very very bad service I arrived with my daughter with a fever and headache at 5 pm 3 hours passed and they did not attend to my daughter because it was not a priority and the lady who attended to me was very respectful, even joking, she told me why I had not taken on the 4th of July when the clinic was not full, I still responded by telling her that she had just felt bad the next day and tried to continue talking too much and I decided it would be better to take her to the children's hospital after having lost almost 4 hours

Better than most other pharmacies; staff is courteous and helpful; consistent stock of hard to find meds that are in short supply everywhere else.
Cons: Scripts are more expensive here than at the chain pharmacies, sometimes not enough staff working the checkout windows.

They had a medication I needed in stock, Samantha, over the phone was fantastic and helped transfer the script to MGH. The next day I swung by and Jasmin was great! Friendly, answered all my questions, and was very helpful. All the staff were great and I had no issues at all!

when you call them and you hear “wait time is less than one minute” don’t wait your time it’s way longer than that’s i’m starting to think this establishment doesn’t have any phones in the building!!!! and you’d think they’d give you the option to put your phone number in to hold your place in line but that’s not even an option 🙄

Female nurses Talk About The Patients Conditions and laugh about it . I’ve had a Serious Skin Conditon for about 3 years Now , and I Rather Suffer everyday with itch and sores , than to be disrespected and have my buisness out out by some dumb young females . Because I wouldn’t tolerate that .

if i can give this place 0 stars i would , do not waste your time coming here the staff are the most laziest and unprofessional people i’ve ever encountered with. They don’t care and will make you wait for hours just a ghetto place.

I would say awesome sauce because I got my delivery on time with all my prescriptions. They communicated with me to let me know what I could get from them going forward. I had a good conversation with the pharmacist. Thank you for your help. It was appreciated!

The lack of efficiency and respect of doctors and nurses is incredible. EBNHC is a hospital with a poor and mediocre culture where you see patients in severe pain and doctors making jokes, talking about what they had for lunch and playing solitaire on the computer. Why is it so difficult to prioritize the patient, treat them quickly and send them home so that, if there is time, they can talk, eat and play. In recent years, going to the Emergency Department means spending more than 4 hours in the cold, without good care and listening to the nonsense of the medical staff. EBNHC, represents poor hospitals with poor staff providing poor service.

Very bad experience at East boston Neighborhood clinic.
I was in a terrible pain and had my appointment last Friday and drive from Dedham to that clinic; let me tell you I was late like 4 minutes!!! Yes 4 minutes and after I paid my copay and registered the nurse told me that she was sorry but the doctor can not see me cause I was late!!! I told her miss I am in a terrible pain and I came all the way from Dedham to this center and you cannot see me!! Wao you need to have no heart to see a people in pain that was charged already for copay and came from far and no be seen by the doctor!!! I am very very frustrated to the point that I do not want to see that clinic anymore; believe I like so much my doctor and his very respectful treatment to patients but other than that this clinic need a deep clean up and better customer service for patients cause they are very heartless with patients. Thank you

I would say that the most inhumane place for patients this place is where front desk and nurses don’t care about how are you feeling at the time of your appointment even if you are late with just 3 to 4 minutes before your appointment; for me this is frustration and this place for sure needs attention at the time of reviewing their policy to patients cause no way we are living in a communist regime in USA.

by far the most anxiety inducing and least accessible pharmacy I have ever been to. Packed waiting lines almost every day, they move the little line signal belt all the time and it gets super confusing as to where you are supposed to go, got accused of cutting after waiting 30 mins because of it. People that look very cold and skinny and moving like a zombie outside get no medical attention or help and are simply left to rot in the hallways and outside the facilities. Don't even try getting an uber here just walk somewhere close by and get an uber from there if you need to go here. Waited an hour for an uber home once because no one (30+ ppl the app cycled thru.) would accept the uber request until I walked 10 mins away

So, I use them just for my daughter's medication. Not all, but some of the staff are extremely rude and needs an attitude adjustment. 😒 I hate that they allow the homeless to hang out in there. It's not really family friendl, and that's sad for a hospital pharmacy. It's not really all that clean if they can't keep it clean they shouldn't allow people to eat and drink in there. The lines are way to long and never have I ever seen all the windows open It's always one or two, sometimes 3. It's always a long waiting period. If you have the option, I suggest you just have them deliver your medication because it can be extremely overwhelming for some people. And I also think they need to have a security guard in there at all times. There have been numerous occasions I seen people shooting up in there or drinking. A guard might be able to control what's going on in there better because it's clean the pharmacy staff turns a blind eye to it

Call today to report somebody selling their medications. Since my sister passed away that way don't know what doctor they have but no the pharmacy. The pharmacist could care less and I called back to say let the doctor know check levels not just present or not again could care less now if I call cvs? Trust and Believe I don't know what doctor even gives a 64-year-old Elsa drugs living in a but this pharmacy needs to get on track or there's going to be more people DYING

I have never experienced any issue with this pharmacy and I've been using them for the past 3 years. I can usually get a staff member on the phone when I do call. Also, they process my medications within a timely manner.

I was calling there to ask for a prescription and they put me on hold for forty seven minutes and then they just hand up, I had to called for several times and I didn’t get answer!..that’s incredible!!!

