The sign outside the building + online says they do Parcel Point. Middle aged lady with dark hair lied and said they don’t do Parcel Point or the place was too lazy to remove the sign. Not very good service.
Visited the pharmacy to pick up a few vitamins and medicine and was greeted by the lovely Nicole. She has such a positive attitude was really helpful. Thank you so much for your help and genuine interaction! We definitely will be back 🙂
Our Family have been coming to NB pharmacy for many years - we have complex medical conditions that are managed with the chemist Fadi . We can call ahead get scripts emailed in and have never had an issue. Feels great to know we can rely on them for all our needs

Visited this pharmacy a few days ago. I am pleased with the service I was provided with. I had to ask a few general but personal questions and I wasn’t sure but the pharmacist made me feel really comfortable. As a local I have always shopped at this store and the owner was really accommodating as well. 10/10

When I went to pick up my prescriptions, the pharmacist serving me was able to identify an interaction between my medications and call my doctor.

This is probably one of my favourite pharmacies because they stock lots of different things (like alternative brands, natural options, stronger/better quality supplements) and the staff there are alway lovely and helpful. Compared to other pharmacies (and Cincottas) I’ve been to in the city and north Syd these guys are the best. They’re quick with service and prescriptions and very friendly! Great customer service, honestly! - being relatively new to the area you guys have made such a positive impact! Keep up the good work 👍

Went in for a prescription and staff at the counter were great to deal with, but had an upsetting incident today when the pharmacist in charge (Fabian) yelled at me for no apparent reason. This happened out of the blue and I was quite shocked, especially since I was there with a young child. This matter will be raised directly with store management and will be lodged in writing.

Their prices are a bit high but the friendly staff make up for it, always down for a good chat! Fantastic service and if they don't have what i'm looking for they are always happy to order it in for me!
Ridiculously overpriced! A silicone healing tape which was seen in another pharmacy in balgowlah for $89 was selling for $135 in pharmacy select balgowlah. It was the exact same brand and the same day. Would never trust this pharmacy for anything again, go to the one on Sydney road instead.
Good, old fashioned pharmacy care from this pharmacy. Fady the owner is not only clinically knowledgeable but also provides the old fashioned personalised service that is so rare to find these days. He has taken special interest in and care for my son who has had serious health problems, managing our medications and always checking in on his progress. I can not recommend this pharmacy enough (and I am a tough marker being in the health care industry myself!)
Well over priced. My prescription medication which usually costs $7.50 from a discount pharmacy cost me $20.70. Not sure if this is across the whole range but still took me by surprise.
We've been customers at North Balgowlah Pharmacy for years - Fady is a fantastic pharmacist, always helpful and interested to take time to serve each person, whatever their needs. We are lucky to have his business in our community.

Such a fantastic bonus for this community. Fadi is caring, kind, thorough, hugely experienced with wonderful advice. He is the sort of pharmacist who remembers everything about his customers and really cares about the service he offers. Absolutely brilliant.
Friendly staff, they also have a milk bar at the front, my boy likes going in there on the way home from school.
