I had a very disappointing experience with Greenpoint Insurance Brokerage. They charged me $4,000 for a six-month car insurance policy and assured me that the rate could go lower over time. Trusting their expertise, I initially accepted the high cost.

However, after discussing my situation with others, I realized that this rate was excessively high. I decided to call Geico directly and was shocked to find that they offered me a rate 65% lower than what Greenpoint Insurance Brokerage had provided.

I highly recommend this place. After contacting several brokers in the area the search stopped when i got on the phone with Ella. She went above and beyond to assist me with finding a policy. it was very challenging because I had a recent claim, so most of the companies did not want to cover my home. Ella said it's not going to be easy but I can try to get you a policy. No guarantee but I will try. Within a few days Ella called me with great news. She was able to get me a policy with the same company that dropped me because she has excellent communication skills. Unlike my last broker, who just contacted me informing me of the cancelation and left me hanging. After 10am on a weekday morning, we called the brokerage by phone to determine if their Greenpoint office was open. Following the brief, friendly phone conversation, we visited the firm at 10:30am, at which time Rita notarized some documents for us, for a very fair fee. She was friendly, articulate, and accurate.
