Great service. I was invited to book my Covid & flu vaccination at the pharmacy and was able to book online - this provided plenty of available dates & times. Despite arriving slightly late for my appointment I was seen to promptly by nice member of staff who checked my details and carried out the vaccinations efficiently. All carried out and in calm, clean surroundings.

Always have good experiences at this pharmacy. Today I went for a Flu + Covid vaccine and was in and out in no time with a very efficient but friendly service. The pharmacy was spotless and I was seen immediately. After a few administrative questions the vaccines were administered with care. Overall great experience.
Hugely impressed with this year's flu and COVID booster jabs experience at Northfield Pharmacy. Had already made appointments, but with early vaccine availability an alert message advised customers to just turn up when they wanted. Waited less than 5 minutes in a queue that moved quickly. Easy and professional service - highly recommended, I'll be back next year!

Although a bit of a queue when I arrived so appointment times were not actually adhered to, the flu and Covid jobs were given really efficiently. I barely felt the jabs going in and staff giving the jabs were really professional and friendly. Highly recommended, especially for those who fear getting injections! No adverse reactions at all and having taken paracetamol every 4-6 hours after the jabs for 24 hours, felt very minimum pain in arm.
Excellent service. Had not booked an appointment for the COVID Vaccine however I was seen very quickly and had my jab. Everything explained and a leaflet and vaccination card given to me to take away.
This pharmacy is run very efficiently, with polite, friendly and helpful staff. The new consulting room(s) upstairs add further to the excellent service and facilities provided (I had the Covid and Flu Jabs - it took just 5 minutes ..) We the patients are very lucky to have Dilip and his core circle of experienced and knowledgeable colleagues, and so are the young prospective pharmacists bring trained here! R
I did not have an appointment but there was no queue so I was invited straight in. I had both covid and flu vaccinations and all was over in a few minutes. Friendly, efficient and, as always, reassuring. Many thanks for the excellent service with a smile.
This is a wonderful new service based on an already extremely good pharmacy. A new consultation suite where the service could not be better. Treatment was efficient and effective. There was virtually no wait. Staff were appropriate professional and very good. Most importantly they were happy encouraging and clearly enjoyed their work. Overall this is as good as the NHS can be . Congratulations.

If you want to experience unprofessional incompetence at it's finest this is the place to go. They will claim prescriptions without giving you medication and take 8 plus days to get half a prescription ready. They lack customer service skills, compassion, and empathy for patients who actually need medication. If you do go there, be expected to be ignored for at least 5 minutes and don't even bother calling because they don't answer. They should be rated zero stars, but that wasn't an option. Go to Superdrug Pharmacy instead.

Got my piercings done here about just over 2-weeks ago and they are healing very nicely. I forgot the name of the lady that pierced it for me, but customer service was 20/10. I got my first piercings here many years ago and came back to do my second lobe and helix. I also come here every so often to purchase perfumes and pick up my prescriptions.

This place is very clean, sanitary and staff are always friendly and happy to help.

As mentioned, I have had no issues so far with the healing process. Kept my ears cleaned as per the instructions she gave mewith the solution. If you need any lobe piercings I would highly suggest to get it done here. 👍🏽✅
I was walking past the store one time with my fiancé when the current supervisor was leering at me in a very creepy way which made me extremely uncomfortable. I decided to brush it off and continue on my journey. Then, about two weeks later I went into Savers to purchase a pregnancy test with my fiancé.
The supervisor was at the checkout scanning other customers' items. The minute that I was waiting in line I could tell that he recognized us. As we approached the checkout and handed him the pregnancy test so that he could scan it; he looked at it then looked back at us and began to laugh.
Now I have purchased many items from savers in the past including pregnancy tests and NEVER ever has any of the other staff laughed at me. As a woman, buying a pregnancy test is already difficult enough as it's extremely embarrassing and the last thing you need is a man laughing at you. This is beyond unprofessional. The fact that he is in a role such as a supervisor is beyond unbelievable to me. No member of staff should have that attitude or feel so entitled as to belittle someone.

I use the pharmacy regularly and rarely have a good experience. There is zero communication between them and the gp. They can’t simply read what the doctors has told them to prescribe. Lack of care and attention to there customers
One word
Stay awake from this pharmacy
Rude & arrogant staff

Stock I will give them - minus 5
Terrible pharmacy
I only need the pharmacy to coordinate the prescriptions from the GP but this pharmacy is not great at it. It takes long to find them if they find it at all, as you need to reconcile what you expect and what you get as at times they forget it. If you have an issue with the prescription, good luck! as they wont really help. The latest has been waiting for the pharmacist to come to the pharmacy, despute the not so long opening hours.
Came to get my nose pierced and the lady was super nice. She actually did my nose piercing 15 years ago by her. Great price and super professional
I used the services for nose piecing very good customer service, respect and friendly.

