Good service here, a full lounge at this time but the staff working really hard. Liked the food, drinks for free plus alcoholic drinks. Cute Prosecco small bottles, worth priority pass lounge.

Ok, so I called to check some pricing for tickets and OMG the guy on the phone was not interested in the sale. He was rude and not professional at all. He told me he doesn’t see any flights going to my destination and hung up.. I wasn’t even down with my thought.

Great place if you need to send a care package/box to Colombia or elsewhere..nice& polite, and most important reasonable prices.
This place at 79-08 Roosevelt is not very responsive when my mother has been trying to speak to someone and literally waiting over 20 minutes. The lady on the line told her they were busy but that is no excuse to leave someone waiting. (Called 3x) That to me is certainly not professional. So my mom decided to go to the agency in person and get help which took about 5 minutes. Don’t understand why these employees let you wait for a long time for something so simple. This is the last time my mom does business with them after 8yrs. Waste of time and money!

I was going to book a ticket.. but whoever behind the fest was very very very rude.. this guy doesn’t know how to talk to people.. as soon as I entered.. though I said Salam he didn’t answer me .. & pointed a seat far from him ( which I don’t mind at all.) asked me “what do I want?? 😡😡😡😡 what an idiot .. instead “how can I help you”??? I just walked out.. guys.. is this the way to do business??? Arrogance will make you fall flat on your face

Friendly service. Very helpful. I’ve used this travel agency for 2 years now and they’ve been very accomodating with very complicated travel planning (6 people traveling together, with 3 different return dates). They’ve found prices competitive with online sites and better timings to boot. And they’re open late. Great for Jackson Heights residents. I recommend!

The true is that I was there on the 10 of January getting my airline tickets, I make few questions about my possibility of doing changes, they said " yes sir we do any changes that you need, I ask for any fees? They said the airline fees only about $115, how do I changed my reservations ? Just give us a call and we do it or stop by the office.
Well sadly my mother passed away and I try to do changes, they said sorry you have to stop in our office, we can't do any changes over the phone, also there is a $75 fee per ticket extra plus other fees, people like this don't deserve business, sadly is like their government in their country, just a liers that will say anything to get you money.

My experience there was far from terrible. I asked a couple of questions to the lady about a trip that I am planning to Paris, but I was treated as if I was the most ignorant person ever for not knowing the answers to these normal questions. Evidently, she was just too lazy to answer. Besides being rude, she was unprofessional and uneducated. I would never recommend this place to anyone! They were not help at all and almost ruined my day with that attitude. One more secretary was there and she was not helpful either. It's hard for them to even greet their customers. SAD!
