WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
Had gone to the Phoenix Kurla Fossil store to purchase a smart watch Fossil Gen5E on 5th March.
As I am an apple phone user had a lot of questions before purchasing the watch as I am aware of apple restrictions.
The sales man Aleem committed wrong details to me as mentioned below :
1) I can answer calls from the watch - True commitment
2) I can reply to my WhatsApp messages from the watch - False commitment given by sales person Aleem.
3) I showed him my existing smart watch that is connected to my apple phone wherein I can put my mom's picture as a display in the watch face to which he (Aleem) the sales man committed I would be able to do - False commitment by Aleem again.
4) I was told the watch is for Rs- 14000 instead of 18000 due to women's day discount offer however when I went on the counter to pay I was charged Rs 14796- no issues about the amount - why was I falsely committed by Aleem the sales man.
I wrote a mail to the fossil team as the above issues were not getting sorted on the watch to which I got a revert to go to the nearest store in case the store from where I had purchased was far. Hence I went to the fossil store at Oberoi Mall Goregoan on 11th March where the team there were very supporting and helped me with the right features of the watch. They also said that the commitment given by Aleem was totally false as personal watch faces , replying to my WhatsApp from watch is not at all possible.
I went back to Phoenix Kurla Fossil store on 13th March 2023 where Aleem was not available at the counter hence another sales person was trying to help me out.
He called Aleem and found out to which Aleem guided him to download some app on the watch and on the Apple phone for the personal watch faces which was not happening .
Later when Aleem came he also tried the same thing but giving me ample excuses in vain I had to leave the store with unsatisfied as the commitment given by Aleem was totally false .
Fossil being such a renowned brand and having team members who are trying to increase sales by giving false commitments and not knowing about the products is totally unacceptable.
I have wasted 14796 on a product that is not as per my expectations.
To top it up Aleem offers me an exchange with a normal watch due to his in capability of not knowing the product.

Expecting a positive and satisfactory action on this please from one the renowned brands of watches..