This used to be a really good pharmacy. Unfortunately, in recent times this place has gone downhill. My prescriptions are most of the time out of stock. I'll have one staff member telling me they have supplier issues and in the same day another staff member will say they are having computer problems and can't place orders with suppliers. Whilst they experience supplier problems the staff seem to be unable to contact their suppliers by phone because they are reliant on their computer system only. So the staff can't tell me when my prescription will be available. All the while I'm without my medication, which I'm dependent on. Unfortunately, and I'm sorry to say, the service at this pharmacy is really unhelpful.
The Grosvenor House Pharmacists filled our family's prescriptions at 8:55pm on Saturday, and were really friendly and helpful. We really appreciated this.

The service is top tier, the staff are very friendly and engaging, especially a woman that works by perfume. She has taken pictures of me and my kids for a long time and she is very patient and caring

The best pharmacy in the area read the south very kind, helpful, and efficient.
You can find the best perfumes original brands very good prices"
I strongly recommended" 🤗✨️🙏🏼😊😉
Amazing prices in this small store on a whole range of toiletries and cleaning products. I saved at least £20 compared to Supermarket prices and their branded products were amazingly cheaper. Highly recommend this store to everyone in this cost of living crisis which will save you a fortune.

Really nice pharmacy and the staff were very helpful. I’d been to boots and they couldn’t provide my full prescription or confirm they could order more in. So came here and they had the full prescription and were able to order more in. Explaining smaller pharmacies can order from any supplier vs being tied. Pharmacist was really friendly and it’s now my go to pharmacy.

Awful experience today. Waited 40 mins plus for my prescriptions. Extremely unhelpful and borderline of actually being rude.
Currently managed by a nice Lebanese pharmacist called Adam who's working hard to keep waiting times down as much as possible.

Give me baby milk powder expired date 5 months
Used to be a very helpful and friendly pharmacy. I noticed a change of staff in the last year or so. Since then, had repeated problems even contacting them (not answering the phone despite what time you call) to put in prescription requests. Some pharmacy staff are polite/helpful. Some definitely are not!
There is always a long wait even when the pharamacy isn’t full with customers. I have had to wait for over 25minutes on several occasions. It would be lovely to support/buy from a local pharamacy but the waiting time is just unacceptable especially if people are bad conditions.

My recent visit to Grosvenor Medipharmacy left me with a mixed impression. The building appeared outdated and in need of some significant updates. It was clear that the facilities had not received proper maintenance and investment for quite some time.

One of the first things I noticed was the lack of automatic doors, making access to the surgery less convenient, especially during cold/wet days. The main entrance, in particular, seemed to be a slide door that allowed a noticeable draft, and it required manual closing, which could be quite challenging due to its weight. This could be especially uncomfortable for patients during the colder months. Additionally, the door to the pharmacy utilized a pull-out mechanism that was not wheelchair-friendly. Given the presence of individuals with various medical conditions and concerns about the transfer of viruses through surface contact, these door handles raised hygienic concerns, which become even more crucial after the woke of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Inside the waiting room of the surgery, an odd placement caught my attention—a tensiometer placed in the middle of the room, whose purpose was unclear. It was uncertain whether it was intended for patients to use or for clinicians. The pharmacy also seemed disorganized, with delivery boxes strewn about and a counter that appeared inadequately replenished.

During a visit for a blood test, I was surprised to find that there was no armrest available. Instead, I had to lay my arm on an office desk cluttered with a computer, paperwork, and other office materials. This arrangement struck me as unprofessional and uncomfortable for patients. And lets not even talk about the prospect of getting a smear test done there… it’s far from the modern standards we expect today.

Furthermore, the private room within the pharmacy, originally meant for consultations, appeared to have been repurposed as a stock and staff room, completed with a microwave. This change in usage might inconvenience patients seeking private discussions or consultations.

Lastly, there was an unusual metal sliding gate between the pharmacy and the surgery, which seemed intended to separate the two areas at the end of the day. However, it appeared to be permanently closed and haphazardly covered with a plastic sheet. This gave an impression of a neglected and inefficient facility management system.
In conclusion, my visit to Grosvenor House Surgery revealed a range of issues related to the building's infrastructure, organization, and overall upkeep.

Addressing these concerns and modernizing the facilities would undoubtedly improve the overall experience for both patients and staff

Terrible pharmacy. no compassion, no maturity. especially the Blond Lady.

denying essential emergency prescriptions because of her own ego.

