I have spoken with the store twice recently for an urgent order and am shocked by their customer service. I need a replacement part for a cabinet, and have been told to call back in a week because no one can help me. Even when just asking for a quote or an email to find out. They were curt, told me they couldn’t help me and hung up on me. Offered no alternative solutions or explanations. I prefer to support small business, but I don’t support bad people. I don’t recommend working with this business. Find someone with a little kindness and patience.
Update - the owner called me and I explained my situation. He was willing to assist, but it was unfortunately no longer relevant as my time frame had passed. I suggest dealing only with him and not the showroom assistant who told me several weeks they could not help at all.

We have a new mini restaurant and we need furniture. Our resto is vintage looking so we want a table with the color of brown to make it look vintage. We chose a round table with 4 chairs on it. It is a wooden table. We got a discount since we bought a lot. Aside from buying a table and chair we also buy some displays. We bought round glass with a unique design. It's perfect for my wall. We have a frame display that is attached to my wall already. They have a lot of good furniture so it was hard to choose what we wanted. Some staff recommend it. It's good that the staff knows what 's good and not. I must say I highly recommend this place. Come and look and their furniture.

Since we bought our first piece of furniture from here, in 2012, we only go to Sunny (the owner) for all additional house items. We have now worked with her on five rooms of our house for furniture, lighting, kitchen, bedding and a rug - and we use and love every item! The designs are stunning but functional and unusual. You can’t go wrong with anything she carries and won’t see them elsewhere, which I like. Her guidance is always tasteful but practical. She has spent so much time helping me with other house projects, just as a sounding board, unrelated to items from her studio. She also is always there for me with answers and help to all questions regarding maintenance and care for the items. I never write online reviews but couldn’t help but jot down just a tiny bit of how much we love this store. I highly recommend it for big and smaller purchases.

Sunny & Samantha were a delight to work with on a project in the Florida Keys! Even though I, the customer, and the end result were both remote they facilitated the entire process from helping with selections, giving careful consideration to sizing and layout, to pulling out all the stops to get our pieces shipped from Europe in time for our move. Mobili Mobel carries a fabulous selection of lines. The pieces we selected are exquisitely crafted and meet high standards for comfort and functionality.

I recommend IQMatics to all customers looking for a unique yet timeless Italian style for the whole house. We loved their Italian walk-in closets, wall beds, living, and dining room selection. They have a dedicated team that provides beautiful interior proposals along with timely responses to all the questions. The overall design and delivery process is very efficient, and they will ensure to meet your budget. All furniture is bespoke European pieces, and there is a 3 to 4 month lead time.

IQmatics/Moderne Living has been extremely pleasant to work with! We were on the market for the wardrobe/walk-in-closet. Trying to find a perfect balance for the high-end Italian quality product and good price point has been very challenging. We are so glad that we found IQMatics/Moderne Living! The design team has been extremely helpful during the entire process. They came in and measured our space and came up with the walk-in-closet design within 48 hours. That was amazing!! The team is very knowledge about the entire walk-in-closet system. The solution fits our needs perfectly! Product arrived on time and installation was great! All-in-all, very pleasant to work with IQmatics/Moderne Living team! Will definitely come back for more!
We worked with IQMatics/Moderne Living to furnish our living room. Their customer service, attention to details and product quality are second to none. Both Yijan and Ryan are extremely helpful whenever I have any questions. They provided multiple renderings for my living room, which made the selection process so much easier. I am so happy with the leather sectional we ordered. It is hand-made in Italy, extremely comfortable with deep seats. The quality of the leather is probably the best I have ever seen. Definitely would work with IQmatics/Moderne Living again in the future!
Wheelchair accessible entrance a plus. No automatic doors with push plate. Inside the space is a bit tight for wheelchairs.
I bought a few counter stools from IQMatics/Moderne Living. The stools are offered in wide variety of colors and materials. We picked the color and materials based on our existing kitchen design. After the stools arrived, we realized that they were a little too high for our counter since the counter was customized built in height. Although this is not IQMatics issue, Rae still took care of it without any hesitation. Now our stools are perfect for the counter and we use them everyday! They are so nice and comfortable! Definitely will do business again with IQmatics/Moderne living!

I really love this store. The staff is extremely helpful and not pushy at all. The furniture is unique and most importantly very comfortable to utilize. Whether I am looking for something that is big or small, IQMatics seems to have it. The style of the furniture is also unequaled and remarkable in appearance. I have found the structure of the furniture from IQMatics is extremely sturdy. It holds up through moving and stands the test of time. Lastly, the IQMatics furniture has a way of making a small room look larger. I highly recommend IQMatics to anyone!
