I have observed with attention that the customer service is on point, dedicating time to each patient the needs they have, people from other towns prefer to travel to this location from Manhattan because of the service and the well stocked store. Just be patient

I prefer independent businesses like this one; however, these people, in my first dealings with them, have shown extremely poor customer service. They will not be my regular pharmacy.

Worst customer service ever!! The staff hangs out in a huddle instead of greeting the customer. They receive prescriptions and do not fill them until you walk in the door and make you wait 30 minutes to be filled. Dont bother calling, you will not get help. I would rather walk two blocks up to Peace Pharmacy than fill any more scripts. Just a terrible place!!

I’ve had my prescriptions sent here for years. The owner, pharmacist and other staff members are always so helpful. I cannot say enough nice things about this pharmacy. Five stars, always.

SICK AND TIERD OF BEING SICK AND TIERD! 1st aid pharmacy is always giving my father a problem with his medications!!! We finally decided to switch PHARMACIES AND THEY GAVE THE NEW PHARMACY SUCH A HARD TIME TO GET THE TRANSFER OVER! First they tell the new pharmacy to have us call. We did, then had the pharmacy call back and they had them on hold for a full hour!!!!!! I CANNOT BELIEVE IT. Then when the pharmacy calls the next day the technician tells them to stop calling that everything was already picked up… you need to all stop being this ridiculous and let people make decisions themselves on where they want to take their business. THANK GOD WE ARE DONE WITH YOU PEOPLE. We already have issues with day to day things, the last thing we need is something else on our plates. Good riddance!

Worst customer service the lady lady is so rude

lady on the phone is so rude and she hangs up the phone. Also, this place is unorganized and a mess.

I want to thank everyone in this pharmacy for the service they provide the community. I received the COVID vaccine (moderna) and I received an amazing service. They made me wait 15 minutes after I received the vaccine to assure that I did not have any side effects. Thank you to the entire staff for providing a great experience!

The worst they would let u die first before refilling your prescription. Need to be shut down. Didn't want to give any stars
