What can u really say, it's a pier. Yes this is true- this time of year I like it, no crowds etc. But on the other hand you can park and look out at the water & chill.... Very therapeutic. So if u need some alone think time this is the perfect place as long as it's not tourist season.

Awesome view, in the summer there's always stuff going at the various restaurants just off of the pier. Great place to go and hangout.
