I have had constant issue with my previous chemist with medications for my Dad, and often this causes a lot of problems and anxiety. She really does seem to go above and beyond, she remembers who you and your child are, even to the point of starting a new medication and her reminding you that you've to call you and order no later than a certain day....that day comes and it's nearly end of day you ring in a panic and she's done it for you.

You really can tell the days when she is in as it has a women's organisational touch to the shop 😂
After moving from another chemist for lack of confidence in them you do really make me feel at ease.

Never ever found before a pharmacy, such the Roundhay's one, where all staff are friendly and willing to truly help you out. Rather than just selling products and services Roundhay's staff is more interested in people's wellbeing. I strongly recommend anyone who lives in the area (not exclusively, though!) to go there and benefit from high professionality combined with humanity, compassion, and smiling, welcoming people. Thanks for being such good persons.

Shelley is absolutely incredible, always lets me know when prescriptions are ready for collection, happy to ring doctors if theres ever any mix up, goes out of her way to help in any way she can, incredibly knowledgeable about products and substitutes, prices and payment options, but most of all she genuinely cares.

I called at this pharmacy 3 times to pick up a prescription. 3 times I had to leave due to how long the queue was. Finally got a quieter time, got served and the prescription I ordered 6 weeks ago still wasn’t ready and still had to wait 15 minutes for it to be made up! Frustrating service.

Worst pharmacy in the entire planet. How did this pharmacy get above 1 star I don't know. Been given wrong information, have been told I can get my medication, only to go to another pharmacy to be told they haven't done what they're supposed to do and now I'm stuck without medication for 2 days and I'm so ill. I'll be putting in a written complaint!

This boots chemist is rubbish. The turn around for repeat meds ready is such a long time. Its very rare if they pick up the phone when you call. I would give them zero if I could. Will be complaining to head office

They were helpful enough, I thought the guys were rude to the female staff though, if the ladies were talking to a customer the guys would muscle in and take over without a 'buy your leave'. Manners cost nothing and 'junior' members of staff should be treated with respect..

Decent pharmacy. Actual pharmacist is lovely. Couple of the staff a tad grumpy.

Today Shelley saved me hundreds of pounds a year by suggesting, and then setting up the prescription prepayment certificate for me. All done in 5 minutes, while I was there! Many thanks Shelley.

Had to go back to my wife to tell her to 'ring a GP' about her headache as they would not sell me painkillers for her. Was with my 4 year old son so I'm hardly after a quick fix. Pharmacist was rude and dismissive. Won't use again.

Had a brilliant experience at this pharmacy today.

Was about to pay the standard prescription price for an item but was advised by the pharmacist that it would be cheaper for me to buy the item over the counter for a fraction (literally 20%) of the cost of a prescription.

Honest people like this are a rare commodity to come by nowadays so it was very much appreciated on my end. Keep up the good work 👍

All the staff at this Pharmacy are amazing, nothing is too much trouble, their advice and knowledge is impeccable, we personally want to say a big thank you to you all for your help and support over the years.

I have to admit, it's only a very small pharmacy and I had certain preconceived notions regarding that.

The prescription I wanted is not your average routine medication, but a very specific and not too common medication. Specifically, Strattera- not a generic.

Every pharmacy I tried said it would take between a couple of days to 2/3 weeks to obtain, as nowhere carries this as stock routinely and covid has buggered lots of things up.

This pharmacy also did not carry stock of it... However, they obtained it the very first thing the next day and called me straight away!! Fantastic service 10 out of 10!!

Also, the staff! They are absolutely lovely! So polite, caring, professional, knowledgeable and helpful- Not many people (even within the pharmacies I've spoken to) have heard of this medication before. These ladies knew and understood straight away.

This pharmacy is the best I've ever dealt with. My daughter and I are on a lot of medications and the staff here have always been extremely helpful, friendlyand efficient. Superb service!

This small Boots run store is mainly for the Rawdon surgery which is next door .
Located on A65 there is one way in and out . A small car park , plus one disabled parking space in front of GP surgery.Its Disabled accessible which benefits myself and worth the extra distance I have to travel .
There are dropped kerbs nearby and there is a help button on the shop doorframe . The door opens inward and the floor is flat and level .Access to counter is easy too and all the stock in the shop is fitted by shelving to the inside of the outer walls . This leaves the central area free and there are a few seats for people waiting

Although my trip to this pharmacy caused a lot of hassle becuase of my wrongly prescribed prescription. I found the staff very friendly and polite. It was all delt with in a polite manor by the head Pharmacist Simon. Big thank you to him and this is a very good and clean pharmacy with exceptionally friendly staff. Thank you.
