Phenomenal food. Stopped in here on a whim, definitely dont regret it. Had the columbian burger, best purely "fast food" burger Ive had, and the salchipapas are amazing too. Looking forward to trying out the rest of the menu!

In general when it comes to promotions I was trying to order 6pc flavored wings and another 6 PC for $1 extra. Got there and sales rep said promotion was invalid . I equate this to false advertisement. Sometimes you have people that are elderly and they not familiar with the app. Something changed because it's more difficult to use your app currently and I know alot of people's children are anti social ill mannered clueless on etiquette. I been in this neighborhood since 24 years and I have used popeyes at this location since they arrived. You should not advertise if you can't or don't want to fulfill the promise.

Worst chipotle I have ever been to. The staff don’t give a dam. I recently ordered a kids quesadilla and I only received tortillas with rice on the side and no chips either. Horrible service. Who the manager is need to let go on that staff or have a serious conversation with them.
Skimpy portions, bad attitude behind the counter, and the restaurant is always a mess inside. This location alone was enough for me to swear off this chain entirely. Check out Hot Peppers across the street - they are so much better in every way!
The worst Chipotle we have ever ordered. Not only the taste was awful (cold hard meat), but they also missed guacamole in our order for THREE consecutive times. One time they only put a guac in the bag for a “guac n chip” order! Even the portion was smaller than the other chipotle stores. We reported the poor quality of food and service to Chipotle multiple times and nothing happened. Extremely disappointing on Chipotle and will never order again from this location.
This is the chipotle closest to my apartment so whenever I work from home it’s convenient to order from here. However, this is the worst chipotle location I’ve ever seen, not even close to the standards of midtown locations. Every time I get a burrito it’s a lottery - could be missing half of the burrito (super small), could be missing meat/guac, and today although it’s not missing anything, the chicken and steak are all on one end and the rice and beans are all on the other end. I thought I was missing both the chicken and steak at first since I see only rice and beans, so I unwrapped it and took a picture. In the picture you can kind of see a few pieces of steak peeking out from the meat end. Part of the guacamole is still avocado chunks, no flavor. I paid almost $20 for this mess of a burrito. Avoid this location at all cost!!!
Good Colombian hotdogs! It's a no frills experience, mostly takeout, but there after a few seats. We tried the Hawaiian and chorriperro and both were great. We'll definitely return and try the other specialty hot dogs
The food was absolutely disgusting. $10 for three pieces of meat and burnt bread crumbs on the sandwich was very disappointing. The toaster needs to be cleaned and the prices are crazy for such a disgusting sandwich.
Talk about getting 3xpensive to eat here? In 4 months the food has easily gone up 5 to 6 dollars for 2 people. Walk down the block to the Diner. Same price more choices.
Workers here are too playful. Always talking to each other when they are building my food. I don’t want their saliva on my food. Poor hygiene. Wouldn’t be surprised to hear that they have no supervisor or any manager of some sort.

Their fried chicken is always hot and crispy! Most likely the best Popeyes in NYC! The place is always clean compared to other similar fast food restaurants. However, sometimes they give you a wrong order. So it's good to check before you leave:)!
Probably the worst chipotle I’ve ever tried. The guac was BROWN, like horrifyingly so, and I went at 11:30 am so it couldn’t have been sitting out THAT long. To top it off there were pieces of plastic in my bowl so I dumped it.

Went in for a toasted bagel with cream cheese, simple enough right. Well I had the pleasure of witnessing two giant flies mating on the cream cheese that they were about to scoop into the bagel. I literally left my stuff there and walked out from the absolute disgust.

