Shameful sums it up in one word, stay AWAY from them.

- They over promise under deliver (I was very specific for my move in date, and then it was almost 4 extra weeks which cost me time and money).
- They don't do their homework (the apartment I purchased had a mortgage attached which caused the delay and complicated the process, so it made no sense with my timeline to begin with).
- They're unprofessional, take zero responsibility for their actions and the only thing they do very quickly is ask you for money.
- I had to move my mov-in by two weeks, and then couldn't get the title deed for another two weeks after they told me it would take 1 day (so no DEWA).. they didn't even apologize for the situation, but were quick to deflect any fault from themselves.
- They are incompetent and have zero relationships with important parties to speed things up or solve problems when they arise.

We closed a deal buying a property with them, they scammed us with wrong information, to only get their commission. They promised to solve our problem and refund the commission and confirmed by email, then denied refunding. They are not trustworthy and i don’t recommend having any deal with them, be aware from agents Jean or Mohannad. Even the CEO, who promised in meetings and through email to solve the issue, then changed his promise. Now we have to go to DLD and Court ! NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!
