I took a Hammock Fitness class here and it was so great!! I wasn't sure what to expect when I signed up. It was a perfect balance of fitness, strength building, and stretch - all while feeling so playful throughout. I left feeling strong & open, and felt my core muscles the next day. Gwyn taught the class and she was excellent at adapting moves for each of us to sure the level suited our abilities. Such a unique and cool space, too. Thanks so much, and I'll be back!