10 grove st emergency room when I walk in with chest pain one of the receptionist told me that I don’t have chest pain which probably will be a pain in my stomach. So I told her if you know what I have I should go home and the receptionist told me that I should stay because Iam in the emergency room. So my question was who was the doctor? Need to advise the receptionist in the way they talk to the people . You never know if my case was serious or not for them to talk loud to people like that.

I have been coming here since 1996. Normally, there will be a long line of people waiting to pick up perscriptions. The majority of whom are elderly and can't stand for tnat long. THAT being said this last Friday there was no line. I only waited about 5 minutes. The lady would was there was friendly, kind and fast. Keep it up!! I little kindness goes a long way.

I wished there was more individuals behind the windows assisting with pick up/drop off. Waited over 15 minutes just to drop off a prescription and that's with me requesting assistance numerous times (and was the only person dropping off a prescription).

I have an appointment for colonoscopy and they didn’t put the prescription order for the liquid I had to drink the day before of the procedure, if I hadn't called the pharmacy I will never realized that on time and most probably I would have had to reschedule the appointment that I waited for several months. After realized that I had to call different places to be able to fix that for myself, getting transferred many times and waiting more than 30 minutes on the phone. I also had to call to have an idea of the steps to follow before the procedure, I called 2 times bc the first time they hung up the phone. The two person that answered the phone was so rude showing their lack of vocation to care for patients.

July 4th....on the 3rd the pharmacist in person promised they'd be open on 4th July. I've called and the message says closed. I went there just in case and it's closed. This pharmacy is horrible even being in a number 1 hospital in the usa

Long wait, prescriptions never ready on time, rude pharmacists. The techs work hard but clearly do everything. They only care about profit, not patients. Unsafe area lacking adequate parking. Switched to Tufts (so much better) and will never go back to this filthy broken pharmacy.

Not sure where to begin. Opt for your medication shipped? They’ll fill it at the pharmacy instead. Try to call them? Their phone systems will mysteriously be down daily- you’ll go through all the prompts and then the call will disconnect. I don’t understand why it has to be like this.

The mgh automated calling system is so incredibly incorrect and can't be trust. Got a call that something was ready multiple times and took the 30mins to get there only to have them say nothing is ready and then took the 40mins to get home. If the system is that off than stop using it or update it. It is the biggest inconvenience

Terrible service the waiting time is More them 6 hours for a emergency If you have the opportunity to go to another hospital then come to this place! The waiting room it’s crowds and they don’t have enough doctors! They staff say that they have one doctor with 35 patients on the waiting list in an emergency room at 1 AM. For who I arrived here at 5 PM haven’t seen anybody so far! Stay at home, treat yourself but don't come to a hospital like this.

Obviously this is a top Pharmacy. If you need your medication b4 every one in( a sometimes) long line, they'd be administered to you by a phenomenal Nurse as an in-patient. Seriously annoys me when people think they're entitled to snap fingers/make scenes and WORSE bad- mouth Pharmacists and Techs. I would love to know if" this group" of people understand the schooling
(math😩)... That a pharmacistgoes through? I'm a Customer who leaves in 20 min or an hour, KNOWING I've been treated correctly.

Sadly, all the negative postings regarding this pharmacy are absolutely TRUE! I came to Massachusetts from Washington, DC for chemo and cancer treatments because MGH is said to have the best doctors and provides the best cancer care. And they were right about the care obtained from the doctors. However, they never told me about the pharmacy.
The wait times are horrendous! I have experienced times (multiple times) in which my doctor would tell me he was going to send a prescription down for me and I watched him send it. I would go to get my CT and MRI scans done, go get something to eat from the cafeteria before I go to the pharmacy but the prescription (that I NEED TO LIVE) was still not ready 2 hours after the doctor sent it down. No apology. No explanation. Just stand in line for 30-45 minutes just to get up to the counter and be told you have to wait for another hour... It is ridiculous and I'm so surprised that MGH hasn't done something to address this. I can't stand for long periods of time especially after receiving chemo treatments and/or having 10 vials of blood drawn but even if I were in perfect health, that's not the point. The issue is that this is unacceptable and doesn't happen anywhere else in the world. Could you imagine waiting 30-45 minutes in line at a grocery or clothing store just to get to the counter and be told you have to wait another hour before they could ring you up?
It's gotten to the point that I have him call down the day before to order my prescriptions in the hopes it'll be ready when I go to pick it up the next day. Sometimes, that doesn't even work because if there is an issue with your insurance they just don't fill the prescription without alerting you so you go all the way to the hospital to pick up your prescription and stand in that long line for nothing.
I literally asked the woman that was at the register the last time I was there "why is there always an issue when I come here to get my prescriptions?" She said "I don't know".
Dear MGH,
Please revamp your entire outpatient pharmacy. Fire and hire. Reconsider and reconfigure. Something seriously needs to be done. When 9 out of 10 of your patients are unhappy with their experience at your pharmacy. The lack of care I experience at your pharmacy is directly affecting my mental and physical health.

Pésimo Servicio. He tenido muy mala experiencia..

I think its better to inform people to do not use the my chart app.....many times I ordered my medicine using the app, but when I go for pick up it they tell me that there is no order!!!!!!!

They all know me by my name and always take care of me. They can be very professional with what you need, I love using them, as my pharmacy.

My favorite pharmacy store !!!!

No olviden pedir una tarjeta de fidelidad, les ofrece mejores precios.

Good service

Professional, compassionate and and very understanding especially when you forget to order a med in a timely manner.
