Most of the time, they don't have basic tablets and other stuff. They always give excuses over availability of medicines. Very poor. Don't visit if u have to buy couple of medicines.

After continuing calling they told me we will send shortly but no one there.

Absolute waste of time. I ordered medicines twice and both times service was third grade. 1st time they sent incomplete medicines. 2nd time when I ordered I mentioned it was urgent. This guy forgets everything and after 2 hours he tells me that he's eating. When the medicines got delivered it was again incomplete. Absolutely pathetic.

Absolutely useless for delivery. Forget any sense of urgency, they even lack the basic sense to communicate delays or give straightforward answers when called repeatedly (which you’ll have to). Seems like Apollo hands out franchises to any bunch of monkeys with store space these days.

Its been more than a year, i am really impressed with their service, they deliver medicine in just one call, sometimes i just drop them a whatsapp message and they deliver it in 10 mins. They have humble staff.. i must say that this is the best pharmacy in this area. They helped me a lot during my covid period....
