Same old problem with some Haitian business owners. Poor, very poor customer service. You feel like you begging for a favor when you paid for a service. Don't waste your money and time

Worst service, worst communication, recent wedding service took longer for them to produce the pictures/videos. Also they would take the money and don’t do their job as they supposed to do. So be careful don’t pay in advance. Or don’t even request their service for ur wedding otherwise they will make u regret it.

Very good service. My pictures came out wonderful.love it ❤ only thing is I didn't get a even distribute of all my pictures as a end result.

Moo Jae was very professional and was very flexible with all of the traveling that came with having my ceremony and reception at different locations. He was able to catch so many natural shots as well as anything special that we had requested. I was used to getting a tired smile with previous photo shoots by other photographers, but I did not with Moo Jae because he was more focused on getting more of the authentic pictures, so smiles were never forced and everything/everyone looked great! Our wedding was in the fall time, so I really wanted to get the colors and foliage and he did just that and so much more! He took many more shots than we thought possible because it was him alone, but it was all great! I also thought that the prices were very reasonable when comparing them to other photographers. I definitely recommend having him as a photographer!

Very poor customer service - One of the photographers seem to be an amateur.Pictures were badly taken. They were blurry and the photographer did nothing to get the toddler's attention to get a good photo. Upon returning to collect the pictures two days after because I was told they were ready, I still had to wait over two hours for the job to be completed.The job done really was not worth the price.This place is definitely not a place of choice.

Worst customer experience I have Ever experienced. Sent pictures to be printed the day before and when I got There the next day, I waited an hour to get ONE picture printed. The guy was very rude, one his phone conversing and ignoring me the whole time. Would never come back to this place!!! Please people come somewhere else to spend your money !!!

Forever about the good review here that was posted months ago! I came to this photo studio Monday June 5 2017 the guy told me he would call me back for the photos, have wait until Thursday and still didn't get a call so I went there to pick them up. When I got there they weren't ready I sit there one hour waiting on them! They still weren't ready when he finally print them off there was no background added to the pictures. The lighten was so bad you couldn't even see my face in the pictures! And they refuse to give me a refund I had to get the police involved which they say I should give them a few hours to get the pictures right so I'm here waiting to see what they look like. Got back only 4 pictures through my email for $65 and they look even worst!!! I'm here crying because this is absolutely ridiculous I will be going back there tomorrow with the cops to see if I can get back my money! If not to the court house I go!
