to sack the young Asian girl working the till today.
Went through the drive thru and the order was missing some food and a burger order was messed up. Went into the counter and explained and the staff were very rude. I waited 15 mins until my order was given back only to have some food mixed up again. Staff were yelling and shouting abuse at each other in front of customers. In the space of those 15 mins 5 other customers came in with complains of a mix up in their order also.
The sandwiches are excellent, I will not recommend the salad though. I rather go to proper salad bar.
