I just wrapped up on a project at Bond Street Studio and I could not be happier with my experience. The team was so helpful and truly made the project run more smoothly. The studio kitchens are absolutely gorgeous, not to mention there is a ton of prep space for large food focused projects! Can not recommend enough! Great experience!
Wonderful studio, with a wonderful team! Robert, the owner was extremely accommodating, helpful, and kind. All the kitchens are beautiful!

Would not recommend, very rude
I really enjoyed shooting at the studio. Great natural light, best view of city and at affordable price value. Good vibes…
A top notch professional photographer that has a very unique style of taking pictures in any part of the world.

Had the pleasure of hosting an art show at the studio and working closely with gallery owner, Asi Ze’evi, who is professional and creative in executing the clients needs that resulted in a successful show.
The studio is accessible, clean and easily converted to whatever your needs may be. I look forward to future shows at the Double 6 Studio.

I've worked out of this studio many times. The drive-on stage is great for loading in/out, plenty of power, good street parking for crew/agency, comfortable HMU/Green rooms and basic GE package in-house. The owners are a great group of talented set builders and artists themselves, which is an added bonus. Can't recommend Windmill enough! The space is great and so are the folks that run it.

Without a doubt, the best scenic designers in NYC, and we've worked with a few. The talented, creative, and super cool folks at Windmill build and install the most beautiful, highest quality, and sturdiest children's libraries and decor for our preschools, community centers, and family homeless shelters in NYC and across the country. While they are known for their exceptional production, film, tv, commercials, etc. work, they also literally and figuratively create magic for our non-profit, they transform educational spaces into works of art and places for children to be delighted, inspired, and happy as they learn to read. Books For Kids relies on Windmill for their expertise, professionalism, and passion in their craft. Truly, an amazing company run by people with huge hearts who take immense pride in their incredible artistry and and have partnered with us for years to serve under-resourced communities.

You don't get better than Bennett, Adam, and the Windmill Studios Family. And thats what they are. In a city (and industry) full of asinine personalities, Windmill is a breath of fresh air for those of us in production. They offer a killer, versatile space with flexible rates, and do so while maintaining and operating with a familial atmosphere. You can't go wrong with Windmill. Tell 'em Josh sent ya.
Brooklyn Film Festival has been using Windmill Studios for the past eight years. We love the space and our experience with the owners and the management has been seamless. Everybody is super professional and accommodating. Rates are competitive and the location is great.
I've used Windmill Studios several times throughout my years of producing. They can do everything - design and build sets, handle an installation at another studio, rent you a studio with or without gear... I love how flexible it is. It's also a relaxed environment. Perfect for when I have clients on set.

The studio has a ton of space, an isolated HMU room, and it's also a great place to rent if you need to film at other locations in Greenpoint. I've used their studio for holding.

I've been working with Windmill for nearly a decade. I love the laid-back atmosphere and willingness to answer any question. Great stage and fabrication house, convenient location. Whenever a producer doesn't have a stage booked I always suggest Windmill because I love it so damn much :)

I love WhiteBalance! I have had photo and video shootings, open rehearsals, open studios, and work meetings here. I specially like the natural light and the view of the Manhattan Skyline. This is a multipurpose artistic workspace. Highly recommended.
raul and stephanie are super professional and easy to work with. the space was immaculate. great ammenities with a full kitchen and full bath with shower- even a full size clothes steamer and properly lit mirror for makeup and hair.

the studio itself does what it promises- beautiful natural light through huge southwest facing windows.

Good photo studio, the walls and skylight have a good look. Quiet enough for most video work. There is no elevator.

I have had a couple of photoshoots at Bond Street Studio and it's always been a great experience. I photograph dogs so it's not always easy to find a dog-friendly studio. Not only is this studio animal-friendly, but it's also a GREAT space. Very well kept, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful light. It has a separate kitchen / make up room, which was very convenient. I will definitively work with them again!

I've worked at Bond Street Studio numerous times now (advertising, food, and portrait photography), and it's my top choice among the many studios NYC has to offer. The space is fantastic, and offers everything a photographer might need on a shoot. Robert is a pleasure to work with, and couldn't be more accommodating. There's an enormous studio space, and a beautiful, newly renovated shoot kitchen. The rooftop is also available for rent, and it provides views that are quintessentially "Brooklyn" - great for an urban backdrop. It's an easy walk from the F train at Bergen St, and both Borough Hall / Barclay's Center are not far either - so it's very accessible. Great food in the Cobble Hill / Boerum Hill area, so catering is a non-issue, and there are many fantastic cocktail bars and lounges nearby for that perfect "after-shoot" drink. After shooting at Bond Street Studio, it's really difficult for me to shoot anywhere else.
Great space. Love Robert.

My wife and I were lucky enough to attend a film at Windmill Studios that was part of the Brooklyn Film Festival. We watched Wildlike and highly recommend it! Windmill Studios is a simple, straightforward space. We can't speak to its other uses, only its status as a movie venue for a film festival. The large back room had enough chairs for a large crowd. The screen was the perfect size for the space. It was a great setting for a great movie.

Robert Discalfani the owner of Bond Street Studio is super friendly and very helpful. They have a 2500 square foot studio loft with two beautiful huge skylights that flood the studio with natural daylight, If you prefer to use artificial light like most productions, then Robert is there to cover the the skylights to blackout the studio. My favorite is the rooftop which sports another 2500 square foot of space with 8′ x 8′ Steel Deck Platform and a 4 Foot Parapet. They are also fully equipped with a Gourmet Kitchen

Loved it,

This place is just massive inside with a number of studios to fit your specific film or photo shoot need. It also works great for private parties and specialty venues like BBQFilms movie nights. The cyc walls in white and green screen green add a great value for the space. The guys that run this place are super cool too.
