I had a very poor experience with Knowledge Circle. I found them to be quite disorganized and unwilling to take feedback for improvement. As a background, I have zero French experience and needed to start from absolute basics - before starting my course this was explained to the school. On the first day I was paired with a teacher who was told I do speak French (level B) and subsequently she was not very good in English - this made it very difficult to communicate with each other in our one-on-one class. I later requested another teacher and this request was never fulfilled or acknowledged. I would not recommend this school to beginners - after weeks of time spent I have learned very minimal new language skills, and concerns escalated to the school are not actioned. I will try another school in the future.

Pretty good school and very willing to accommodate. Teachers and admin staff are all very nice.

Took a group French course over the summer and found it disorganized and unstructured. Would have liked more (any) outline of the material that would be covered and didn't get a sense that the instructor prepared classes in advance. It didn't seem like Knowledge Circle had provided any type of curriculum or that there was any kind of oversight over what the instructor was doing.
