Very bad service. I usually buy meds and contacts lens solution here, never had been treated poorly. Was served by a lady with hijab, very impolite and unfriendly. I came with sick condition just wanted to buy some pain killer. Can be better than that next time. I work in medical field as well. I will never deal with my client like what she did to me, no matter how bad my mood is.
Dr. Shravanthi kona is the most gentle guick doctor I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. She has a light hand and is so sweet!! My teeth are happy being in her care ❤️❤️and the staff are also so good.. 👍Great experience..
Visited the clinic for treatment. Good staff and reasonable charges for the treatment. Small place but clean .Not much waiting time. Got a root canal treatment from the dentist. She was gentle and very understanding about my fear and made me feel comfortable.
I had been to Shaheen medical clinic for my tooth filling in February 2024,which she did in 5mins by just sticking a white cement pc in my tooth as i have a huge experience of tooth fillings and root canals i was absolutely sure that without lightcure procedure no permanent tooth fillings can be completed, she charged 130+50dhs for that stupid procedure which came out in july 2024 and now i am feeling terrible pain again. Please don't visit her she's not professional and well experienced. My 8yrs old filling didn't come out till the date and this one could not even last for 6months. Very bad experience please don't waste people's hard earned money.

Nice and clean. Flow of traffic is impeccabke inside and outside this medical institution. They should be admitting medial and nursu g i terns who they have to provide with some food allowances. And hav3 a medical school soon. Not all doctors and nurses are good educators though.
Have done laser in this clinic and i am satisfied with the service.. Christine was very gentle and nice.. The clinic is well maintained, clean and the reception staffs were very accommodating.. will be done more of my sessions here as this place makes me comfortable with my treatment.

I did laser session, honestly i feel like i paid for nothing.. literally nothing. Hair is not falling even, during the session i was telling the nurse that I don’t feel any heat from the machine, I cant even feel the hair burning or any laser light but she keep saying this is new technique its normal you don’t feel anything. Which is not possible i’ve tried many clinics many lasers machine even the ones that is with cold air still i feel the laser hit. In this clinic they are using a very low heat to not get results and keep coming many times, i wasn’t happy about the session and i told her to increase the heat but she refused. At the end theres no results, hair growing is exactly the same not even 1 hair falls down , waste of money and time. Not recommended at all
I have visited first time and the front desk attendant was so nice and helpful I think she belong from Pakistan. Absolutely IMPRESSED! The staff was fantastic and the best part…the doctor (Doct. Kona)…OUTSTANDING! Very compassionate and patient. Great experience and won’t go to any other walk-in but Well-Key!

Dr. Ahmed RUINED my teeth for life!!!
I experienced significant issues with the scaling and polishing performed by Dr. Ahmad. Since then, my tooth enamel has become rough and scratched, requiring me to undergo dental cleanings every two months due to stain accumulation in between the scratches!!
He has witnessed the rapid deterioration within two months, with new stains accumulating on the front teeth, a situation I have never experienced before.
What worsened the situation is that despite explaining my concerns, the last treatment administered by him was exceptionally harsh, causing additional roughness in my teeth and sensitivity in my gums—an experience I had never encountered before with scaling and polishing.
This situation is extremely critical for me and has a substantial impact on my life, as I am now unable to consume coffee or tea!
I am beyond frustrated! What made it worse it that they have not contacted me or provided a solution from February until now.

Worst pharmacy ever. There is two lines and no one pick the call. Im trying for one insulin since tthree days.
The two stars for the doctor and the nurse. Even though the doctor himself told me that the insurance policy will cover the consultation fees and everything form that facility or clinic; The receptionist who's from Pakistan charged me some amount to pay. I don't recommend this hospital at all. I can Pay that amount as it wasn't that much,but what's the point of my insurance then. Imagine doing this with all the patients. Felt helpless.

My family and I feel very comfortable receiving dental treatment from Dr. Kona. She is professional, always available to answer our concerns, and her nurses and staff are very friendly.
Worst ever! No professionalism at all. I will never go there again. I needed to go there 3 times (days) to get a medicine. The worst part was when one of the staffs told me to come the next day at 6 pm, and he did not even show up at the pharmacy. His colleague told me he was absent!

