I had a full load of foam delivered here, and they damaged my trailer. 2 roof cross members were damaged and roof was badly scratched in 3 different spots. I don't understand who certified this forklift operator that unloaded my trailer. Owner operators avoid this place for pick up and delivery.

Serta does not stand by their warranty! Coming from me, someone who suffered a severe back injury in 2006, am appalled by their customer relations. Making up excuses too not warranty the mattress, twice. They’re a sorry bunch of crooks. Would never again buy a Serta!

Bought this Serta boxspring at Menards, and even with new mattress felt like it went downhill when laid on to one side. After months of bad sleep, finally got a level out and verified it did not sit level. Opened cover on bottom to find problem was support broken right on a knot in wood where metal supports stapled. Called Serta and they said warranty handled at store where purchased. Took receipt to store with cut out of fabric and tags, they replaced it without hassle.

Worst place to work. There are some nice people, but management could care less if you want a life outside of work 11-12hrs shifts 5 days a week and frequent 8hr Saturday shifts.
