Very bad experience with this pharmacy. Waiting for two hours to get approval from insurance due to lack of knowledge sales person/ pharmacist about insurance claims . Only one person available at counter

Very Very poor management. It takes at least 1hr to clear one claim. The management and document flow is not clear where to submit and from where to claim. The format of work is not unidirectional everyone is working by their own.
It is advised that
Collect prescriptions at one location give the token number to the customer or call their name once the order is ready.

From our OB Dr Hend to all the doctors who help her, nurses, cleaners and security, all the staff i can say is they are friendly, simple words like CONGRATULATIONS AND DONT WORRY from the security and cleaning staff helps while i was waiting for my wife's delivery. Nice and clean place. Great job everyone!
Im only visiting Zulekha hospital only thanks to the well qualified and trained doctors there. There is huge gambling between insurance team and pharmacy team. We have to keep waiting for insurance approvals and at least 1 out of 4 meds will not be covered. We have to keep calling insurance to double check if its covered or not! Even though everything is automated in zulekha hospital sharjah the pharmacy team takes their own sweet time to send prescriptions for approvals. Really ridiculous and not streamlined being such a very dominant name in UAE. The insurance people keeps rejecting for silly reasons but the process is hospital pharmacy can re submit which they can easily do, but they wont until we go and tell them. If we are not alert we will loose a lot of money infact while visiting the hospital.

Experienced Rude Attitude of nursing staff which should be considered by the management as a part customer service enhancement and the lab department is not bothering to contact the patient to collect the reports, even though after providing e mail address through phone call. Management should look around to provide better service to the patients.
I was admitted here for 4 days in critical stage in 2017. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable. The doctors and nurses here were wonderful and caring. God bless them wherever they are now.
Very awesome centre and friendly staff, convince place parking are available I highly recommend this place for medical test centre for visa purposes
Most of the time I visit Makka Pharmacy (Shj-Al Nasiriya) in particular Dr Naeem.

I came in as an emergency patient and I was admitted instantly. The doctors, the nurses, the cleaners and the caterers, all did a wonderful job. Everything was harmonious. I stayed for 3 days. The care, love and positivity radiating from the staff was wonderful. Shout out to all the 9th floor staff!

Warning for customers. Only option to choose minimum 1⭐️. Otherwise I will choose -100 stars for this shop. Trap and cheat is behind the history of this shop. And they follow the same cheat until now. Expired medicine sale happens last month.
Don’t choose this. It is a warning for all customers. They are facing many cases due to sold expiry medicines in UAE.

I ordered glucose strips from them, and recieved an opened box with only 1 pack of strips instead of 2.. the pharmacist informed me they had run out, and will send the other one in the afternoon. But did not, its been 4 days and they did not send me the product I paid for.

Worst customer service at Zahra street branch (opposite to Nesto Hypermarket, butina), one Pathan type pharmacist doesn’t know how to talk with the customer, very bad attitude and rudely speaking. Will never go again and won’t recommend any friend or relative for this pharmacy.
