Very unproffesional from beginning of the reservation.We asked for vegetraian meals-not received any on flight.Asked for change of the flight -not possible....because the flight was overbooked- nonsense the flight was empty and we We had to organise it ourselves in Kenya.We were not sattisfied with hotel room and meals and we were even robbed on the hotel premisses in Zanzibar Seacliff hotel and the office response from the lady who made the booking for us was absolutely unsufficient and not even close to help us to solve any of our problem
