At first I was really happy I got my taxes done but later I realized they left some questions blank and I had to call them hours and hours until I get a response ,they told me to come the next day to sign some papers but the person who did my taxes was mean and didn’t wanna help me plus I had to pay extra money even though I wasn’t at fault I feel like they don’t do their work right and I feel robbed I learned a valuable lesson today

I would like to start by saying a huge THANK YOU to Emilia for booking a trip to Cancun for my sister and I! Emilia was amazing and explained every single detail of our trip— she pointed out who exactly was going to pick us up from the airport and bring us to the hotel, what time the theme parks opened/closed, what necessites to bring on our trip, which excursions we NEEDED to do (they were absolutely worth it), she even recommended fir us to eat/drink as much as we can because the hotel was ALL INCLUSIVE drinks and food! Everything ran so smoothly throughout our trip and I didn’t have to worry about anything because Emilia had everything already planned. All of our excursions were booked beforehand, all transportations to-and-from the airport and parks were scheduled, and the check-in to the hotel was a breeze because it was already taken care of by Emilia. I couldn’t recommended this travel agency more! Can’t wait to book more trips through Noelba Travel. 1000/10 recommend the service! thank you!!!

estoy muy insatisfecho por el servicio, eh tenido mucho tiempo llamando para que me resuelvan el incomeniente que tengo y no me dan solucion, sin embargo lo primero que exigen es el pago de sus ¨ servicios ¨ lo unico que me dicen es, toma nota de este numero y llama. por favor me cobraron por darme su servicio y no concluyen con el mismo

Really upsetting booked a cruise and payed insurance for it I had to cancel due to the hurricane of Florida and went to get my money back of the deposit and they still haven’t resolved my issue and it has been more than 4 months . No point of paying insurance then never going here again 1,000 thrown away.

O atendimento inicial é o único ponto positivo, o melhor mesmo é não comprar por agências de viagens, teve duas situações em que precisei do suporte da agência e eles não me ajudaram em nada, perdi um voo é bastava remarca se tivesse comprado direto com a companhia, porém como comprei com a agência a empresa disse que eles tinham que remarca pra mim, pedi que assim o fizessem porém não conseguiram, em outro caso que precisei deles foi para confirma meu transfer, para o aeroporto e n ajudaram em nada tb, resumindo, paguei mais 600 dolares em outro voo é mais 54 dolares de táxi para o aeroporto, Sem falar no stress antes tivesse comprado direto pela internet, fica a dica, essa empresa não vale a pena.