I am deeply disappointed by the failed delivery of my medicine from Mediclinic Al Noor Pharmacy! Despite being assured of delivery between 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM, the medicine never arrived. Despite my clear instructions to deliver after 6:30 PM due to work commitments, I received multiple calls insisting on delivery within the original timeframe, completely disregarding my availability. As of now, the medicine has still not been delivered. This is unacceptable, especially considering the urgency of the medication. Timely access to medication is crucial, and this failure could have serious consequences. Furthermore, upon calling the pharmacy department, I was informed that it is not possible to deliver the medicine today, and they suggested delivery for tomorrow or pick-up at the pharmacy. What is the point of requesting home delivery if it cannot be fulfilled? This level of service is very disappointing and completely unacceptable.

I have asked them for medicine availability and send follow up messages again. If available or not. But they even don't bother to reply me. Poor service.
I I had three laser sessions with: (Prejila) she is so professional and knows her work well. She works so gently and carefully. I prefer to select her in all my sessions. Best of luck

The service quality leaves much to be desired, given inefficient processes. After a 30-minute wait, they informed me that my case would be sent for approval, same is the case visibly frustrating everyone waiting. Streamlining the process could involve approving prescriptions in advance, sending notifications when medication is ready at the pharmacy, and providing estimated waiting times to enhance efficiency.the cost would be less than one dirhams for a patient. IT team 🥸
Please just provide a paid area where people can pay for faster service. This waiting time is not acceptable. Just provide a faster line. People will pay to not get their time wasted.

One of the few clinics I can personally recommend for derma, aesthetics and dental needs. Well experienced and professional aesthetic, dental doctors and a very accommodating and friendly nurses and staff in one roof.

I had submitted my prescription for home delivery, they informed it will delivered within 24 hrs and kept on following up for four hours the second day every time they are telling pharmacy will call you. Next time don't do for home delivery option, either better you wait or dispense from another pharmacy.

You need to have the patience to wait because you will wait more that hours just for 4 people in front of your line
Small Pharmacy adjacent to Prime Cure Cure medical centre and the only one in this surrounding as of now, two more yet to come. You can get all the regular medicine here, parking will be difficult since this area is crowded every time due to shopping centers and cafeteria around.

Specially Dental Doctor SHRAVANTHI KONA is not good doctor aslo business lady they don't have proper dental equipment but she said we have latest technology.. No eye glass, no mouth guard... No safety preconceptions almost burn my chest while doing the root cancel..
Also first session mentioned I need 4 or 5 sessions for root canal but later she did 2 sessions ( within 3 days) total costs 750 Aed including file charges 50 Aed, I still have problems with tooth she said that I should text her but I did she never response ( before root canel she answered every single text)
Also recipsion lady ASIFA is very rude
Only nurses are very good and helpful
Please stop making only business respect Humanbeing I have much respect for Doctor..

Usually Crowded at peak hours but services are amazing. Very professional and there are many Pharmacists available to assist you. Just get your que number and in no time, you’ll get your meds.
When you get admitted, the Pharmacists deliver your Meds straight to your Room before you check out. Thats so convenient!

The waiting time in this pharmacy is totally unacceptable. This is a hospital, people are sick, with elder people or children and they make you wait for hours. Just what you need in the middle of a pandemic.

Slowest service you can get.
Quality of treatment and care for patients has stepped back although should be improving in these difficult times. I guess that impact is logic after all the good doctors and staff left the hospital.
Very helpful and kind staff. Although not a hospital pharmacy but everytime I went to them they had the medicine i wanted. Pretty quick at serving you, very professional and very reasonable prices for medicine. They even offer discounts!!
I just searched this place on google map. Never visited this place because i am resident of pakistan and this pharmacy is located in united Arab Emirates( Abu dhabi) but i want to visit there. Now a days due to pendemic situation of covid 19 i am unable to visit out of country but soon i will visit there. They generally have the medications you need unlike the very poor burjeel pharmacy in burjeel hospital (go see my review for that pharmacy and you’ll understand.
Medclinic pharmacy staff don’t crack under high volume of patients. They are collected, calm, and polite. And as I said earlier, they almost always have the medications in question. If you are having a hard time finding a specific medicine, this pharmacy is worth a shot.

I visited for the first time and I was blown by the customer reception and timing. I was greatly supported by pharmacist Ms. BENZILA . A great thank you to this lady... She took her time describing the prescription and about the medicine asking if I had any allergy to those prescribed medicines. The minor thing i felt bad was about the waiting through the process, may be because of less staff.
