They had the nebulizer in stock that nobody else in town seemed to have.
Rude, unprofessional and shouldn’t even be allowed to operate. Filing a report w/ your corporate office. I work in customer service and the things yall do once u know ur mgr is gone is defo going to be reported thoroughly. It’s a shame I have to swap to a pharmacy across the city because you guys hate ur job so much. Boo hoo YOU. If you don’t like people go be a fisherman or a truck driver. Two professions you don’t need social skills for. Very nice touch answering the phone and slamming it on the hook. Really adds the cherry on top of the trash customer service.
Takes forever to get prescriptions filled and or refilled . Get a text that you t RX is ready then you get there and they say no we don’t have anything ready for you yet , it’ll be about 4 more hours . Whatever !!! So done with these people !!!!
At first, we liked the convenience of the app and proximity to our house, but that is not worth it if the medication cannot be filled in a timely manner. We now drive across town, because it’s quicker to do that than wait on this pharmacy.
Staff was extremely rude when I asked a simple question and not helpful. Avoid chain pharmacies and shop at locally owned pharmacies. But whatever you do, avoid this pharmacy.
They are always slow. One cashier is really helpful. A couple of them are snobbish , too many cheifs not enough indians.

The last 2 times my prescriptions were sent in early one is ready the other 2 are still processing, when I call they say we haven't gotten to them yet but you filled one why not the other 2. This used to be a good place to get prescriptions not any more.
Just called to check on my prescription that I called in over a week ago. The employee that answered the phone had a horrible attitude and treated me like I was a bother. I said “ok thank you” when she answered about my prescription and she just hung up… this staff is beyond rude… if you hate your job so much then quit it’s not that hard.
Was fine having to wait 2 hours to get a refill of my meds. Then had to wait 30 minutes after that because they had never started them, while everyone else around me could get theirs immediately. They did not answer any of the questions I asked about why it took so long. Their customer service was poor and I heard them have an attitude with every customer that came up while I was there.
Extremely rude and negative interaction with pharmacy staff. Will be switching pharmacies immediately.
The absolute worse customer service I have ever experienced. It’s ashamed that they are associated with the Publix store where the customer service is amazing. The lady literally started yelling at me for the fourth time.
Customer service has been on the decline for awhile and the reasons I originally started using this pharmacy are practically non-existent. Today might be the motivation to change pharmacies. I had to wait in line to get my prescription and then the employee refused to ring up my 2 items . I had to pay for the meds and then go wait in line again to check out....for 2 items.😠
I wonder are they slow with everyone or is it just the people with Medicaid because I promise you my medicine my child's medicine takes forever to be filled one thing for sure do. not expected it to be filled out same day
Do not use this pharmacy!!! I ordered a compound medicine from them that must stay frozen. I asked them when I ordered if it would arrive frozen, and they assured me that it would. They did not tell me a specific time it would arrive, nor provide me with a tracking number. The package was delivered at 12:00, and when I arrived home at 5:00, the vial of medicine was not frozen, but warm. It can’t be used safely at that state. I called the next day, as they were closed after I received the package, and they refused to refund my money, or replace the medicine. They blamed it on fed ex and me. Unbelievable!! Ii of course disputed it with my credit card, which will refund my money, but this speaks loudly, and clearly, that there business practices are very poor and they don’t care about their customers, or their health!
The pharmacy staff are very nice and helpful. They answer all questions you might have and spend as much time needed with helping you. Very clean and pleasant place. Will definitely do more business here with these guys and gals. :)
Great local pharmacy with friendly employees! After hearing about them through people I know that have used them for years I made the decision to move my prescriptions from a chain pharmacy to here. Prescriptions are always quick to be filled and they truly care about providing a great experience!
Monica is a fantastic pharmacy technician who provides outstanding customer service that is quick and courteous. In my opinion, this is the best pharmacy in Dothan.

I have been with Doctors center Pharmacy for about 2 years and it has been nothing but trouble. Every time I send in or try to pick up my prescriptions it's been a headache. You always have to get the prescription sent in twice because they say that they never received it. The staff is rude and they could absolutely care less how long you wait in line or on hold on the phone. I switched pharmacies yesterday and I will not be back.

Me and my sister took my grandmother to pick up her prescription. She came out in absolute tears. Maggie the pharmacist technician there was the most absolute rude, condescending, hateful person in this position I have ever met. For a locally owned pharmacy you would expect much better treatment and overall kindness from their staff. The rest of the staff has always been very kind but I hope Maggie thinks about what it would feel like to have someone make her grandmother leave in tears. Would love to talk to a manger but she refused to let us speak to anyone above her.
No customer service. My mother has a terminal illness and has used this pharmacy for years. They routinely have run out of her medications and cannot fill her refills. Today, they left a message stating they are again, out of a medication and to call the pharmacy if she needs it in the near future. She called them and was told to call around and find a pharmacy that has it in stock and tell that pharmacy to call Walgreens. Why can't they do that? They have the prescription.
Surgeon sent a script here because it was close. I had no idea what it was for, but it was for 4 different meds. Went in, and they couldn't find the script. That's not on the pharmacy....however, in the attempt to find my meds, the pharmacy tech proceeds to list off every med I've ever had filled at a Walgreens in earshot of many customers waiting in line. NEVER EVER OK! I was frozen...I couldn't believe what she had done. She then got an attitude when I let her know what she had done was NOT ok.
I click my heels together with delight at the thought of NEVER having to use this pharmacy again after I transfer. Never have I met such rude and irresponsible adults nevertheless handling medicine. These people would rather see you rot and die than actually provide you your medicine in a timely manner. I’ve used them since December of last year and it’s now June. Every single month I have to refill my prescription, I have a problem with them. They will be rude and complicated on purpose. They will not have your prescription ready when it’s supposed to be. Seriously, with all of the bad reviews it’s crazy they haven’t actually done anything to save this less-than-mediocre hole they call a pharmacy.
In the past couple of years the service has gone down hill. I am supposed to get texts when my prescription is ready, and I never get one. When I call, the people are rude when I ask if my prescription is ready.
The female pharmacist was terrific. These folks know how to focus on PEOPLE. In spite of being faced with a young adult who repeatedly cursed her, the pharmacist was personable and professional.
If you are looking for a place to come in, drop multiple F-bombs, call the staff names and generally act like a spoiled child, maybe this is not the pharmacy for you. These good people cannot fix the damage done to you by 20 years of poor parenting.