Pathetic professionalism
I sent my husband there at 8 in the morning as I have Covid with symptoms like temperature, excruciating pain in my throat that is not relieved by paracetamol. They didn’t have anything on our list - solluble paracetamol and vitamin C, Strepsils. They wouldn’t give him Difflam throat spray because I’m pregnant and can only take paracetamol. No alternatives. No wonder so many people die of Covid if they’re put on a diet of paracetamol by healthcare providers. Will not go back.

Staff are rude and ignorant, they will ignore you and serve you when they feel like it while they make themselves look important in the pharmacy section. They left my elderly mum standing for ages and when she ask if someone could serve her the assistant replied "Yes what do you want ". I know several people in the area like her who are boycotting this place due to their bad attitudes and also the fact they never seen to get the prescriptions right or delivered on time.
I was very ill and there was a big mix-up with my medication....the Pharmacists were wonderful they went above and beyond their duty to help me........and iam so happy to write this review this review is about the Superdrug Pharmacey in Savers ....they should be very proud of their staff.
Super friendly and helpful. Gave me advice and didn't try to sell me anything. Place looks well stocked and clean.

Excellent and very professional service. Always do what they can to help. They realised after collecting a prescription that I had been overcharged and tried to call me several times to let me know and tell me to come in for a refund. Things like this mean a lot especially when money is tight! Cannot complain at all about my experience with them.
When I arrived and informed the pharmacist that 111 had sent an emergency referral for me to provide bridging medication until I could renew my prescription, the pharmacist confirmed receipt of the referral but told me if I didn’t have the NHS app she couldn’t help me. It transpired that their records system wasn’t working and she couldn’t look me up, but didn’t want to tell me that, so she was going to turn me away (she also tried the ‘we may not have your medication’ line but stopped when I advised her I had worked in NHS and knew the protocol). She then spent 2 hours just to dispense 4 capsules and charge me the full £9.60. She was a very young girl and presumed that everyone should ‘have the app’ to make her life easier / tried to cover up the records system failure. Her manager (I hope she’s reading this) set her staff up to fail and knowingly operated a pharmacy without a functioning system (apparently they only like to service people registered with them).

I can think of two instances of discrimination without trying - ageism by assuming I’d have an app or smart phone; and failure to make reasonable accommodation for a disability. But I don’t actually blame the young pharmacist - I blame her manager who’s more interested in takings than GDPR, acceptable records management or even customer care. Note to NHS - ICS is not working very well here.

Ran out of my prescription as the bank holiday began and went in to collect my medicine the first day after. Was told that they do not have my prescription and after telling them that I have ran out of my medication they just suggested that I order them again (which would take a few days to even get confirmed).
They did not offer any help whatsoever, nor did they suggest calling 111 as it is dangerous to skip days without medication.
Very unprofessional behavior from staff.

I went into the pharmacy will two burns on my arm and one really bad one. Anthony could not do enough for me he was so caring and kind I do not know what I would have done if he had not helped he had a word with Brenda an NHS nurse who again was caring and kind and sorted out my burns with medical stuff and wrapped it. The customer service in there is fantasic. Thanks again for everything
I intended to buy just one item but when I saw the prices of the branded products in store I bought several. Savers is truly helping to save customers money on so many products. Thumbs up from me.
Their pharmacist has been extremely helpful in chasing up a prescription that did not arrive at their pharmacy. The store sells many items at affordable prices.
Super nice and helpful staff! Great service:)

I’ve experienced awful customer service and quite frankly, neglect at this chemist. Ordered a prescription without being asked the required questions and when I went to collect it, they informed me they didn’t order it and they hadn’t collected the correct information from me. I’m now out of essential medication I take daily and trying to organise an emergency prescription. No empathy or considered apology either. Atrocious.
Says it’s open til 19.30 on a Sunday so arrive at 18.00 only to find it shut. Super helpful.
On Google maps this store is termed Superdrug. I think this is a misnomer. It is a 'Saver' store, not Superdrug.

Staff are rude and cold. An Delivery driver was fired wanting better pay now employ someone who speaks hardly any English. Medication left outside despite a note on medication asking to deliver to residents only!Or return to phymacy. As there are prescription drugs. But these instructions were either not read or just ignored and medication was left outside. Medication was found thrown all over. Upon contacting phymacy they took no responsibility instead lied the medication was given to an unidentifiable neighbour. They are unreliable, rude with don’t care attitude. Your business is good but we don’t give a hook about you!!!
STAY AWAY MANY OTHER BETTER PHYAMACY’S

No for pharmacy and no for the app. I order I pharmacy a medication for my epilepsy I go to collect it after a week and the lady say we don have it in stock and we don’t know when it’s back. No body call my GP so he can inform me WTH it’s a medication I need to take every day. The app is worst you make an order it ask you when the medication are finishing but it not inform you that sorry it will not be on time. So I’m now with no medication and will need pray that I will not have a seizure attac.