It is amazing! From the first bite to the last, I felt like I was back in Colombia sitting on the curve with my friends downing hot dogs with a peach Mr. Tea. Amazing. The oblea was also perfect, not a cookie with caramel like so many other places sell as obleas, but a real one. The service was wonderful as well, thank you to Don Chucho for the great service. I’ll be back for sure!
Ordered a sandwich this morning, walked home since I live across the street. When I came back, they told me that they sold my sandwich to someone else because “I left the store”. Cashier had a terrible attitude and obviously was just trying to rush me out the door. Thank you for making me pay and wait just for me not to get anything. Live across the street and will not be coming back.
It’s sad that I have to leave a bad review, but this one particular lady is so rude, and challenging. 1 the food is not even all that good, secondly the presentation of the food is terrible, Third the price is so high and the quality does not match up to it. Please read the reviews and work on it, cuz if it wasn’t for the customers, the store would be closed down

Great lil hotdog spot near the Museum of Moving Image. Delicious (and huge!) hotdogs loaded up with toppings. The owners were soo sweet, and helped us with our order even though we didnt know any Spanish. Highly recommend and would definitely return when I'm back in the neighborhood!
Ordered burrito through the app and I guess since you can’t see them making it you won’t be disappointed til you get home. Burrito is fun sized, the size of 2 of the small guacamole container. Where’s the order half???

They are different from American o German hot dogs. For example in Colombia 🇨🇴 they are prepared with crispy potatoes, 🥓, pink and garlic sauce, and quail egg 🥚. They have more flavor and with 1 🌭 you can be full 👌.
Colombian people like Mr. Chucho, are very friendly. I have been to this place a few times and is always nice and funny to talk with him. If you want to eat a Colombian 🇨🇴 hot dog, go to this place in Astoria, Queens.

The server who made my salad was not friendly at all, asked about the sauce options they had, instead of explaining to me, the girl just pointed to the sauces and looked up at me. There was barley any lettuce in my salad, the bowl itself didn’t even weigh up to one pound but I was charged $11.32. That is extremely overpriced compared to other fast food restaurants. I get salads from many different restaurants and this is the most overpriced salad I’ve ever had. Does the salad in the picture look like something that should cost $12? Rude worker and over priced food, I wouldn’t return here.
Very terrible service. Paid $9 for an overpriced sandwich and they weren’t even willing to listening when I ordered and made something I didn’t not ask for. The guy behind the counter has a very terrible attitude and was annoyed when I asked to clarify something on the menu or when I tried to place my order. He ended up making the sandwich Incorrectly. When I told them it was wrong they said this is what you asked for and did not proceed to fix the problem.
And, the sandwich was also not great in the end, it was dry, the pesto did not taste good. Overall, I will not be going back here again.

You leave me no choice. I was the only customer inside. I repeat the only one. I ordered slowly and methodically. Guess what happened? Yup you guessed it. They managed to get my order wrong. This is becoming common place regarding simple communication and establishments getting orders wrong. I simply cant rely on any anybody getting an order right these days. My expectations are officially very low. I can go on and on but ill just stop here. People start paying attention!
I love this place, very organized and fast service. Polite workers and good customer service. Their fish combo is delicious with the Cajun flavor. Their fries are so tasty and crunchy. The biscuit is warm and delicious.

Food was cold and stale from 21st street. The popeyes at 48th Street and northern blvd. Is much better. The food is always fresh there.
Today is the day that spicy chicken sandwich is back, so I went there to get spicy chicken and it was so tasty... Highly recommend. No wonder why people are so eager to get one in their hand

Use to buy here till the manager started to act like a cheapskate. Every time I order a bacon egg and cheese and opened it, I realize they only put one strip of bacon on each side of the hero. Sometimes the bacon was shredded just to make it seem like there’s more. I called the place and asked to speak to the manager and he gave me this excuses about how long the bacon is and that it’s an 8 inch strip. Seriously? This is how you want to keep people coming back here? I rather buy off the food truck in next to my building and save me those 2 dollars since they charge me 3.50 for that. Place use to be good now they count everything down. Even when you ask for extra ketchup at the counter they give you two, no more. The girl last time didn’t seem so pleased when I asked her if she could please give me another two.