Worst experience I have ever had. If you take anything from this - do NOT support companies who are discriminatory. The female pharmacist was absolutely disgusting. I have no words for this childish pharmacist. I have never encountered an employee that was so out of line. She was laughing and when I asked her about the pricing and when I asked her to stop (even called her Ma’am.. big mistake) I was told “you don’t tell me how to act and what facial expressions to use” she then went on to call me a brat in front of staff and costumers. After hearing this I did exchange a fair share of my own words. This was extremely inappropriate and disrespectful. This pharmacist was beyond unprofessional and lack of maturity. All of this because I had asked why and tried to get to the bottom of how the price had increased by 90%. She replied with something to the effect of “I’m not the one who makes the prices”. She does not care about customers and probably just the easiest job she could obtain given her disgraceful customer service and little to no knowledge. She also withheld my medication with a personal refusal to sell my medication to me. This is a crucial medication and was illegally denied to me. I have also read plenty of reviews that they are extremely racist, impatient, and inefficient. I ignored all of the red flags and continued to peruse them. Do not support racist and discriminatory companies.
I've used this pharmacy since the day they opened, Mr. Don, Ashley the pharmacists and the staff are ALWAYS friendly and do a great job! Thank yall so much!

I am sick with the Flu and called to try to get a prescription transferred from a pharmacy that will not be getting anymore of that medication in stock. I called at 6:53 which they close at 7pm. I understand wanting to “get out of there” after a long day but I am sick as ever and this isn’t the customer service I expected. I was told to call back tomorrow morning when they open 😢😢😢.
when you're there they're rude ah, when you try to call, they won't answer the phone. That short brunette is a psycho, and the pharmacy manager is just for show, no brains, just a big white coat.

Pretty good awful. I had surgery and dropped off my prescriptions to be filled. I was told it would be an hour and half before they were ready. Four and half hours later I called the pharmacy to find out if they were going to be ready that day as I was in a lot of pain. They told me they’d bump them up to high priority. They were ready ten minutes later.
My doctor called in another antibiotic the next day because I had an allergic reaction to the first one. They were called in at 11 am. I didn’t get a text saying they were ready until 8:40 pm that night. I will never use Publix pharmacy again.

Very slow service. Turnaround time on prescriptions is about a week.
On Oct 18, 2021 myself and my mother went to receive the Flu shot at the Walmart pharmacy on Oats st in Dothan. We arrived at 10 am, after waiting 35 minutes I went back up to the counter in inquire about how much longer the wait would be. The staff member ask for our names and stated there was only one pharmacist and could not give me an answer, she seemed very disinterested. After waiting 55 min I again went back up to the counter and told her it has been 55 min, we are leaving. My mother is 88 years old and was having a difficult time sitting in the waiting chairs. 55 min..waiting..hum I suppose it was going to turn into another hour or so. The least Walmart could do, when having customers wait that long for a simple Flu shot is address/acknowledge them while waiting. An hour wait is an extensive time for an elderly person. I have never had a bad shopping experience with Walmart but this was ridiculous. I just hope Walmart knows how difficult it is for the elderly to get out and that they should acknowledge the fact that they are there. My mother stated they "forgot about us". Walmart pharmacy should be ashamed of the way they treat their customers. Who is in charge?
Slow refill, drive thru closed. Took a day and a half to put a label on a bottle to fill my prescription.
Very friendly and the staff treat you like family. They know who I am just over the phone!

Needed a good pharmacy that was closer to the house and had all my meds available. I found Dothan Pharmacy and I am very appreciative of their hard work and cheap prices. Better than Publix lol.
I have been a customer at this pharmacy for almost a year now. EVERYTIME I come here, the workers are rude. They tend to be slow which isn’t such a problem. However, they need to work on their attitudes. I get work can be stressful from time to time, but to go out of their way to embarrass and be nasty towards a customer is ridiculous. I DO NOT recommend coming here unless you’re okay with people that don’t know how to be anything but rude.
Wait times are just as long as drop off times. Unlike the rest of Publix the people skills are lacking. Was told one time "if you don't want to wait you can drive over to the other Publix by home depot, they may have a shorter wait." 🤔 . Other than that they are ok

Close enough to town, but far enough away. I found this gem, and won’t be seen in the Mart pharmacy ever again. The staff is approachable without being overbearing. Bring your questions, because these folks are not afraid of them.
Unlike the rest of Walmart the pharmacy staff is very sweet.
