I love this place, fast and professional. Taking care of veterans the right way
I love the BX Pharmacy! I've learned the process and when it's followed it works just fine. All the people serving at the windows are friendly and professional. Plus, the price is right!
I wish I could give 0 stars. The phone system is always down. You can not fill any scripts because it goes into endless phone loop or if you finally get through someone picks up and immediately hangs up.
Went here immediately after my doctor's appointment to pick up my prescription. Was turned away and told they don't process prescriptions after 3:30 (an hour and a half before they close). They were closed the following day for a "family day" so I wouldn't be able to get my prescription until the following week. I was warned by a woman there that it can take them days to fill a prescription and to go else where if I can afford it. Had my doctor change the pharmacy location to CVS and they were able to fill it in under 20 minutes. Employees were also very rude and treated everyone like an inconvenience.
Believe the negative reviews. I live 1.5 hour away. it took over an hour in person to even place an order for my prescriptions. They had ONE person taking prescriptions and a lobby full of people.
They've had my prescriptions for a week. No answer as to whether or not it's been filled. They won't answer their phone and this is one of those prescriptions that has to be filled by a certain time. At least answer your phones so I can transfer the prescription locally to a pharmacy that will fill it!!!!
Waited a week for my prescription to be filled, went to the clinic when I got the notification it was filled, go to the counter, they have no record of my medication at all. The dude behind the counter wasn’t very friendly at all. I had to go home and wait on hold with the pharmacy to see what the deal was and when the lady answered, she said that my medication was activated (when the guy behind the counter said it wasn’t) and to pick it up in an hour. I got the notification it was ready, went back to the pharmacy, and once again, it is not in the system. So the same rude guy behind the counter told me to take a number and sit down. It’s estimated to be a 45-minute wait and I am still sitting here.

Just why???
I cannot stress enough that they couldn't suck more if they tried. If you can avoid this place DO! Rudeness and long wait times don't even matter when I have to take off early from work 2 days every 3 months just to fill a ******* prescription because the hours and the fact no one will pick up the phone to help with a refill. The refill hotline has NEVER worked for me and just says "this prescription is on hold..." and when i try to call the pharmacy I have to wait on hold until it hangs itself up on me and I have to call back and navigate through the atrocity that is their phone menu. If I had to think of a personal hell, it would be dealing with the medgroup and pharmacy at this base. It is so so bad. There is a reason there are so many 1 star reviews and if you don't believe them, please also note their current photo is straight up of a long line. Or, try them out for yourself and share your experiences.
Forget about everything you’ve experienced in civilian world. If you thought that you were being treated badly —- wrong you were being treated like a king and queen. But the military pharmacy customer service does not exist. They shorted me the majority of my prescription which happens from time to time. I completely understand. However when I went in to pick up another prescription today I was told that when I get down to two or three pills to come back and bring the bottle and they’ll fill it up with the rest. Never mind the long lines where people of all ages have to stand for a minimum of 45 minutes. Never mind the fact that the people in uniform get priority as they should but this will also delay your time. Never mind you’ve already stood in mind another day to pick up your prescription. There is zero customer service.
