When your primary physician is on vacation and you need immediate medical attention on Christmas Eve day... this is the place to go. Friendly bilingual front desk staff, PA Kristy Nenadal was extremely attentive to my sick son and provided all necessary medications from their onsite pharmacy. She followed up a few days after to find out my son was in the hospital and continued to check in a total of 3 times later. This type of care is above and beyond what you typically get at traditional urgent cares or your primary physician's office. I am forever grateful to have come in contact with Ms. Kristy Nenadal. She is an excellent and caring nurse practitioner.

Pharmacists Dave and Lilly are very helpful and timely.

Visits here arr always great because you get good medications up front, no games. All staff is friendly from front desk to assistants and doctor herself. Keep up the great work!

When I took my daughter to this clinic on May 1st, they treated us amazing. As we walked inside the staff treated us nicely and took care of us early and there wasn’t much of a wait which is always good. As they were taking my daughter’s measurements and etc, they were making small talk with her to assure she was safe and to make sure she was comfortable. When we got the results the staff made sure to let her know she was ok. The place was overall a great experience and we would go back! I would like to appreciate the staff member named Alejandra which was the one who helped us that day and she was super kind and nice! This was a 10/10 experience and I would recommend because it wasn’t expensive!!

I came here on 3/23/24 I wanted to purchase some valentines clearance dog toys. I was taking my time in the cosmetic aisle. I went to finally purchase my items the items were not ringing up for clearance prices. The cashier stated they go up in price I told her it’s spring this is a past season item I have items with clearance tags on them. She didn’t help adjust them so I told her I wouldn’t be taking them which she grabbed them off me with an attitude. I had cash tips on me from working and one of the self checkout machines isn’t for cash. So I moved registers. Which then the same cashier asked me if I wanted her to check me out and I told her no. I don’t want her help after she just grabbed things from my hand passive aggressively. She tried to gaslight me. Anyway I told her she shouldn’t be treating people that are paying customers while there’s teen ages girls opening cosmetics and stealing them. And they are constantly broadcasting shoplifting codes through the intercom. Even if this review gets deleted or reported I still did the survey. Horrible customer service.

I have been coming here for years. It used to be a pleasant experience but the service level has gone down drastically. I’m not sure what’s going on but I am not happy with this service.

This was the first time I had gone to this clinic. My son was sick and I wanted to go somewhere different, as most clinics have a 2-5 hour wait. We only waited an hour and the staff was incredibly helpful. I don't speak Spanish, but they had a great nurse who translated everything for my son and me and both were incredibly helpful.

Someone I know came to this clinic due to back pain. The doctor asked her to bend down several times to assess her range of motion ( we assumed that was the reason). The last time he asked her to bend down he smacked her buttocks then proceeded to leave the room and say the nurse will giver her a prescription... this was the doctor.. She was so shocked and embarrassed and did not say anything. This did not happen recently but I thought it was important to write it here for others to be aware. Unfortunately, I do not have the Drs name.

Updated review based on the clinics comment/response. This patient i am referring to is my mother. I drove her to the appointment therefore i am sure it was this clinic. I can also confirm no female nurse was in the room.

The Pharmacist and staff are fantastic, if I can give more stars I would. Never a line, always have my medication in stock, always takes the time to answer all my questions and concerns . I would recommend this pharmacy over the big chains any day!!!

I’ve been to this store a few times and today I met a lovely lady name. Rena works in the deli. Great service she should be a manager. Highly recommended must visit. Thank you very much for your customer service. Excellent. Will return soon.👌

Great service by Bob and staff. They are wonderful!

How are you going to be a pharmacy be open on the weekend and not have staggard shifts to cover lunch breaks. Management 101 and a multi billion dollar chain can't even do this. No wonder why Amazon and every other internet ran business is taking your customers by the bundle. Lol

Call times are extremely long, the “system sends inaccurate information on times for refill for your medications” the pharmacy does nothing to help the clients/patients. I will never use this pharmacy again.

I have recommended so many people to this clinic because i love it so much. All which have only thanked me for letting them know about Clinica mi pueblo. I know if myself or my family is sick, once i come tola clinica by the next day, I will be better. Thank you to Dr. Love and all the staff for what you do!

This is my favorite pharmacy I been going to for quite sometime

On December 23rd 2021 at 2 pm, I called to ask why my appointment for the vaccine was canceled and how to reschedule it, a lady answered and was very rude and talked over me and didn’t let me say anything then she hanged up on me, she should get fired and not work with the public, zero customer service, (to the lady that answered you’re very low class)

The BEST place to go for prescriptions. Friendly staff. Not so much for the grocery store, but the pharmacy is great.

COVID drive-through testing is very organized and convenient. Also, it's very easy to schedule COVID tests on the CVS site. 24-48 hour window for test results.

I use this pharmacy since 6months I use to go to CVS they are over price for everything. this place have very good price I buy my pull ups from them i love it it fits well and last 12 hours. All staff members are very happy and always willing to help and they delivers my meds and supply every month I truly appreciate your help. Thank you

Love this pharmacy, efficient, clean ,kind . The pharmacist is very nice!! Prices are terrific!! Definitely not overpriced, I’ve had so many issues with cvs, prices are quite higher at cvs .

It was just all right.

Everytime we come, the pharmacist is taking a break or going to lunch. We have to wait for them to return to mix our kids' meds. Transferring to another pharmacy!

Lunch break for pharmacist is way more important than taking a few seconds to ok an urgent prescription. Need to be more customer centric...

The new team is wonderful with the pharmacist Peter and the ladies on his team. My prescriptions are both highly controlled and uncommon formulas, and they never fail to have them ready, if I forget to call and walk in, they work on them right away. The only complaints ever are people who don't clear with their insurance.

The Pharmacy technician on Saturdays is the best; professional and polite, quick and knowledgeable. I’m giving him 5 stars!

A great surprise when I moved to Corona, was finding this pharmacy. The experienced pharmacist cares about my health and provides knowledge and service that is unique in today's world.
A grade for sure.
