Konverge has been our go to software company for almost 10 years. Since our industry is faced paced and always changing we require updates and new software almost yearly. Scam type monthly/annual subscription "service" used by some merchants. Avoid, or or your card will be charged because you did not read the "fine print" and had no opportunity to cancel. I called and talked to the representative (11/12/2020) to get some clarification, who told me just that - of no help at all. Just another unintentional subscription based scam.
